As shown in fig. 1, the present utility model provides a closure 10. The closure 10 comprises a cap body 11, an annular inner plug 12 and a sealing ring 14. An annular inner plug 12 is provided inside the top wall of the cap 11 and extends downward, the annular inner plug 12 being configured for sealing engagement with the inside of the bottle mouth. A sealing ring 14 is provided between the annular inner plug 12 and the side wall of the cover 11. The sealing ring 14 is configured to sealingly engage the finish. The material of the seal ring 14 is different from the material of the cover 11. And the hardness of the material of the seal ring 14 is smaller than that of the material of the cover 11.
According to the bottle cap 10 disclosed by the embodiment of the utility model, the material of the sealing ring 14 is different from the material of the cap body 11, and the hardness of the material of the sealing ring 14 is smaller, so that when the bottle cap 10 is arranged on a bottle mouth, the sealing ring 14 can deform due to smaller hardness, so that a tighter fit is formed between the sealing ring 14 and the bottle mouth, and the sealing performance of the bottle cap 10 is further improved. And the hardness of the material of the sealing ring 14 is set smaller, so that the sealing ring can form better sealing fit with the bottle mouth even if the bottle mouth has damage and defects, and further the sealing performance is ensured. Experiments prove that even if the bottle mouth of the bottle body is defective, the bottle cap can enable the sealing performance of the packaging bottle to reach more than 30 Psi.
In the description of the embodiments of the present utility model, "upper" refers to the direction of the bottle cap with respect to the bottle body, and "lower" refers to the direction of the bottle body with respect to the bottle cap, that is, the side opposite to "upper".
In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present utility model, the annular inner plug 12 is disposed inside the top wall of the cap 11, and the downward extension means that the annular inner plug 12 extends in a direction approaching to one side of the bottle body. When the bottle cap 10 is matched with the bottle body, the annular inner plug 12 stretches into the inner side of the bottle mouth of the bottle body. And the annular inner plug 12 and the cover 11 are integrally formed and made of the same material. Specifically, the cover 11 and the annular inner plug 12 are made of polyolefin materials.
In some embodiments, the material of the seal ring 14 comprises a thermoplastic elastomer material or a silicone material. Of course, the material of the seal ring 14 in the embodiment of the present utility model is not limited to the above two materials, and the material with low hardness and easy deformation can achieve better sealing.
In some embodiments, the sealing ring 14 is formed with the cover 11 at one time by injection molding. Thus, the sealing ring 14 is made of different materials relative to the cover 11, but is integrally formed, so that the sealing ring 14 of the bottle cap 10 is not easy to separate in the use process, and the sealing performance is further ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the seal ring 14 includes a top seal 141 and an outer seal 142. The top seal 141 extends along a surface of the top wall of the cap 11 and is configured to sealingly engage the top end of the finish. The outer seal 142 includes an annular projection extending downward relative to the top seal 141. The outer seal 142 is configured to sealingly engage the outer sidewall of the finish. As shown in fig. 1, the top seal 141 is an annular sheet-like structure extending along the top wall surface of the lid body 11, and the outer seal 142 is an annular projection extending downward from the top seal 141. With a gap between the annular projection and the side wall of the cover 11.
In some embodiments, closure 10 further comprises a tamper ring 13. The anti-theft ring 13 is connected to the lower end of the cover 11 through a plurality of connection bridges. The connecting bridge is arranged in a structure which is easy to break. Thus, when a user screws the cover body 11, the connecting bridge is broken, the cover body 11 is separated from the anti-theft ring 13, and the bottle cap 10 is opened.
The embodiment of the utility model also provides a packaging bottle, which comprises a bottle body and the bottle cap 10, wherein the bottle body comprises a bottle body and a bottle opening, and the bottle cap 10 is in threaded connection with the bottle opening.
Specifically, the bottleneck includes cylindricality cavity, and the outer wall of cylindricality cavity is provided with the external screw thread and sets up the catch at the external screw thread lower extreme. The anti-theft ring is clamped with the lock ring, so that when a user screws the cover body 11, the anti-theft ring is clamped with the lock ring to remain at the bottle mouth, and the anti-theft ring cannot ascend along with the cover body 11, so that the cover body 11 is separated.
As can be seen from the above, after the bottle cap of the embodiment of the present utility model is covered on the bottle mouth, the materials of the top sealing portion 141 and the outer sealing portion 142 can generate compression deformation due to lower hardness to form a sealing surface with the bottle mouth, so as to improve the sealing performance of the packaging bottle.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present utility model and not for limiting the same; while the utility model has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that: modifications may be made to the specific embodiments of the present utility model or equivalents may be substituted for part of the technical features thereof; without departing from the spirit of the utility model, it is intended to cover the scope of the utility model as claimed.
