Detailed Description
The following description of the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment may be included in at least one embodiment of the present application. The appearances of such phrases in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. Those of skill in the art will explicitly and implicitly appreciate that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
The clip provided by the present utility model will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic partial structure of an embodiment of a clip of the present application; FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of one embodiment of a clip of the present application. The present application provides a clip 10. The clamp 10 comprises a fixed seat 1, a clamping ring 2, a fixed component 3 and an auxiliary component 4. The fixing base 1 comprises a first side 1a and a second side 1b which are oppositely arranged. The fixing base 1 provides mounting locations for the snap ring 2, the fixing assembly 3 and the auxiliary assembly 4. The snap ring 2 includes a head end 2a and a tail end 2b. The first end 2a of the snap ring 2 is arranged on the second side 1b of the fixing seat 1, so that the first end 2a of the snap ring 2 is installed. The tail end 2b of the snap ring 2 passes out from the first side 1a to the second side 1b. I.e. the tail end 2b penetrates the first side 1a and the second side 1b in sequence and out of the second side 1b. The tail end 2b and the head end 2a penetrating from the second side 1b are at least partially overlapped on the second side 1b of the fixing seat 1, so that the clamping ring 2 forms a closed ring shape. The snap ring 2 is provided with a plurality of clamping holes 21.
The number of the engagement holes 21 is one, two, or more, and the like, and is not limited herein. The clamping holes 21 are arranged in an array along the extending direction of the clamping ring 2. The distances between adjacent clamping holes 21 may be the same or different. That is, the number of the engaging holes 21, the interval between the adjacent engaging holes 21, the shape of the engaging holes 21, and the like are not limited.
The fixing component 3 is disposed on the second side 1b of the fixing base 1. The fixing component 3 is releasably locked to the tail end 2b. Such as the securing assembly 3, can lock the tail end 2b. Alternatively, the securing assembly 3 is unlocked from the tail end 2b.
The auxiliary assembly 4 serves an auxiliary function. The auxiliary assembly 4 comprises a pressing member 41. The pressing member 41 includes a first end 41a and a second end 41b disposed opposite to each other. The height of the front projection of the first end 41a of the pressing member 41 on the fixing base 1 is greater than the height of the front projection of the second end 41b of the pressing member 41 on the fixing base 1. That is, the pressing member 41 is inclined in the direction of the first end 41a of the pressing member 41 toward the second end 41b of the pressing member 41. The first end 41a of the pressing member 41 rotates on the first side 1a of the fixing base 1. The second end 41b of the pressing member 41 is releasably defined in the engagement hole 21.
When the tail end 2b moves from the first side 1a to the second side 1b to the fixing seat 1, the tail end 2b pushes the pressing member 41 to rotate around the first side 1a, and the tail end 2b enters the second side 1b, at this time, the pressing member 41 releases the locking of the clamping hole 21. When the position of the tail end 2b is determined, the pressing member 41 is defined in the engaging hole 21. Because the height of the orthographic projection of the first end 41a of the pressing piece 41 on the fixing base 1 is greater than the height of the orthographic projection of the second end 41b of the pressing piece 41 on the fixing base 1, the clamping ring 2 can only move from the first side 1a to the second side 1b and cannot move from the second side 1b to the first side 1a, self-locking between the auxiliary assembly 4 and the clamping ring 2 is achieved, and further preliminary self-locking fixation of any position of the clamping hoop 10 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, fig. 3 is a schematic partial cross-sectional view of a first state of an embodiment of a clip of the present application; FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view of a second state of one embodiment of the clip of the present application; fig. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view of a third condition of an embodiment of the clip of the present application. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, specifically, when the clip 10 is in the first state, the head end 2a of the clip 2 is disposed on the second side 1b of the fixing base 1. The fixing assembly 3 is in an open state, and the clamping ring 2 penetrates from the first side 1a to the second side 1b. Because the height of the first end 41a of the pressing member 41 projected on the fixing base 1 is greater than the height of the second end 41b of the pressing member 41 projected on the fixing base 1, the clamping ring 2 moves from the first side 1a to the second side 1b of the fixing base 1, but cannot move from the second side 1b to the first side 1a of the fixing base 1, and at the moment, the second end 41b of the pressing member 41 is limited in the clamping hole 21, so that self-locking between the auxiliary assembly 4 and the clamping ring 2 is realized. The pressing member 41 may be located in the locking hole 21 by gravity or external force, and the specific force is not limited.
