In addition, the technical features described below in the different embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the aerosol-generating device 100 includes a main body 10 and a sliding assembly 20, the sliding assembly 20 being movably disposed on the main body 10. The main body 10 is provided with a first rail 11 and a second rail 12, wherein the first rail 11 and the second rail 12 are disposed near an end of the main body 10, and the first rail 11 and the second rail 12 are disposed substantially in parallel. The slide assembly 20 is slidably coupled to the first rail 11 and the second rail 12 to move relative to the body 10.
In one example, the slide assembly 20 is used as a dust cap to open or cover an opening in the body 10 into which the aerosol-generating article is inserted. In one example, the slide assembly 20 is used as a shutter cover to open or cover a cleaning opening for a cleaning tool to enter to clean the interior of the main body 10. In an example, the slide assembly 20 is provided as a slide switch, and the user may interact with the body 10 by moving the position of the slide assembly 20, e.g. the user may generate instructions or control signals by moving the position of the slide assembly 20, based on which the body 10 may make a control signal such as to cause a heating assembly for heating air or heating an aerosol-generating article to generate heat, or to cause the body 10 to generate sensory information, etc.; or for example, the user may electrically conduct the power supply assembly in the body 10 with the heating assembly by moving the position of the slide assembly 20, etc. It should be noted that, in addition to the above examples, the sliding assembly 20 may also be used for other purposes, which are not listed here.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the end of the body 10 is provided with an opening 13 in a first position of the end of the body 10, the interior of the body having a receiving cavity for receiving at least part of the aerosol-generating article, the opening 13 being in communication with the receiving cavity, at least part of the aerosol-generating article being insertable into the receiving cavity through the opening 13. In order to prevent foreign objects such as dust from the outside from contaminating the receiving cavity when the aerosol-generating article is removed from the body 10, the slide assembly 20 may be moved along the first rail 11 and the second rail 12 to a first position, thereby covering the opening 13. When it is desired to insert an aerosol-generating article in the opening 13/receiving cavity, the slide assembly 20 is moved along the first rail 11 and the second rail 12 to a second position different from the first position to expose the opening 13.
Regardless of the application of the slide assembly 20, the first guide rail 11 and the second guide rail 12 are disposed on the main body 10 at intervals along the first direction X, and the first guide rail 11 and the second guide rail 12 extend along the second direction Y, which may be perpendicular to each other. The third direction Z is perpendicular to the first direction X and the second direction Y in pairs.
The slide assembly 20 may be coupled with the first rail 11 and the second rail 12 in an embedded manner to prevent the slide assembly 20 from being separated from the body 10 in the third direction Z when slid relative to the first rail 11 and the second rail 12.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the body 10 has a first position A1 and a second position A2, and the sliding assembly 20 is movable between the first position A1 and the second position A2 in a stroke along the body 10. The body 10 may have a stopping edge extending in the third direction Z thereon, the stopping edge being capable of stopping the sliding assembly 20 in the traveling direction of the sliding assembly 20 to prevent the sliding assembly 20 from being separated from the body 10 in the second direction Y. More specifically, under the limiting action of the stop edge, the first position A1 and the second position A2 may respectively form two travel cut-off points of the sliding assembly 20 moving along the main body 10.
Referring to fig. 3, the sliding assembly 20 includes a first sliding member 21 and a second sliding member 22, and the first sliding member 21 and the second sliding member 22 are assembled to form a single body. The first slider 21 is slidably connected to the first rail 11, and the second slider 22 is slidably connected to the second rail 12. To facilitate the sliding connection of the sliding assembly 20 with the main body 10, the first sliding member 21 and the second sliding member 22 may be assembled with the main body 10 sequentially. The first slider 21 and the second slider 22 are assembled with the main body 10 in sequence by relatively assembling the sliding assembly 20 as a whole with the main body 10, so that the thickness of the sliding assembly 20 in the third direction Z can be reduced, the assembling difficulty can be reduced, and one of the sliding assembly 20 and the main body 10 is prevented from being deformed or damaged in the assembling process.
