Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present utility model more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present utility model will be examined and fully described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present utility model, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present utility model, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the utility model without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the utility model.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the band-aid with local anesthesia pain relieving function provided by the utility model comprises a band-aid main body 1, wherein a wound protection cushion layer 2 is arranged on the top surface of the band-aid main body 1, detachable anesthesia pain relieving medicine gel patches 3 are arranged on two sides or periphery of the wound protection cushion layer 2, an exposed part of the top surface of the band-aid main body 1 is glued to form a pasting layer 10, and a release film 11 is movably attached to the surface of the pasting layer 10. The adhesive is not limited to self-adhesive, pressure-sensitive adhesive, hot melt adhesive and the like.
The band-aid main body 1 is a breathable waterproof layer, the material can be TPU film or EPTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), the wound is prevented from being polluted by the penetration of external liquid and even the wound recovery is affected, and the wound protection pad layer 2 and the anesthesia analgesic medicine gel patch 3 can be fixed on the band-aid main body 1.
In order to adapt to the shape of the postoperative wound such as laparoscope, the wound protection pad layer 2 and the anesthetic and analgesic gel patch 3 can be circular and annular, as shown in fig. 3, at this time, the band-aid main body 1 can be circular or rectangular, and the band-aid can be manufactured into various shapes, such as circular and annular band-aids, and is suitable for punctiform wounds.
The wound-protecting cushion layer 2 comprises a contact layer 7 impregnated with medicine, an absorption layer 8 and a waterproof breathable layer 9 with waterproof and breathable properties. The contact layer 7 can be sterilized and anti-inflammatory due to drug soaking, and can also be provided with related drugs such as iodophor, traditional Chinese medicine and the like in or on the surface; the absorption layer is used for absorbing and storing wound liquid, and can be non-woven fabrics, hemostatic cotton and the like, and is preferably elastic.
The wound-protecting pad layer 2 may be a natural material, a synthetic polymer material, an inorganic material, and a composite material. Preferably, the contact layer 7 is a porous polyurethane film coated with a silica gel adhesive, the absorption layer 8 is a polyurethane foam pad, and the waterproof and breathable layer 9 is a polyurethane film having waterproof and breathable properties.
The polyurethane foam pad has strong exudate absorbing capacity, can absorb more than ten times of the weight of the exudate, and can store 5 times of the weight of the exudate after absorbing the exudate; can also be used under pressure without reverse osmosis. The polyurethane film with waterproof and breathable properties has the functions of preventing bacteria, keeping moisture and preserving heat, adhering to a wound, and effectively blocking the invasion of external environment to the wound, and in addition, when the self-adhesive wound protection cushion layer is poorly adhered due to sweat or secretion of skin, the wound protection cushion layer 2 can be washed by clean water or neutral liquid, and can be used continuously after being dried.
Clinically, reducing pain caused by dressing changes to remove the wound-protecting pad is one of the factors to be considered. The porous polyurethane film of contact layer 7 minimizes pain during removal in a range of wound types and patient populations, including pediatric, burn, heel ulcers and radiation skin injury patients, reduces pain during changing dressings, reduces anxiety and ultimately accelerates the healing process, thereby improving the quality of life of the patient, and in addition, the evaluation of pain intensity measurements during removal of the wound-protecting layer has found that pain intensity is significantly reduced when the wound-protecting layer 2 of the present utility model is used in healthy volunteers.
In one embodiment, the waterproof and breathable layer 9 may be omitted, i.e. the absorbent layer 8 is directly attached to the adhesive bandage body 1.
The band-aid main body 1 is covered with a release film 11 to protect the narcotic analgesic drug gel patch 3, the contact layer 7 and the adhesive layer 10. When the adhesive bandage is used, after the release film is opened, the wound protection cushion layer 2 is covered on the sutured wound, the gel patch 3 with the anesthetic and analgesic drugs is covered on the skin at the two sides of the wound protection cushion layer 2, and then the adhesive layer is pressed, so that the whole adhesive bandage is firmly adhered on the skin.
The anesthetic gel patch 3 may be not closed, for example, may be distributed on both sides of the wound protection pad layer 2, which is convenient for saving cost. The gel patch 3 for the narcotic analgesic has viscosity and can be directly placed on the band-aid main body 1, and can not be separated from the band-aid main body 1 normally if no external force is applied. In application, the gel patch can be removed by hand (generally, doctor will carry glove to operate, so no bacterial infection will occur), and placed around the wound.