When the clamp 10 is in the second state, the fixing assembly 3 can be locked in the clamping hole 21 of the clamp ring 2, so that the tail end 2b of the clamp ring 2 is fixed, the size of the clamp ring 2 is limited, and the clamp 10 can tightly hold a piece to be installed (not shown in the figure). The to-be-installed piece can be a rod body, a column body, a ring body, monitoring equipment and the like, and is not limited herein.
When the clamp 10 is in the third state, the limit between the second end 41b of the pressing piece 41 and the clamping hole 21 is released, and the self-locking state release between the auxiliary assembly 4 and the clamp ring 2 is realized; then, the relation between the fixing assembly 3 and the clamping hole 21 in the clamping ring 2 is released, and the tail end 2b of the clamping ring 2 can be loosened, so that the clamping ring 10 is detached.
Therefore, the auxiliary assembly 4 is matched with the fixing assembly 3, so that the tail end 2b of the clamping ring 2 is initially self-locked and fixed at any position, and the clamp 10 is initially self-locked and fixed at any position. Then, the tail end 2b of the clamping ring 2 is locked through the fixing assembly 3, so that the clamping hoop 10 is fixed in position. In addition, before the fixed subassembly 3 locks snap ring 2 tail end 2b, confirm preliminary position through auxiliary assembly 4 after, still further lock through fixed subassembly 3, can reduce clamp 10 installation time, promote clamp 10 operation convenience simultaneously, reduce the human cost.
In an embodiment, the second end 41b of the pressing member 41 is provided with a clamping protrusion 411. The engaging protrusion 411 is perpendicular to a side surface of the pressing member 41 facing the snap ring 2. The engaging protrusion 411 is releasably defined in the engaging hole 21. That is, the locking protrusion 411 may be locked in the locking hole 21. Alternatively, the locking protrusion 411 may release the restriction of the locking hole 21. Through the above-mentioned joint protrusion 411, the stability that the pressure-abutting piece 41 is limited in the joint hole 21 is promoted, and then the stability of preliminary self-locking fixation of the arbitrary position of the snap ring 2 is promoted.
The number of the engaging protrusions 411 may be one, two, three, or more than three, etc. When the number of the clamping protrusions 411 is plural, the adjacent clamping protrusions 411 are arranged in rows to meet different clamping holes 21, so that the plurality of clamping protrusions 411 are clamped in the corresponding clamping holes 21, and the stability of the clamping protrusions 411 limited in the clamping holes 21 is improved.
Specifically, the end of the click projection 411 remote from the pressing member 41 is provided with a guide 413. The guide 413 is provided with an inclined surface 4131 inclined away from a side surface of the fixing assembly 3. In the direction from the first side 1a to the second side 1b, the height of the end, close to the first side 1a, of the inclined surface 4131, which is orthographic projected on the fixing base 1, is greater than the height of the end, far away from the first side 1a, of the inclined surface 4131, which is orthographic projected on the fixing base 1. The inclined surface 4131 plays a guiding role.
Through the above-mentioned inclined plane 4131 setting, when tail end 2b moves to the second side 1b direction from first side 1a, the quick joint of joint protruding 411 of being convenient for in joint hole 21 promotes the preliminary auto-lock fixed efficiency of snap ring 2 optional position. When the number of the clamping protrusions 411 is plural, the inclined surfaces 4131 are disposed on one side of the clamping protrusions 411 facing away from the fixing component 3.
Further, the number of the catching protrusions 411 is two. A clamping groove 412 is provided between the two clamping protrusions 411. The two clamping protrusions 411 are respectively clamped in the corresponding adjacent clamping holes 21. Namely, a locking protrusion 411 is locked in the locking hole 21. The other engaging protrusion 411 is engaged in the other engaging hole 21. When the two clamping protrusions 411 are clamped in the corresponding clamping holes 21, the clamping grooves 412 are clamped on the pressing piece 41 at the position of the adjacent clamping holes 21.
