The outdoor unit of claim 2, wherein the protective frame comprises a first protective plate section and a second protective plate section connected to each other, the wire passage is located on a side of the interface pipeline facing the connection port, the first protective plate section separates the interface pipeline from the fireproof plate, and the second protective plate section separates the interface pipeline from the wire passage.
4. The outdoor unit of claim 3, wherein the connection port is located below the wire passage.
5. The outdoor unit of claim 1, wherein the side plates further comprise mounting windows below the wiring windows, the outdoor unit further comprises a valve plate, the valve plate is disposed in the wiring windows, and the interface pipeline is disposed in the valve plate.
6. The outdoor unit of claim 5, wherein the handle has a convex hull facing away from the side where the side plates are located, the connection pipe and the protection frame are located inside the convex hull, and the connection port is located in the convex hull.
7. The outdoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the connection port is located at a rear lower portion of the handle.
8. The outdoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the protective frame is fastened to the side plates by screws.
9. The outdoor unit of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the flame retardant panel and the handle are snap-fit.
10. An air conditioner comprising the air conditioner external unit according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
