Background

For mattresses, sofa cushions and other cushions with larger sizes, the mattresses are usually designed to be folded for convenient storage, and when the mattresses are not needed to be used, the mattresses can be folded, so that too much space is avoided.

In the related art, three independent sponge blocks are generally respectively arranged in three outer sleeves with independent accommodating spaces, one sides of two adjacent outer sleeves are connected, and the other sides are in an open state so as to be convenient for folding. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a first reinforcing layer is disposed on the second surface at least at a position corresponding to the first open-close slit; and a second reinforcing layer is arranged on the first surface at least at the position corresponding to the second opening and closing seam.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the first reinforcing layer is in a strip shape, and the first reinforcing layer is adhered to the second surface at a position corresponding to the first opening and closing slit; or, the first reinforcing layer is in a sheet shape, and the first reinforcing layer is adhered and covered on the second surface.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the second reinforcing layer is in a strip shape, and the second reinforcing layer is adhered to a position of the second surface corresponding to the second opening and closing slit; or the second reinforcing layer is in a sheet shape, and the second reinforcing layer is adhered and covered on the first surface.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a reinforcing layer is provided at least at a position corresponding to the open-close slit on a surface where the open-close slit is not provided.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the reinforcing layer is in a strip shape, and is adhered to a position corresponding to the open-close slit on a surface where the open-close slit is not provided; or, the reinforcing layer is in a sheet shape, and the reinforcing layer is adhered and covered on the surface which is not provided with the open and close seam.

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the cushion is in a deployed state, the outer sleeve is positioned outside the open-close slit.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a mat including a main body 10 and an outer casing 20 surrounding the main body 10, the main body 10 having a first surface and a second surface disposed opposite to each other; the first surface is provided with at least one first open-close slit 11 so that portions of the body 10 located at both sides of the first open-close slit 11 can be folded; the second surface is provided with at least one second open-close slit 12 so that portions of the body 10 located at both sides of the second open-close slit 12 can be folded; the first open-close joint 11 and the second open-close joint 12 are arranged in a staggered manner; the material of the outer case 20 at least at the portions corresponding to the first slit 11 and the second slit 12 is an elastic cloth.

In this embodiment, a mattress will be described as an example. Of course, the cushion may be a sofa cushion.

In this embodiment, one of the first surface and the second surface is in contact with the frame and the other is in contact with the human body in the use state of the mattress. Because the material of the part of the outer sleeve body 20 corresponding to the first open-close joint 11 and the second open-close joint 12 is elastic cloth, when the main body 10 is wrapped on the outer sleeve body 20, the outer surface of the outer sleeve body 20 is still of an integral structure after the main body 10 is unfolded, the appearance is attractive, no gap exists, dust is not easy to deposit, small articles cannot fall into the outer sleeve body, and the experience of a person lying on a mattress is good.

It should be understood that the first and second slits 11 and 12 are formed by cutting the body 10, and the depth of the first and second slits 11 and 12 are smaller than the thickness of the body 10, and the first and second slits 11 and 12 extend to the thickness surface of the body 10, facilitate folding, and maintain the integrity of the body 10.

The depth of the first slit 11 is illustratively about 1cm less than the thickness of the body 10. The depth of the second open seam 12 may be equal to the depth of the first open seam 11.

The depth of the first opening and closing slit 11 and the depth of the second opening and closing slit 12 may be selected according to the material of the main body 10, so long as the mattress can be folded conveniently and the integrity of the main body 10 is ensured.

In one embodiment, the elastic fabric is a spandex knitted fabric. Illustratively, the components of the spandex knit fabric can include: 75% polyester fiber and 25% spandex. In other embodiments, the elastic fabric may be a spandex woven fabric. Of course, the elastic cloth may be a cloth having a certain elongation at break.

In one embodiment, the body 10 is a sponge. The main body 10 includes a main body layer 102 and a functional layer 101 that are integrally formed respectively, the main body layer 102 is made of a fast elastic sponge, the functional layer 101 is made of a slow elastic sponge, the functional layer 101 is adhered to the main body layer 102 by glue, in this embodiment, the first surface is a surface of the functional layer 101 far away from the main body layer 102, and correspondingly, the second surface is a surface of the main body layer 102 far away from the functional layer 101, where, of course, the first surface and the second surface may be interchanged. The main body layer 102 adopts a quick-elastic sponge and mainly plays a supporting function; the functional layer 101 adopts the slow elastic sponge, and the human body can be more comfortable when contacting the functional layer 101.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, wherein fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the mattress along its length, the number of first and second slits 11, 12 is one such that the mattress can be folded to form a three-fold mattress, in particular, the first and second slits 11, 12 divide the body 10 into a first portion 13, a second portion 14 and a third portion 15 connected together, the first slit 11 being located between the first portion 13 and the second portion 14, and the second slit 12 being located between the second portion 14 and the third portion 15. Illustratively, when folded, the second surface is positioned below, as shown in fig. 3, and the second portion 14 is folded over the third portion 15, as shown in fig. 4, and the first portion 13 is folded over the second portion 14, as shown in fig. 5.