Through the arrangement of the two clamping protrusions 411 and the clamping grooves 412, the self-locking stability of the auxiliary assembly 4 and the clamping ring 2 can be improved, and the stability of the tail end 2b of the clamping ring 2 from the second side 1b to the first side 1a is reduced. In other embodiments, when the number of the catching protrusions 411 is three, the number of the catching grooves 412 may be two. When the number of the catching protrusions 411 is four, the number of the catching grooves 412 may be three.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, in one embodiment, the auxiliary assembly 4 includes a rotating shaft 42 and a torsion spring 43. The pressing member 41 is rotated on the first side 1a by the rotation shaft 42. The rotation of the pressing member 41 with respect to the first side 1a is achieved by the rotation shaft 42. The rotating shafts 42 may be located at both ends of the pressing member 41. Alternatively, the rotating shaft 42 passes through the pressing member 41 and is fixedly connected with the pressing member 41. I.e., the specific manner of connection of the shaft 42, is not limited herein. The torsion spring 43 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42. One end of the torsion spring 43 is connected to the inside of the pressing member 41. The other end of the torsion spring 43 is connected to the first side 1a. Namely, the torsion spring 43 can provide a certain pressing force to enable the second end 41b of the pressing piece 41 to be pressed in the clamping hole 21, so that self-locking between the auxiliary assembly 4 and the clamping ring 2 is realized. Thereby, the auxiliary assembly 4 enables the pressing member 41 to rotate around the first side 1a through the rotating shaft 42 and the torsion spring 43, and simultaneously enables the pressing member 41 to be pressed into the clamping hole 21 of the clamping ring 2.
In one embodiment, the fixed assembly 3 includes a rotating member 31 and an adjusting member 32. The two sides of the rotating member 31 rotate on the second side 1b of the fixing base 1. The adjusting member 32 is adjustably disposed on the rotating member 31. The regulating member 32 can rotate as the rotating member 31 rotates. When the adjusting piece 32 and the clamping hole 21 are locked, the rotating piece 31 is limited to the fixing seat 1, so that the rotating piece 31 is fixed, and the rotating piece 31 is prevented from loosening. Through above-mentioned rotating member 31 and regulating member 32 mutually support, promote fixed subassembly 3 installation and dismantlement efficiency, do not need to rotate the knob always, promote clamp 10 installation effectiveness, practice thrift the cost of labor.
In one embodiment, the fixing base 1 is provided with a rotation hole 11. The rotating member 31 is provided with a first connection portion 3121 extending on both sides of one end. The first connection portion 3121 and the rotating member 31 may be integrally formed or fixedly connected. The first connection portion 3121 rotates within the rotation hole 11. Meanwhile, the first connection portion 3121 is movable within the rotation. That is, the first connection portion 3121 can perform both rotation and movement within the rotation hole 11.
In an embodiment, the end of the second side 1b is concavely provided with a recess 12. The rotating member 31 is provided with second connecting portions 3131 extending from both sides of one end of the first connecting portion 3121. The second connecting portion 3131 may be integrally formed with or fixedly connected to the rotating member 31. Before the adjustment member 32 is locked with the locking hole 21, the first connection portion 3121 is rotated in the rotation hole 11, and the adjustment member 32 contacts the snap ring 2, and at this time, the second connection portion 3131 corresponds to the recess 12. Then, when the adjusting member 32 is adjusted, the adjusting member 32 is locked with the locking hole 21, the first connecting portion 3121 moves in the rotating hole 11, and at this time, the second connecting portion 3131 is locked in the recess 12, so that the rotating member 31 is locked on the fixing base 1. In the above manner, the recess 12 and the second coupling portion 3131 are engaged with each other, so that the rotary member 31 is easily and rapidly fixed and removed.
In an embodiment, the second connecting portion 3131 is provided with a notch portion 3132. When the adjusting member 32 is locked to the locking hole 21, the notch 3132 abuts against the inner sidewall of the fixing base 1 and is close to the rotation hole 11. In this way, the notch 3132 can limit the fixing of the positions of both sides of the rotating member 31, providing convenience of adjustment for the adjusting member 32.
The rotor 31 includes a rotor body 311, a first rotor 312, and a second rotor 313. The first rotating portion 312 is perpendicular to one end of the rotating body 311. The second rotating portion 313 is perpendicular to the other end of the rotating body 311. The first connection portions 3121 are provided at both sides of the first rotation portion 312. The second connection portions 3131 are disposed at both sides of the second rotation portion 313. One end of the adjusting member 32 is disposed through a side surface of the first rotating portion 312 away from the rotating body 311. The other end of the adjusting member 32 is disposed through a side surface of the second rotating portion 313 away from the rotating body 311. By the specific structure of the rotating member 31 described above, the installation of the regulating member 32 is defined, while also facilitating the adjustment of the regulating member 32.