Referring to fig. 3, the first slider 21 includes a first slider 211 slidably coupled to the first rail 11, and the second slider 22 includes a second slider 221 slidably coupled to the second rail 12.
The first slider 211 may not interfere with the second slider 22 or the second slider 221 may not interfere with the first slider 21 during the assembly of the first slider 211 with the first rail 11 or the assembly of the second slider 221 with the second rail 12.
Alternatively, the first slider 211 may interfere with the second slider 22 or the second slider 221 may interfere with the first slider 21 during the assembly of the first slider 211 with the first rail 11 or the assembly of the second slider 221 with the second rail 12.
For example, referring to fig. 8, if the first slider 21 is assembled with the main body 10 before the second slider 22, the second slider 221 may slide along the first slider 21 in the first direction X to be slidably connected with the second rail 12 after the first slider 211 is slidably connected with the first rail 11, so that the second slider 221 may pass through and protrude from the second slider 22 in the first direction X. That is, the second slider 221 needs to interfere with the first slider 21 before being slidably connected to the second rail 12.
Or, for example, if the second slider 22 is assembled with the main body 10 before the first slider 21, the first slider 211 may be slid along the second slider 22 in the first direction X to be slidably connected with the first rail 11 after the second slider 22 is slidably connected with the second rail 12, so that the first slider 211 may pass through and protrude from the first slider 21 in the first direction X. That is, the first slider 211 needs to interfere with the second slider 22 before slidably connecting with the first rail 11.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the first slider 21 has a first stop portion 212 thereon, and the second slider 22 has a first stop engaging portion 222 thereon, and the first stop portion 212 is in abutting connection with the first stop engaging portion 222 in the first direction X to limit the movement of the first slider 21 relative to the second slider 22 in the first direction X.
As an example, the first stopper 212 is disposed at a side portion of the first slider 21 extending in the second direction Y, and the first stopper engaging portion 222 is located at the same side of the slider assembly 20 as the first stopper 212, i.e., the first stopper 212 is located at the right side of the first slider 21, and the first stopper engaging portion 222 is located at the right side of the second slider 22, as shown in fig. 5. The first slider 21 and the second slider 22 are assembled in a plugging manner in the first direction X until the first stop portion 212 abuts against the first stop mating portion 222. On the other side (left side) of the slide assembly 20 extending in the second direction Y, the first slide member 21 and the second slide member 22 may be fixed by bonding or fastening.
As an example, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the first slider 21 further has a second stopper 213, and the second slider 22 further has a second stopper mating portion 223. The first stopper 212 and the second stopper 213 of the first slider 21 are disposed at intervals in the first direction X, and the first stopper engaging portion 222 and the second stopper engaging portion 223 of the second slider 22 are disposed at intervals in the first direction X. When the first slider 21 is assembled with the second slider 22, the second stopper 213 is in abutting connection with the second stopper fitting 223, thereby restricting the movement of the first slider 21 relative to the second slider 22 in the first direction X.
As an example, the second stopper 213 is disposed at the other side portion of the first slider 21 extending in the second direction Y, and the second stopper fitting portion 223 is located at the same side of the slider assembly 20 as the second stopper 213, i.e., the second stopper 213 is located at the left side of the first slider 21 and the second stopper fitting portion 223 is located at the left side of the second slider 22, as shown in fig. 5.