In order to further improve the connection strength between the adjacent two portions of the main body 10, to prevent the main body 10 from being completely broken at the first and second open-close slits 11 and 12, in this embodiment, at least the position of the second surface corresponding to the first open-close slit 11 is provided with the first reinforcing layer 31; the first surface is provided with a second reinforcing layer 32 at least in a position corresponding to the second slit 12.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the first reinforcing layer 31 is in a strip shape, and the first reinforcing layer 31 is adhered to the second surface at a position corresponding to the first open/close slit 11.

For example, the first reinforcement layer 31 may be adhered to the second surface at a position corresponding to the first open seam 11 using glue after the first open seam 11 is cut. Of course, the first reinforcement layer 31 may be adhered to the second surface at a position corresponding to the first open seam 11 to be formed by using glue before the first open seam 11 is cut.

In other embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the first reinforcing layer 31 is in a sheet form, and the first reinforcing layer 31 is adhesively coated on the second surface.

Illustratively, the first reinforcing layer 31 is adhered to cover the entire second surface, and then the body 10 is cut to form the first open seam 11.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the second reinforcing layer 32 is in the shape of a strip, and the second reinforcing layer 32 is adhered to the first surface at a position corresponding to the second open/close slit 12.

For example, the second reinforcing layer 32 may be adhered to the first surface at a position corresponding to the second open seam 12 using glue after the second open seam 12 is cut. Of course, the second reinforcing layer 32 may be adhered to the first surface at a position corresponding to the second open seam 12 to be formed by using glue before the second open seam 12 is cut.

In other embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the second reinforcing layer 32 is in the form of a sheet, and the second reinforcing layer 32 is adhesively coated on the first surface. Illustratively, the second reinforcing layer 32 is adhesively applied to the entire first surface, and then the body 10 is cut to form the second open seam 12.

When the first surface is provided with the first open seam 11 and the second surface is provided with the second open seam 12, the first reinforcing layer 31 may be adhered to cover the whole second surface, the second reinforcing layer 32 may be adhered to cover the whole first surface, and then the first open seam 11 and the second open seam 12 may be formed by cutting at the corresponding positions of the main body 10.

In one embodiment, the material of the first reinforcing layer 31 and the second reinforcing layer 32 is a stitch-bonded nonwoven fabric. The stitch-bonded non-woven fabric has low cost and good reinforcing effect.

Illustratively, the stitch-bonded nonwoven fabric has a composition of 100% polyester fiber.

Of course, the material of the first reinforcing layer 31 and the second reinforcing layer 32 is not limited to the stitch-bonded nonwoven fabric.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the outer case 20 includes a drape 21 and a base 22, the drape 21 and the base 22 being connected by a zipper (not shown).

In one embodiment, the number of the zippers is one, so that the production cost is saved, the use is convenient, and when the mattress needs to be disassembled, the whole mattress only needs to be unzipped by one zipper.

In one embodiment, the outer casing 20 is located outside the first opening and closing slit 11 and the second opening and closing slit 12 in the unfolded state of the cushion, that is, the outer surface of the outer casing is still of an integral structure, the appearance is attractive, no slit exists, dust is not easy to deposit, small objects cannot fall into the outer casing, and the use experience is good.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the drape 21 includes a first sub-drape 211, a second sub-drape 212, and a third sub-drape 213, where the first sub-drape 211 is stitched to one side of the second sub-drape 212, and the third sub-drape 213 is stitched to the other side of the second sub-drape 212, and the second sub-drape 212 is made of an elastic fabric.

For example, referring to fig. 2, the second sub-covering cloth 212 corresponds to the first opening and closing slit 11, and the second sub-covering cloth 212 is made of elastic cloth, so that the elastic cloth is convenient to adaptively stretch along with the folding of the main body 10, and after the mattress is unfolded, the elastic cloth can recover to be original length, so that the first surface and the second surface of the mattress are relatively flat, and the comfort level is improved.

Illustratively, existing jacquard cloth is used for the portions of the drape and base fabric other than the elastic cloth.

