Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a sliding mechanism 100, which is applied to a cooking apparatus, wherein the sliding mechanism 100 is used for conveying a material box 200 to a corresponding station, so that a turnover mechanism 300 turns over the material box 200, and thus food materials or auxiliary materials in the material box 200 are poured into a pot body.
The slide mechanism 100 includes a table 110, a slider 120, a pallet 130, and a driving structure (not shown).
The sliding member 120 is slidably connected to the table 110, and the supporting plate 130 is connected to the sliding member 120, so that the supporting plate 130 can slide synchronously with the sliding member 120 relative to the table 110.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the table 110 is provided with a table top 111, the pallet 130 is provided with a sliding aid 131, and the pallet 130 is supported on the table top 111 by the sliding aid 131. With this structure, the slide assistant 131 can assist the pallet 130 to slide on the table top 111 when the pallet 130 slides with respect to the table 110.
The driving structure is connected to the sliding member 120, and the driving structure is used for driving the sliding member 120 to drive the supporting plate 130 to slide relative to the workbench 110. In the embodiment of the present utility model, the driving structure is in the prior art, for example, the driving structure may be a manner of driving the sliding member 120 to slide by matching a motor with a transmission assembly, and of course, the driving structure may also be other manners according to the actual situation and specific requirements, which is not limited only herein.
The tray 130 is switchable between a first state and a second state. In the first state, the supporting plate 130 is fixedly connected with the sliding member 120 and is close to the table top 111, that is, the supporting plate 130 is supported on the table top 111 through the sliding auxiliary member 131, and a gap between the supporting plate 130 and the table top 111 is small, so that cleaning is inconvenient. In the second state, the supporting plate 130 can be far away from the table top 111, and by keeping the supporting plate 130 far away from the table top 111, the table top 111 and the bottom surface of the supporting plate 130 can be exposed for cleaning. In the second state, the manner in which the supporting board 130 can be away from the table 111 may include the following manners:
(1) The pallet 130 is detachably connected to the slider 120, such that the pallet 130 can be moved away from the table top 111 of the table 110 by removing the pallet 130 from the slider 120;
(2) The supporting plate 130 is detachably connected to the sliding member 120, and the supporting plate 130 is also rotatably connected to the sliding member 120, so that the supporting plate 130 can be far away from the table top 111 of the table 110 by turning the supporting plate 130 to one side of the table 110;
(3) The pallet 130 is rotatably coupled to the slider 120 such that the pallet 130 can be moved away from the table top 111 of the table 110 by flipping the pallet 130 to one side of the table 110.
In the sliding mechanism 100 according to the embodiment of the present utility model, the supporting plate 130 can be switched between a first state and a second state, and in the first state, the supporting plate 130 is supported on the table top 111 through the sliding auxiliary member 131; in the second state, the bottom surfaces of the table top 111 and the supporting plate 130 are exposed, so that the gap between the supporting plate 130 and the workbench 110 can be cleaned, and potential food safety hazards are avoided.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 2, one of the pallet 130 and the slider 120 is provided with a coupling portion 121, and the other of the pallet 130 and the slider 120 is provided with a coupling portion 132, and the coupling portion 121 is detachably coupled with the coupling portion 132. Further, the mating portion 132 may be rotatably connected to the connecting portion 121 through the limiting pin 160, and by enlarging the opening of the limiting slot 1212, the mating portion 132 may perform a limited angle rotation in the limiting slot 1212 through the limiting pin 160, i.e. the limiting slot 1212 has a space capable of accommodating the rotation of the mating portion 132 around the limiting pin 160. Through the above arrangement, the second state may include a state in which the pallet 130 is detached from the slider 120 and a state in which the pallet 130 is turned over to one side of the table 110, and in a case in which the pallet 130 is not detached, the pallet 130 may be turned over to one side of the table 110 by rotating the pallet 130, so that the table top 111 is exposed, so that a gap between the pallet 130 and the table 110 is cleaned, and potential food safety hazards are avoided. In this embodiment, the limit slot 1212 is used to limit the angle of rotation of the mating portion 132.
Specifically, the limiting slot 1212 is shaped like a ring, and after the matching portion 132 is inserted into the limiting slot 1212, the matching portion 132 is wrapped in the limiting slot 1212, so that the matching portion 132 can be better limited and/or the rotation angle can be limited.

The base 161 is close to the one end of operating piece 163 and is equipped with first boss 1613 and breach 1614, and first boss 1613 and breach 1614 are crisscross distributed along circumference, and operating piece 163 is equipped with second boss 1631, and second boss 1631 is used for the butt first boss 1613 and imbeds breach 1614. The limit plug 160 is switched between the locked state and the unlocked state by pushing and pulling and rotating the pin body 162; in the locked state, one end of the pin body 162 away from the operating member 163 is inserted into the limiting hole 1321, and the second boss 1631 is embedded into the notch 1614; in the unlocked state, the end of the pin 162 away from the operating member 163 is withdrawn from the limiting hole 1321, and the first boss 1613 abuts against the second boss 1631. In this embodiment, the limit pins 160 may be indexing pins.
As shown in fig. 8, in the locked state of the limit latch 160, the end of the pin body 162 away from the operating member 163 is inserted into the limit hole 1321, and the second boss 1631 is embedded into the notch 1614, so that the pin body 162 cannot rotate; as shown in fig. 9, by pulling the operating member 163 such that the end of the pin body 162 remote from the operating member 163 is withdrawn from the limit hole 1321, the first boss 1613 is withdrawn from the notch 1613 such that the limit plug 160 is switched from the locked state to the intermediate state, at which time the operating member 163 can be rotated without interference of the second boss 1631; as shown in fig. 10, the operating member 163 is rotated, and the first boss 1613 of the operating member 163 abuts against the second boss 1631 under the elastic force of the elastic member 164, so that the limit latch 160 is switched from the intermediate state to the unlocked state.
As another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the sliding mechanism 100 further includes a threaded fastener 140, and the connecting portion 121 and the mating portion 132 are detachably connected together by the threaded fastener 140. As yet another embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, a pallet 130 is rotatably coupled to the slider 120. With this structure, the pallet 130 can be switched between the first state and the second state by rotating the pallet 130, and in the second state, the pallet 130 is turned to one side of the table 110, so that the table 111 can be exposed, thereby cleaning the table 111 and the bottom surface of the pallet 130. In this embodiment, the blade 130 may be, but is not limited to being, pivotally connected to the slider 120 by a hinge 150.
In particular, in all embodiments of the present utility model, the sliding aid 131 may be a roller or a slider. When the sliding auxiliary piece 131 is a roller, the supporting plate 130 rolls on the table top 111 through the roller when the supporting plate 130 slides on the table top 111, so that direct friction contact between the supporting plate 130 and the table top 111 can be prevented, and the situation of abrasion of the supporting plate 130 can be effectively avoided; when the sliding auxiliary member 131 is a slider, the material of the slider may be, but not limited to, a wear-resistant material such as teflon, POM plastic, etc., and the supporting plate 130 slides on the table top 111, the sliding of the slider on the table top 111 can prevent the supporting plate 130 from directly making frictional contact with the table top 111, so as to effectively avoid the occurrence of the abrasion of the supporting plate 130.
