Referring to fig. 1, in the above embodiment, openings are formed on two opposite sides of the ground wire card box 1. The two locking mechanisms 4 are in one-to-one correspondence with the two openings, each locking mechanism 4 is arranged outside the ground wire clamp box 1, and each locking mechanism 4 is arranged at the corresponding opening.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, each locking mechanism 4 includes: a locking body 41, a bayonet 42 and an elastic member 43. The locking body 41 is disposed outside the ground wire clamp box 1, and a locking groove extending to the other side is formed on one side of the locking body 41 facing the opening.
The elastic member 43 is disposed in the locking slot, the locking pin 42 movably penetrates through the locking slot, and a first end of the locking pin 42 is disposed in the locking slot and connected with the elastic member 43, a second end (right end shown in fig. 3) of the locking pin 42 penetrates through the opening, and a second end of the locking pin 42 is disposed in the ground wire clamping box 1, and the second end of the locking pin 42 abuts against the ground wire hook 5. Specifically, the elastic member 43 may be a spring.
The ground wire hook 5 includes: a main body section 51 and a tapered section 52. The outer diameter of the conical top end of the conical section 52 is smaller than the outer diameter of the conical bottom end, the conical bottom end of the conical section 52 is connected with the main body section 51, the conical top end of the conical section 52 is connected with the traction rope 2, the outer diameter of the conical bottom end of the conical section 52 is larger than the outer diameter of the main body section 51, and then the ground wire clamping hook 5 is in an arrow shape.
The ground wire hook 5 is pulled by the traction rope 2, the conical section 52 penetrates through the opening at the bottom of the ground wire clamp box 1 to enter the ground wire clamp box 1, the conical section 52 is movably penetrated between the clamping pins 42 in the two locking mechanisms 4, and the two clamping pins 42 are arranged below the conical bottom end of the conical section 52 under the traction rope 2 so as to limit the conical section 52, and further locking of the ground wire hook 5 is achieved.
In the initial state, the elastic member 43 is in a normal state, and the second ends of the bayonet locks 42 in the two locking mechanisms 4 are all inserted into the corresponding openings and then placed in the ground wire clamp box 1. When the ground wire hook 5 is inserted into the ground wire clamp box 1, the tapered section 52 of the ground wire hook 5 extrudes the two clamping pins 42, so that the two elastic members 43 are in a compressed state. After the cone bottom end of the ground wire hook 5 passes through the two clamping pins 42, under the action of elastic restoring force of the two elastic pieces 43, the two clamping pins 42 move towards the main body section 51 of the ground wire hook 5 until the two clamping pins 42 are in contact with the main body section 51 of the ground wire hook 5, the two elastic pieces 43 are in an initial state, the cone bottom end of the ground wire hook 5 is blocked by the two clamping pins 42, the ground wire hook 5 is prevented from sliding out from the opening, and locking of the ground wire hook 5 is realized.
When the two elastic members 43 are in the initial state, the distance between the second ends of the two locking pins 42 may be equal to the outer diameter of the main body section 51 of the ground wire hook 5, and after the tapered bottom end of the ground wire hook 5 passes through the two locking pins 42, the two locking pins 42 contact with the main body section 51 of the ground wire hook 5, and the locking of the ground wire hook 5 is achieved by blocking the tapered bottom end of the ground wire hook 5 by the two locking pins 42.
The distance between the second ends of the two detents 42 may also be smaller than the outer diameter of the body section 51 of the ground hook 5 when the two resilient members 43 are in the initial state. Thus, after the cone bottom end of the ground wire hook 5 passes through the two clamping pins 42, the two elastic pieces 43 are still in a compressed state, the two clamping pins 42 abut against the main body section 51 of the ground wire hook 5 by virtue of the elastic force of the two elastic pieces 43, and the cone bottom end of the ground wire hook 5 is blocked by the two clamping pins 42, so that the ground wire hook 5 can be effectively prevented from sliding out from the opening, and the ground wire hook 5 is locked.
It can be seen that in this embodiment, each locking mechanism 4 is simple in structure and easy to implement.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in the above embodiment, each of the locking mechanisms 4 may further include: and a stop screw 44. Wherein, the locking groove penetrates the locking body 41, the limit screw 44 is disposed at one side of the locking groove far away from the ground wire clamping box 1, and the size of the head of the limit screw 44 is larger than that of the rod body, the head of the limit screw 44 is disposed outside the locking body 41, the rod body of the limit screw 44 is movably disposed in the locking groove, and the rod body is connected with the first end (left end shown in fig. 3) of the bayonet 42. Specifically, a slot is formed on an end surface of the first end of the bayonet 42, and the rod body is inserted into the slot, so that the limit screw 44 and the bayonet 42 are relatively fixed.