In one embodiment, the first, second and third sub-drapes 211, 212 and 213 each include a top drape and a side drape, which are integrally formed together. For example, taking the second sub-drape 212 as an example, referring to fig. 1, the second sub-drape 212 includes a top cloth and side-wrapping cloths located at two sides of the top cloth, where the top cloth and the side-wrapping cloths at two sides are integrally formed and are all elastic cloths.

At least part of the first sub-drape 211 and at least part of the third sub-drape 213 may be elastic.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the base fabric 22 includes a first sub-base fabric 221, a second sub-base fabric 222, and a third sub-base fabric 223, where the first sub-base fabric 221 is stitched to one side of the second sub-base fabric 222, the third sub-base fabric 223 is stitched to the other side of the second sub-base fabric 222, and the second sub-base fabric 222 is made of an elastic fabric.

At least part of the first sub-base 221 and at least part of the third sub-base 223 may be elastic.

The second sub-base fabric 222 corresponds to the second open seam 12, and the second sub-base fabric 222 is made of an elastic fabric, so that the elastic fabric can be adaptively stretched along with the folding of the main body 10, and after the mattress is unfolded, the elastic fabric can recover the original length, so that the first surface and the second surface of the mattress are relatively flat, and the comfort is improved.

The present embodiment also provides a mat comprising a main body 10 having two surfaces disposed opposite to each other and an outer casing 20 surrounding the main body 10; one of the surfaces is provided with at least one open-close seam so that the parts of the main body positioned at the two sides of the open-close seam can be folded; at least the part of the outer sleeve body corresponding to the opening and closing seam is made of elastic cloth.

It should be appreciated that the open-close slit is formed by cutting the body 10, the depth of the open-close slit is smaller than the thickness of the body 10, the open-close slit extends to the thickness face of the body 10, folding is facilitated, and the integrity of the body 10 is maintained.

Illustratively, the depth of the open seam is about 1cm less than the thickness of the body 10.

It should be noted that, the depth of the open seam may be selected according to the material of the main body 10, so long as the cushion can be folded conveniently, and the integrity of the main body 10 is ensured.

In one embodiment, the surface where the open-close slit is not provided is provided with a reinforcing layer at least at a position corresponding to the open-close slit, so that the connection strength between the adjacent two portions of the main body 10 can be further improved, and the main body 10 is prevented from being completely broken at the open-close slit.

In some embodiments, the reinforcing layer is in the shape of a strip, and the reinforcing layer is adhered to the surface where the open-close slit is not provided at a position corresponding to the open-close slit.

In other embodiments, the reinforcing layer is in the form of a sheet and the reinforcing layer is adhesively coated on the surface where the open seam is not provided.

For clarity of description of the technical solution of the present embodiment, the two surfaces are named as a first surface and a second surface, respectively.

Specifically, the main body 10 has a first surface and a second surface that are disposed opposite to each other; the first surface is provided with at least one open-close slit so that the portions of the main body 10 located at both sides of the open-close slit can be folded; at least the part of the outer sleeve 20 corresponding to the opening and closing seam is made of elastic cloth.

The mat provided in this embodiment, by providing at least one opening and closing slit on the first surface of the main body 10, the portions of the main body 10 located at both sides of the opening and closing slit can be folded, for example, when the number of opening and closing slits is one, the mat can be folded to form a two-fold mat, and the opening and closing slit is located at the middle position of the first surface, for example, to fold the mat in half. Because the material of the part of the outer sleeve body 20 corresponding to the opening and closing seam is elastic cloth, after the main body 10 is wrapped on the outer sleeve body 20, the outer surface of the outer sleeve body 20 is still of an integral structure after the main body 10 is unfolded, the appearance is attractive, no seam exists, dust is not easy to deposit, small articles cannot fall into the cushion, and when the cushion is used as a mattress, a user can feel better when lying on the cushion.

In order to further improve the connection strength between the adjacent two portions of the main body 10 and prevent the main body 10 from being completely broken at the opening and closing slit, in this embodiment, at least a position of the second surface corresponding to the opening and closing slit is provided with a reinforcing layer, and the structure of the reinforcing layer is substantially the same as that of the first reinforcing layer 31.

The first surface may be provided with a plurality of open-close slits, and the longitudinal directions of the plurality of open-close slits may be parallel.

The opening and closing slit may be provided only on the second surface. Such a mat includes a main body 10 and an outer casing 20 surrounding the main body 10, the main body 10 having a first surface and a second surface disposed opposite to each other; the second surface is provided with at least one open-close slit so that the portions of the main body 10 located at both sides of the open-close slit can be folded; at least the part of the outer sleeve 20 corresponding to the opening and closing seam is made of elastic cloth.

