Technical Field

Background
Blister packaging is a packaging method in which a product is enclosed between a blister formed from a transparent plastic sheet and a base (made from cardboard, plastic film or sheet, aluminum foil or a composite thereof).
The blister package is primarily used for medicine packaging, and is widely used for sales packaging of foods, cosmetics, toys, gifts, tablets, test papers and electromechanical parts, in addition to packaging of medicinal products such as medicine tablets, capsule suppositories and the like.
In the prior art, the blister package comprises a cover material (also called a base plate) and a base material (also called a blister), wherein the cover material is aluminum foil, and the aluminum foil comprises a printing layer, a protective layer, an aluminum foil layer and an adhesive layer; the substrate is PVC polyvinyl chloride plastic sheet, which is produced by the main resin formed by polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer through extrusion molding or calendaring.
The medicine bubble cap package is formed by filling medicines into a bubble cap substrate formed by vacuum bubble absorption (bubble blowing) or compression molding, covering a cover material on the substrate, and sealing the substrate and the cover material by heat sealing under certain temperature and time conditions through pressure.
In view of the above-mentioned prior art, the inventors found that, although PVC polyvinyl chloride plastic sheets have a certain barrier property against oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor and the like, PVC is not high enough in barrier property, and after a long time of blister packaging of articles such as medicines, tablets and the like, articles in blister packages are susceptible to deterioration caused by corrosion of external water vapor, so that the moisture resistance of blister packages is required to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the moisture resistance of the blister package, the present application provides an easy-to-tear blister package having high water resistance.

the substrate comprises a PVC layer, a PVDC layer and a PE easy-to-tear-off layer are arranged on the PVC layer, and the PE easy-to-tear-off layer is positioned on one surface of the PVDC layer far away from the PVC layer;
the drying layer is arranged close to the PE easy-to-tear-off layer.
Preferably, the cover material further comprises a protective layer, the protective layer is located on one surface, far away from the drying layer, of the aluminum foil substrate layer, and the protective layer is connected with the aluminum foil substrate layer through a connecting layer.
Preferably, the protective layer comprises PET.
Preferably, the PE easy-to-tear-off layer and the PVDC layer are connected through a connecting layer.
Preferably, the connecting layer is made of polyurethane adhesive.
Preferably, the thickness of the protective layer is 6-24 μm, the thickness of the aluminum foil substrate layer is 7-30 μm, the thickness of the dry layer is 45-160 μm, the thickness of the PE easy-to-tear-off layer is 30-120 μm, the thickness of the PVDC layer is 40-120 μm, and the thickness of the PVC layer is 150-350 μm.

The present application is described in further detail below in conjunction with fig. 1.
The embodiment of the application discloses an easy-to-tear type blister package with high waterproof performance.
Referring to fig. 1, the easy-to-tear type blister package with high waterproof performance comprises a cover material 1 and a base material 2, wherein the cover material 1 comprises an aluminum foil base material layer 11 and a drying layer 12, the drying layer 12 comprises PE and a drying agent, and when the drying layer 12 is prepared, the drying agent is added into the PE material to be compounded to prepare the drying layer 12. Outside moisture is absorbed by the desiccant in the desiccant layer 12 as it passes through the lidstock 1, reducing the likelihood of moisture entering the blister package. The aluminum foil base material layer 11 and the drying layer 12 are connected through a connecting layer.
The substrate 2 comprises a PVC layer 21, a PVDC layer 22 and a PE easy-to-tear-off layer 23 are arranged on the PVC layer 21, and the PE easy-to-tear-off layer 23 is positioned on one surface of the PVDC layer 22 away from the PVC layer 21. The dry layer 12 is disposed adjacent to the PE release layer 23. The PVDC material has the properties of moisture resistance, oxygen resistance, moisture resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oil immersion resistance, various chemical solvents resistance and the like, and has high barrier property and strong toughness, and external water vapor is blocked by the PVDC layer 22 when passing through the substrate 2, so that the cover material 1 and the substrate 2 make the water vapor difficult to enter the blister package, the waterproof property and the barrier property of the blister package are improved, and the possibility of deterioration of articles in the blister package caused by water vapor erosion is reduced.
The PE easy-to-tear-off layer 23 and the PVDC layer 22 are connected through a connecting layer. The PE easy-to-tear-off layer 23 is made of a modified PE material, so that a user can tear off the cover material 1 when the user needs to take out the article.
The cover material 1 further comprises a protective layer 13, wherein the protective layer 13 is positioned on one surface of the aluminum foil substrate layer 11 far away from the drying layer 12, and the protective layer 13 is connected with the aluminum foil substrate layer 11 through a connecting layer. The protective layer 13 is made of PET material, the PET material has good impact resistance and good folding endurance, and the cover material 1 made of the protective layer 13, the aluminum foil base material layer 11 and the drying layer 12 has thicker thickness, so that the cover material 1 has good toughness and is not easy to be extruded and broken, and when the articles in the blister package are taken out, a user needs to uncover the cover material 1 to take out the articles.
In actual life, the situation that children play medicine blister packages by mistake exists, traditional blister packages are very easy to extrude and crack the cover material 1 so as to take out medicines in the blister packages by mistake, and the medicine blister packages are very dangerous, the cover material 1 in the technical scheme is not easy to be extruded and broken, the cover material 1 needs to be uncovered to take out internal articles, the possibility that the children take out articles such as medicines by mistake is reduced, and the safety of the blister packages is improved.
The connecting layer adopts polyurethane adhesive.
The thickness of the protective layer 13 is 6-24 μm, the thickness of the aluminum foil base material layer 11 is 7-30 μm, the thickness of the dry layer 12 is 45-160 μm, the thickness of the PE easy-to-tear-off layer 23 is 30-120 μm, the thickness of the PVDC layer 22 is 40-120 μm, and the thickness of the PVC layer 21 is 150-350 μm.