Specifically, the first rotating portion 312 is provided with the first rotating hole 11. One end of the regulating member 32 is rotatable in the first rotation hole 11. The second rotation portion 313 is provided with a second rotation hole 11. The other end of the regulating member 32 is rotatable in the second rotation hole 11.
In one embodiment, the adjustment member 32 may be an adjustment screw (not shown). By arranging the adjusting screw on the rotating member 31, the structure is simple and easy to obtain, and the cost is low. Thereby, the precise adjustment and further fixation of the snap ring 2 at a certain position is realized by a transmission mode between the adjusting screw and the clamping hole 21. In the actual process, the pitch of the outer surface of the adjusting screw is one, two, three or more than three times the distance between the adjacent clamping holes 21, etc.
In addition, a rotation groove (not shown) is provided on the end surface of the adjusting screw near the second rotation portion 313. The user rotates the rotary groove through the external tool, and can drive the adjusting screw to rotate, and the clamp 10 can be loosened or locked. Wherein the rotation groove may be a cross groove 321. The external tool may be a screwdriver.
In an embodiment, the head end 2a of the snap ring 2 may be fixedly or detachably mounted to the second side 1b of the fixing base 1. In one embodiment, the snap ring 2 penetrates from a side of the fixing base 1 away from the fixing component 3 to a side of the fixing base 1 near the fixing component 3, then extends to a middle position of the fixing base 1, and bends and fixes the head end 2a of the snap ring 2 to a side of the fixing base 1 away from the fixing component 3.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 5, when the clamp 10 is in the first state, i.e. the clamp 10 is in the uninstalled state, the adjusting screw and the rotating member 31 are integrally opened, and the clamp ring 2 is inserted into a limit groove (not shown) of the fixing base 1 from the first side 1a to the second side 1b of the fixing base 1. The pressing piece 41 clings to the fixing seat 1 under the action of the torsion spring 43, and the clamping protrusion 411 is limited in the clamping hole 21, so that the clamping ring 2 can only move from the first side 1a to the second side 1b, but cannot move from the second side 1b to the first side 1a, and self-locking between the auxiliary assembly 4 and the clamping ring 2 is realized.
When the clamp 10 is changed from the first state to the second state, the rotating member 31 rotates around the second side 1b, so that the rotating member 31 drives the adjusting screw to rotate, and then the second connecting portion 3131 at the rotating member 31 is clamped into the concave portion 12 of the fixing seat 1. At this time, the adjusting screw is locked in the locking hole 21. Through the cross groove 321 on the screwdriver rotation adjusting screw, the screw thread of the adjusting screw and the clamping hole 21 can form turbine worm transmission, so that the tail end 2b of the clamping ring 2 is driven to move in the direction of continuously holding the clamping ring relative to the fixed seat 1, and the clamp 10 is tightly fixed on a piece to be installed.
When the clamp 10 is disassembled, the pressing piece 41 is manually shifted firstly, so that the self-locking state between the pressing piece 41 and the clamping ring 2 is released, then the clamp 10 can be loosened after the cross groove 321 on the adjusting screw is reversely rotated by the screwdriver, and then the whole formed by the rotating piece 31 and the adjusting screw is taken out from the concave part 12 arranged on the fixing seat 1, so that the whole disassembly can be realized.
Therefore, the auxiliary assembly 4 and the fixing assembly 3 are matched with each other in structure, so that the clamp 10 is continuously fixed and detached on a piece to be installed, the knob does not need to be rotated all the time, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is saved.
Compared with the prior art, the clamp of this embodiment includes fixing base, snap ring, fixed subassembly and auxiliary assembly. The fixing seat comprises a first side and a second side which are oppositely arranged. The snap ring includes a head end and a tail end. The head end is arranged on the second side. The tail end passes out from the first side to the second side. The snap ring is provided with a plurality of clamping holes. The fixed component is arranged on the second side. The fixing component is locked at the tail end in a releasable mode. The auxiliary assembly comprises a pressing piece. The pressing piece comprises a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged.