The inner diameter of the locking groove facing the open hole is larger than the inner diameter of the side far away from the ground wire clamp box 1, so that a first limit area is formed at the reducing position of the locking groove. Specifically, a side of the locking groove facing the opening is denoted as a first end, a side of the locking groove away from the ground wire clamp box 1 is denoted as a second end, an inner diameter of the first end of the locking groove is larger than an inner diameter of the second end, a length of the first end of the locking groove is larger than a length of the second end, and a connection part between the first end and the second end of the locking groove is a reducing part.
The outer diameter of the first end of the bayonet 42 is smaller than the outer diameter of the second end so that a second limit region is formed at the reduced diameter of the bayonet 42. Specifically, the outer diameter of the first end of the bayonet 42 is smaller than the outer diameter of the second end, while the outer diameter of the first end of the bayonet 42 is smaller than the inner diameter of the second end of the locking groove, so that the bayonet 42 can move freely within the locking groove. The connection between the first end and the second end of the bayonet 42 is a variable diameter position, the variable diameter of the bayonet 42 is disposed within the range of the first end of the locking slot, and a certain distance is provided between the variable diameter position of the bayonet 42 and the variable diameter position of the locking slot.
The elastic member 43 is sleeved outside the first end of the bayonet 42, and the elastic member 43 is disposed between the first limit area and the second limit area, that is, the elastic member 43 is disposed between the reducing portion of the bayonet 42 and the reducing portion of the locking slot, so that the elastic member 43 is disposed within the range of the first end of the locking slot, and one end of the elastic member 43 abuts against the reducing portion of the bayonet 42, and the other end of the elastic member 43 abuts against the reducing portion of the locking slot.
When the locking device is used, the locking pin 42 moves to the position, away from the ground wire clamp box 1, of the locking groove, the locking pin 42 presses the elastic piece 43, the elastic piece 43 is blocked by the reducing position of the locking groove, and then the movement of the locking pin 42 is limited. When the bayonet lock 42 moves to the ground wire clamping box 1, the movement of the bayonet lock 42 drives the limit screw 44 to move to the ground wire clamping box 1, the head of the limit screw 44 is blocked by the locking body 41, and further the movement of the bayonet lock 42 is limited, so that the bayonet lock 42 is prevented from being separated from the locking groove.
It can be seen that in this embodiment, the installation and processing is facilitated by providing the limit screw 44 and penetrating the locking groove through the locking body 41.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in each of the above embodiments, each of the locking mechanisms 4 further includes: a slider 45 having a ring shape. The end of the main body section 51 of the ground wire hook 5 is provided with a connector 7, and the radial dimension of the connector 7 is larger than that of the main body section 51.
The sliding block 45 is slidably sleeved on the main body section 51, the inner diameter of the sliding block 45 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the main body section 51, and the inner diameter of the sliding block 45 is smaller than the radial dimension of the connecting body 7, so that the sliding block 45 is limited between the conical bottom end of the ground wire clamping hook 5 and the connecting body 7. The outer diameter of the slider 45 is equal to the outer diameter of the tapered bottom end of the tapered section 52.
The traction rope 2 is used for pulling the ground wire hook 5 to move towards the top of the ground wire clamping box 1 after the clamping pins 42 are abutted against the ground wire hook 5, so that the sliding block 45 is abutted against the two clamping pins 42, and the ground wire hook 5 is separated from the ground wire clamping box 1 under the action of external force. Specifically, after the clamping pin 42 locks the ground wire clamping hook 5, so that the ground wire clamping hook 5 is locked by the ground wire clamping box 1, the traction rope 2 continues to pull the ground wire clamping hook 5 to move to the top of the ground wire clamping box 1, the sliding block 45 and the connecting body 7 also move to the top of the ground wire clamping box 1 until the sliding block 45 contacts with the two clamping pins 42, and then the sliding block 45 abuts against the two clamping pins 42, at this time, a worker can slowly release the traction rope 2, and the ground wire drives the ground wire clamping hook 5 to move to the bottom of the ground wire clamping box 1, and as the outer diameter of the sliding block 45 is matched with the outer diameter of the cone bottom end of the ground wire clamping hook 5 to form a whole, the ground wire clamping hook 5 can be separated from the locking of the two clamping pins 42 against the sliding block 45 under the action of gravity, so that the ground wire clamping hook 5 is separated from the ground wire clamping box 1, and at this time, the ground wire clamping hook 5 can be placed on the ground under the action of the traction rope 2.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, the unlocking between the ground wire hook 5 and the ground wire cartridge 1 can be achieved by using the slider 45, so that the operation is simple, and the flexibility, reliability and safety of the ground wire hanging and dismounting are improved.