As an example, the first slider 21 has thereon a first stopper portion 212 and a second stopper portion 213 spaced apart from each other in the first direction X, and the second slider 22 has thereon a first stopper fitting portion 222 abutting the first stopper portion 212 and a second stopper fitting portion 223 abutting the second stopper portion 213, and the first slider 21 and the second slider 22 are prevented from relatively moving in the first direction X by the first stopper portion 212 and the second stopper fitting portion 213 being located between the first stopper fitting portion 222 and the second stopper fitting portion 223, respectively, or by the first stopper fitting portion 222 and the second stopper fitting portion 223 being located between the first stopper portion 212 and the second stopper portion 213, respectively, to prevent the second slider 22 from shaking relative to the first slider 21 in the first direction X.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the second slider 22 includes a body 224, the body 224 connects the first stop engaging portion 222 and the second stop engaging portion 223 at the same time, and the first stop engaging portion 222 and the second stop engaging portion 223 are disposed on the same side of the body 224. In other embodiments, the first stop engaging portion 222 and the second stop engaging portion 223 are formed to extend from the body 224 toward the direction in which the first slider 21 is located. The first stop engaging portion 222 and the second stop engaging portion 223 may be connected to the body 224 by bonding or clamping, or the body 224 may be integrally formed with the first stop engaging portion 222 and the second stop engaging portion 223.
In the third direction Z, the body 224 of the second slider 22 shields at least part of the first slider 21, i.e. in the third direction Z there is an overlap area of the first slider 21 with the body 224. When the slide assembly 20 is mounted and connected with the body 224, the body 224 of the second slide 22 is closer to the outside than the first slide 21, the first slide 21 may be located between the second slide 22 and the main body 10, and thus, the body 224 may be configured to receive at least a portion of the force urging the slide assembly 20 to slide on the first rail 11 and the second rail 12 in the second direction Y. For example, a user may contact and push the body 224 such that the slide assembly 20 moves entirely along the first and second rails 11 and 12.
In other embodiments, it is also possible that at least a portion of the area of the first slider 21 is closer to the outside than the body 224 of the second slider 22, and the first slider 21 is configured to receive at least a portion of the force that urges the sliding assembly 20 to slide on the first rail 11 and the second rail 12 in the second direction Y.
In some embodiments, the surface of the body 224 of the first slider 21 and/or the second slider 22, which is close to the outside, may be provided with an anti-slip portion (not shown), which is used for the user to contact when driving the sliding assembly 20, so as to effectively reduce the probability of slipping on the surface of the sliding assembly 20, and improve the feel of the user driving the sliding assembly 20.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the second slider 22 includes a first escape prevention portion 225. After the first slider 21 and the second slider 22 are assembled, the first stopper 212 of the first slider 21 may be located between the body 224 and the first anti-drop portion 225 of the second slider 22. Specifically, the body 224 is disposed above the first sliding member 21 along the third direction Z, and in the third direction Z, the first stopping portion 212 may abut against the first anti-release portion 225 downward in the third direction Z, so as to prevent the first anti-release portion 225 from moving in the third direction Z, thereby limiting the relative movement of the first sliding member 21 and the second sliding member 22 in the third direction Z.
As an example, the first anti-disengaging portion 225 extends from the first stop engaging portion 222 along the first direction X, and the second slider 22 is viewed along the second direction Y, where the body 224, the first stop engaging portion 222 and the first anti-disengaging portion 225 together form a C-shaped slot, and the first stop portion 212 of the first slider 21 is inserted into the C-shaped slot.
