Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a bottle cap and a packaging bottle.
Background
In order to prevent eggs from climbing into the bottle through the gap between the bottle cap and the bottle mouth, the height of the gap between the bottom end of the bottle cap and the annular supporting part of the bottle mouth in the prior art is set to be less than 0.3mm. Therefore, the height of the bottle cap needs to be designed to be higher to ensure that the height of the gap is smaller than 0.3mm, so that the weight of the bottle cap is heavier, and the requirement of light weight is not met. The bottle cap in the prior art comprises a cap body and an anti-theft ring, and the cap body is connected with the anti-theft ring through a connecting bridge which is easy to break. When the bottle cap is opened, the bottle cap is rotated to break the connecting bridge, so that the separation of the cap body and the anti-theft ring is realized, and the anti-theft purpose is further achieved.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a packaging bottle. The packaging bottle comprises a bottle cap 10 and a bottle body. Wherein the bottle cap 10 is arranged on the bottle mouth 20 of the bottle body in a covering way.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottle cap provided by the embodiment of the utility model comprises a cap body 11, an anti-theft ring 12 and an annular reverse flanging 13. The antitheft ring 12 is connected to the lower end of the cover 11 by a plurality of connecting bridges arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, the connecting bridges being configured to break under the effect of external force to disengage the antitheft ring 12 from the cover 11. An annular counter-flap 13 is provided on the inside of the anti-theft ring 12.
According to the bottle cap provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the annular reverse folded edge 13 which is upwards folded relative to the anti-theft ring 12 is arranged on the inner side of the anti-theft ring 12, and a set gap is formed between the annular reverse folded edge 13 and the bottle mouth 20 so as to prevent worm eggs from climbing in. Therefore, the bottle cap does not need to be arranged higher to prevent insects, namely the height of the bottle cap can be reduced, and the weight of the bottle cap is further reduced.
In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present utility model, the arrangement of the annular reverse folded edge 13 on the inner side of the anti-theft ring 12 means that the annular reverse folded edge 13 is turned upwards relative to the anti-theft ring 12 and is located on the side of the anti-theft ring 12 close to the bottle mouth 20. Therefore, the gap between the annular reverse folded edge 13 and the locking ring on the bottle mouth 20 is smaller, and the purpose of insect prevention is achieved. On this basis, just need not to set up the height of bottle lid higher and come the protection against insects to realize reducing the height of bottle lid, realize the light-weighted and reduce the purpose of bottle lid materials. The material consumption of the bottle cap is reduced, the productivity of the bottle cap can be improved, and the production cost of the bottle cap is reduced.
In some embodiments, the bottom end of the annular counter-flap 13 is connected to the bottom end of the anti-theft ring 12 and extends upwards, the height of the annular counter-flap 13 being smaller than the height of the anti-theft ring 12. This allows a set gap to be formed between the annular reverse edge 13 and the locking ring to prevent eggs from climbing in. The height of the annular reverse edge 13 is set low, and the aim of weight reduction is achieved.
In some embodiments, the annular counter-flap 13 comprises a catch for snapping with the locking ring 23. The clamping hooks are clamped with the locking ring 23, so that the anti-theft ring 12 is clamped on the locking ring 23 through the clamping hooks of the annular reverse folded edge 13, further the follow-up cover 11 is prevented from moving upwards, and the separation between the cover 11 and the anti-theft ring 12 is guaranteed. But after separation, the catch will disengage the locking ring and allow the anti-theft ring 12 to drop downwards, as there is no connection of the connection bridge.
For further weight reduction, in some embodiments, the annular reverse flap 13 has a weight reducing aperture.
As shown in fig. 1, the new embodiment of the present application further provides a packaging bottle, which includes a bottle body and the bottle cap 10 described above. The bottle body includes a body and a mouth 20. Bottle cap 10 is threadably coupled to bottle mouth 20. The bottle mouth 20 is provided with external threads, the bottle cap 10 is provided with internal threads, and the bottle cap 10 is in threaded fit with the bottle mouth 20 to be opened under the rotation of a user.
In some embodiments, the outer wall of the finish 20 is provided with a locking ring 23. The gap between the annular counter-flap 13 and the locking ring 23 is less than 0.3mm. That is, the gap is set to be less than 0.3mm to enhance the insect-repellent effect.
In some embodiments, the finish 20 includes a cylindrical cavity 21 and an annular support 22 disposed at a lower end of the cylindrical cavity 21 and protruding radially outward. The bottle cap 10 is sleeved on the cylindrical cavity 21, and the bottom end of the bottle cap 10 is not contacted with the annular supporting part 22. That is, the gap between the bottom end of the cap 10 and the annular supporting portion 22 is set to be large, so that the cap body 11 is separated from the anti-theft ring 12 after the user rotates the cap 10 to open the cap 10, so that the anti-theft ring 12 falls on the annular supporting portion 22. When the user screws the bottle cap 10 onto the bottle mouth 20 again, a relatively obvious gap is formed between the bottle cap 10 and the anti-theft ring 12, so that other people obviously know that the packaging bottle is opened for use, and further theft is prevented.
In some embodiments, the vertical distance between the bottom end of the closure 10 and the annular support 22 is greater than 0.5mm.
In some embodiments, the height of the closure is 10mm to 17mm. Compared with the common bottle cap with 18mm in height, the bottle cap in the prior art has more height reduction, and further realizes light weight.
In some embodiments, the weight of the closure is 1.0g to 1.8g. Compared with the weight of 2g of the bottle cap in the prior art, the weight of the bottle cap is reduced more.
In some embodiments, the inner diameter of the anti-theft ring 12 is greater than the inner diameter of the cover 11. This makes the inner space of the anti-theft ring 12 larger, thereby leaving room for the provision of the annular counter-flap 13.
In some embodiments, the closure 10 further comprises an annular inner plug 14 disposed inside the top wall of the cap 11 and a sealing ring disposed between the annular inner plug 14 and the side wall of the cap 11. The annular inner plug 14 is configured to be disposed inside the finish and the sealing ring is configured to abut the top end of the finish. The sealing ring is arranged on the inner side of the top wall of the cover body 11 and is abutted with the top end and the outer side wall of the bottle mouth so as to improve the tightness of the packaging bottle and be beneficial to preventing the content from being polluted.
In some embodiments, the material of the seal ring is different from the material of the cover 11. Specifically, the material of the seal ring is set to a material having a low hardness, such as a thermoplastic elastomer material, a silicone material, or the like. This causes the sealing ring to deform under pressure to conform more closely to the top end of the finish 20, further improving the sealing of the package.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present utility model and not for limiting the same; while the utility model has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that: modifications may be made to the specific embodiments of the present utility model or equivalents may be substituted for part of the technical features thereof; without departing from the spirit of the utility model, it is intended to cover the scope of the utility model as claimed.