Referring to fig. 4 to 7, the gripping mechanism 8 includes: a clamping block 81, two clamping plates 82 and a clamping mechanism 83. The two clamping plates 82 are arranged in parallel, and the first ends of the two clamping plates 82 are arc-shaped so as to be hung on the wire to be hung. The clamping block 81 is arranged between the first ends of the two clamping plates 82, and the clamping block 81 can be connected with a suspension device through a hanging piece, and the suspension device lifts the whole clamping mechanism 8 through the hanging piece, so as to suspend to the position where the wire is to be hung. The clamping mechanism 83 is disposed between the second ends of the two clamping plates 82, and the clamping mechanism 83 is connected to the lifting mechanism, and the clamping mechanism 83 cooperates with the two clamping plates 82 to clamp the wire to be hung.

Wherein, the first end (the upper end shown in fig. 7) of the link 832 is rotatably connected with the first end (the right end shown in fig. 7) of the clamping bar 833, specifically, the link 832 and the clamping bar 833 may be connected by a pin. The second end of the connecting rod 832 is connected to the two lifting plates 31 in the lifting mechanism 3, the second end (the left end shown in fig. 7) of the clamping rod 833 is a free end, the arc shape of the clamping rod 833 is matched with the wire to be hung, and then the second end of the clamping rod 833 can be matched with the first ends of the two clamping plates 82 to clamp the wire to be hung.
The first end (lower end shown in fig. 7) of the first elastic member 831 is connected to the junction of the link 832 and the clamping lever 833, and the second end (upper end shown in fig. 7) of the first elastic member 831 is connected to the two clamping plates 82. Specifically, a first end of the first elastic member 831 is connected to the pin shaft, a suspension lever is disposed between the two clamping plates 82, and a second end of the first elastic member 831 is connected to the suspension lever.
The clamp lever 833 is rotatably connected to the two clamp plates 82 near the first end, specifically, the clamp lever 833 is rotatably connected to the two clamp plates 82 near the first end through a rotation shaft, and the clamp lever 833 is rotatable with respect to the two clamp plates 82.
After the ground wire hook is locked, under the gravity action of the ground wire, the connecting rod 832 moves downward to drive the second end of the clamping rod 833 to rotate towards the first ends of the two clamping plates 82, so that the second end of the clamping rod 833 and the first ends of the two clamping plates 82 clamp the wire to be hung. More specifically, since the ground wire is connected to the ground wire hook, after the ground wire hook is locked by the locking mechanism 4, the gravity of the ground wire is applied to the locking mechanism 4, and since the locking mechanism 4 is connected to the first elastic member 831 through the link 832, the first elastic member 831 bears the weight of the whole of the locking mechanism and the link 832, so that after the gravity of the ground wire is applied, both the locking mechanism and the link 832 move downward (with respect to fig. 4), the first elastic member 831 is pulled to an extended state while the first end of the clamp rod 833 is driven to move downward, but since the clamp rod 833 is rotatably connected to the two clamp plates 82 near the first end, the movement of the clamp rod 833 is limited by the two clamp plates 82, and the second end of the clamp rod 833 is rotated toward the first ends of the two clamp plates 82 by the lever principle, and the second end of the clamp rod 833 clamps the wire to be hung with the first ends of the two clamp plates 82.
In a specific implementation, the first elastic member 831 may be a spring. The clamping bar 833 can rotate between 0 and 90 degrees.
To sum up, in this embodiment, the lifting mechanism 3 is detachably connected with the wire to be hung, the ground wire hook 5 is connected with the ground wire, the traction rope 2 drives the ground wire hook 5 to be inserted into the locking mechanism 4, so that the ground wire is connected with the wire to be hung, the grounding of the wire to be hung is realized, a worker does not need to hold an insulating operation rod to operate, the worker only needs to connect the lifting mechanism 3 with the wire to be hung, the traction rope 2 is controlled to lock the ground wire hook 5, the connection of the ground wire and the wire to be hung is realized, the operation is simple and convenient, the physical strength of the worker is saved, and the flexibility, reliability and safety of the ground wire hanging are improved.