The mat provided in this embodiment, by providing at least one opening and closing slit on the second surface of the main body 10, allows the portion of the main body 10 located at both sides of the opening and closing slit to be folded, for example, when the number of opening and closing slits is one, the mat can be folded to form a two-fold mat. Because the material of the part corresponding to the opening and closing seam of the outer sleeve body 20 is elastic cloth, after the main body 10 is wrapped on the outer sleeve body 20, the outer surface of the outer sleeve body 20 is still of an integral structure after the main body 10 is unfolded, the appearance is attractive, no seam exists, dust is not easy to deposit, small articles cannot fall into the cushion, and when the cushion is used as a mattress, a user can feel better when lying on the cushion.

In order to further improve the connection strength between two adjacent parts of the main body 10 and prevent the main body 10 from being completely broken at the opening and closing seam, in this embodiment, a reinforcing layer is disposed on at least a position of the first surface corresponding to the opening and closing seam, and the structure of the reinforcing layer is substantially the same as that of the second reinforcing layer 32, which is not described herein.

In one embodiment, the cushion is in the expanded state, and the outer sleeve body is located outside the open-close joint, that is to say, the outer surface of the outer sleeve body is still of an integral structure, the appearance is attractive, no gap exists, dust is not easy to accumulate, small articles cannot fall into the cushion, and the use experience is good.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present disclosure, and not for limiting the same; although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the corresponding technical solutions from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims (14)

1. A mat comprising a main body and an outer casing surrounding said main body, said main body having oppositely disposed first and second surfaces; the first surface is provided with at least one first open-close seam so that the parts of the main body positioned on two sides of the first open-close seam can be folded; the second surface is provided with at least one second open-close seam so that the parts of the main body positioned at two sides of the second open-close seam can be folded; the first opening and closing seam and the second opening and closing seam are arranged in a staggered mode;

and at least the parts of the outer sleeve body corresponding to the first opening and closing seams and the second opening and closing seams are made of elastic cloth.

2. The mat of claim 1, wherein at least a location of the second surface corresponding to the first open-close slit is provided with a first reinforcing layer; and a second reinforcing layer is arranged on the first surface at least at the position corresponding to the second opening and closing seam.

The mat of claim 2, wherein said first reinforcing layer is in the form of a strip, said first reinforcing layer being bonded to said second surface at a location corresponding to said first open-close seam; or, the first reinforcing layer is in a sheet shape, and the first reinforcing layer is adhered and covered on the second surface.

The mat of claim 2, wherein the second reinforcing layer is in the form of a strip, the second reinforcing layer being bonded to the second surface at a location corresponding to the second open-close slit; or the second reinforcing layer is in a sheet shape, and the second reinforcing layer is adhered and covered on the first surface.

5. The mat of claim 2, wherein the material of the first reinforcing layer and the second reinforcing layer is stitch bonded.

6. The mat of claim 1, wherein the elastic cloth is a spandex knitted fabric or a spandex woven fabric.

7. The cushion according to claim 1, wherein the outer sleeve is located outside of the first and second slits in the expanded state of the cushion.

8. The cushion according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the outer casing includes a drape and a base fabric, the drape being connected to the base fabric by a zipper.

9. The mat of claim 8 wherein the number of zippers is one.

10. The cushion according to claim 8, wherein the number of the first open seams and the second open seams is one, the drape comprises a first sub-drape, a second sub-drape and a third sub-drape, the first sub-drape is in stitching connection with one side of the second sub-drape, the third sub-drape is in stitching connection with the other side of the second sub-drape, and the second sub-drape is made of elastic cloth;

the base fabric comprises a first sub-base fabric, a second sub-base fabric and a third sub-base fabric, wherein one side edge of the first sub-base fabric is sewn and connected with the second sub-base fabric, the third sub-base fabric is sewn and connected with the other side edge of the second sub-base fabric, and the second sub-base fabric is made of elastic fabric.

11. A mat comprising a main body and an outer casing surrounding the main body, the main body having two opposed surfaces;

at least one open-close seam is arranged on one surface of the main body, so that the parts of the main body, which are positioned on two sides of the open-close seam, can be folded; and at least the part of the outer sleeve body corresponding to the opening and closing seam is made of elastic cloth.

12. The mat of claim 11, wherein at least a location of the surface where the open-close slit is not provided is provided with a reinforcing layer.

13. The mat of claim 12, wherein the reinforcing layer is in the form of a strip, and the reinforcing layer is adhered to a surface where the open-close slit is not provided at a position corresponding to the open-close slit; or, the reinforcing layer is in a sheet shape, and the reinforcing layer is adhered and covered on the surface which is not provided with the open and close seam.

14. A mattress according to any one of claims 11 to 13, wherein in a deployed state the outer casing is located outside the open-close slit.