In an embodiment in which the second slider 22 is provided with the first escape prevention portion 225, the second slider 221 of the second slider 22 may extend in the first direction X from the first escape prevention portion 225. Of course, the second slider 221 of the second slider 22 may also extend directly from the body 224 along the first direction X.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first slider 21 has a second anti-falling portion 214 disposed adjacent to the second stop portion 213. And at least part of the second stop engaging portion 223 of the second slider 22 may be configured as a hook portion 226, where the hook portion 226 is used to be in abutting connection with the second anti-drop portion 214, so as to fix the first slider 21 and the second slider 22 in the third direction Z, and prevent the first slider 21 and the second slider 22 from generating relative movement in the third direction Z. As an example, after the first slider 21 and the second slider 22 are assembled, the second anti-falling portion 214 is disposed between the body 224 and the hook 226 of the second slider 22 along the third direction Z, and the second anti-falling portion 214 abuts against the hook 226.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the number of the second stopping portions 213 on the first sliding member 21 is two, the two second stopping portions 213 are disposed on the first sliding member 21 at intervals along the second direction Y, and the second anti-falling portion 214 is disposed in each second stopping portion 213. There are also two second stopper engaging portions 223 of the second slider 22, two second stopper engaging portions 223 are provided on the second slider 22 in the second direction Y, and each second stopper engaging portion 223 is provided with the above-described hook portion 226. By providing two or more second escape prevention parts 214 and hook parts 226, the assembly firmness between the first slider 21 and the second slider 22 can be further enhanced, preventing the first slider 21 and the second slider 22 from loosening.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 4, the length of the first stop portion 212 in the second direction Y is greater than the length of the first stop engaging portion 222 in the second direction Y, that is, after the first sliding member 21 and the second sliding member 22 are assembled, a gap exists between the first stop portion 212 and the first stop engaging portion 222 in the second direction Y. By the arrangement, the first slider 12 and the second slider 22 can be assembled conveniently, and interference fit is avoided, so that the first slider and the second slider are difficult to disassemble and assemble.
Likewise, with continued reference to fig. 4, the second stop 213 and the second stop mating 223 are also clearance-fitted in the second direction, thereby facilitating assembly of the first slider 12 and the second slider 22.
Since the first stopper 212 is in clearance fit with the first stopper fitting portion 222 in the second direction Y and/or the second stopper 213 and the second stopper fitting portion 223 are in clearance fit in the second direction Y, in order to limit the first slider 21 and the second slider 22 in the second direction Y, referring to fig. 4 and 6, the first slider 21 further has a third stopper 215 and a fourth stopper 216, and the third stopper 215 and the fourth stopper 216 are disposed at intervals in the second direction Y. The second slider 22 has a third stop fitting 227 and a fourth stop fitting 228 thereon, and the third stop fitting 227 and the fourth stop fitting 228 are also disposed at intervals in the second direction Y. When the first slider 21 and the second slider 22 are assembled, the third stop portion 215 is in abutting connection with the third stop mating portion 227, and the fourth stop portion 216 is in abutting connection with the fourth stop mating portion 228, so as to limit the relative movement of the first slider 21 and the second slider 22 in the second direction Y.
As an example, as shown in fig. 6, in the second direction Y, the third stopper fitting portion 227 and the fourth stopper fitting portion 228 are each located between the third stopper portion 215 and the fourth stopper portion 216. In other examples, in the second direction Y, the third stop mating portion 227 and the fourth stop mating portion 228 are each located between the third stop portion 215 and the fourth stop portion 216.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the second slider 22 includes a body 224, the body 224 connects a third stop mating portion 227 and a fourth stop mating portion 228 at the same time, and the third stop mating portion 227 and the fourth stop mating portion 228 are located on the same surface of the body 224. In other embodiments, the third stop mating portion 227 and the fourth stop mating portion 228 are formed extending from the body 224 toward the surface of the first slider 21. The third stop engaging portion 227 and the fourth stop engaging portion 228 may be connected to the body 224 by bonding, clamping, or the like, or the body 224 may be integrally formed with the third stop engaging portion 227 and the fourth stop engaging portion 228.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the third stop engaging portion 227 and the fourth stop engaging portion 228 may be deformed, so that the third stop portion 215 may be better engaged with the third stop engaging portion 227 and the fourth stop portion 216 may be better engaged with the fourth stop engaging portion 228 when the first slider 21 and the second slider 22 are adjusted in the second direction Y.
Referring to fig. 3, the aerosol-generating device 100 further comprises a first magnetic member 30 and a second magnetic member 40, the first magnetic member 30 and the second magnetic member 40 being magnetically repulsive to each other. The first magnetic member 30 is disposed on the sliding assembly 20 and the first magnetic member 30 moves between the first position A1 and the second position A2 in synchronization with the sliding assembly 20. The second magnetic member 40 is disposed on the main body 10, and the second magnetic member 40 is located between the first position A1 and the second position A2.
