A throwing and hanging type grounding device is characterized by comprising a hook, wherein the hook is of a U-shaped structure comprising a first opening, the first opening is internally used for accommodating a cable, the hook is connected with a first rope and a second rope which are used for adjusting the orientation of the first opening of the hook, a stop lever is arranged at the first opening, the stop lever is hinged to one side of the first opening and rotates around a hinge point under the action of gravity, and the stopping lever is used for closing the first opening to limit the cable in the first opening or opening the first opening to form a channel for the cable to pass through;
the middle part of the stop lever is arranged on one side of the first opening, one end of the stop lever can contact with the other side of the first opening when rotating, and the other end of the stop lever is provided with a balancing weight;
when the first opening faces upwards, the stop lever is in a state of closing the first opening and used for stopping the cable from coming off from the first opening, and when the first opening faces downwards, the stop lever is integrally positioned on the same side of the first opening and matched with the first opening to form a channel.

The drop-on grounding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the open end of the hook is connected with a grounding wire, and the end of the grounding wire far from the hook is connected with a grounding structure, and the grounding structure is electrically connected with the hook through the grounding wire and is used for grounding a cable fitted on the hook.
6. The drop-on grounding device of claim 5, wherein the first rope is fixed at the open end of the hook and the second rope is fixed at the other end of the hook.
7. The throwing and hanging type grounding device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first rope is fixed on one side of the grounding wire at the opening end, and the first rope and the second rope are put down or lifted together with the grounding wire to form a hook.
