The anti-toppling anti-falling construction ladder convenient for climbing the rod comprises a left vertical rod, a right vertical rod and transverse rods which are uniformly distributed between the two vertical rods, and is characterized by further comprising an anti-falling rope, an anchoring rope, an angle meter and an anti-skid device; an upper anchor ear and a lower anchor ear are symmetrically arranged on the upper part and the lower part of the two vertical rods respectively, and anchoring circular rings are arranged on the outer sides of the upper anchor ear and the lower anchor ear; one end of the anti-falling rope is connected to the anchoring ring of the lower anchor ear of the vertical rod at one side through a safety buckle and a self-locking pulley, the other end of the anti-falling rope penetrates through the anchoring ring of the anchor ear on the vertical rod at the same side to form an upper anchoring rope ring and is connected to the anchoring ring of the anchor ear on the vertical rod at the other side through a safety buckle, and an anti-falling device is further arranged on the anti-falling rope; one end of the anchoring rope is connected to the anchoring ring of the lower anchor ear of the vertical rod at one side through a safety buckle and a self-locking pulley, and the other end of the anchoring rope is connected to the anchoring ring of the lower anchor ear of the vertical rod at the other side through a safety buckle to form a lower anchoring rope ring; the angle gauge is installed at the middle lower part of the vertical rod at one side through an angle gauge hoop; the anti-skid device comprises anti-skid glue, a sponge belt and a stabilizing belt, wherein the anti-skid glue is arranged at the top and the bottom of the two vertical rods, the sponge belt is arranged on the upper anchoring rope ring, the lower anchoring rope ring and the stabilizing belt, and the stabilizing belt is arranged between the tops of the two vertical rods through a stabilizing belt bracket.
2. The construction ladder of claim 1, wherein: the vertical rods and the cross rods are processed by adopting profiles with square sections.
3. A construction ladder according to claim 2, wherein: the upper surface of the cross rod is provided with wavy anti-skid patterns, and two sides of the lower surface of the cross rod are connected with two side vertical rods through cross rod brackets.
