Dish washing machines are widely used as a common household cleaning appliance in household occasions and commercial occasions. The conventional tableware (hereinafter referred to as cleaning device or device) has various designs, such as fine bowl for containing rice, functional bowl for soup, and draining dish. The size and shape of the devices to be cleaned are different, and when a plurality of devices to be cleaned are put into a dish washer for cleaning, the devices often lean against each other and are shielded from each other. Obviously, when the single top spraying mode is adopted to carry out the spraying cleaning operation from top to bottom, the cleaning effect on the device is easy to be poor due to the single fixing of the cleaning angle.
Based on this, the application provides a spray assembly that can take advantage of multi-angle cleaning.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a spray assembly according to an embodiment of the present application will be described.
Referring first to fig. 2, the spray assembly is suitable for use with a conventional cabinet door dishwasher and cooperates with a basket 8 for receiving the devices to be cleaned for a specific device rinse operation within the dishwasher. Referring to fig. 1 again, the spray assembly at least includes a plurality of first spray units 1, a plurality of second spray units 2 and a mounting plate 3, wherein the plurality of first spray units 1 are arranged above the mounting plate 3 in parallel and at intervals, and each first spray unit 1 has a plurality of first spray heads 15 facing the mounting plate 3; meanwhile, a plurality of through holes 30 are uniformly formed in the mounting plate 3; the plurality of second spraying units 2 are uniformly distributed on the mounting plate 3, and the mounting position of each second spraying unit 2 can be adjusted, and each second spraying unit 2 is provided with a second spraying head 23 facing the second spraying unit 2.
Referring again to fig. 2, when the bowl basket 8 with the devices to be cleaned is placed in the dishwasher, the plurality of first spray units 1 are relatively fixed above the bowl basket 8, and the plurality of first spray heads 15 thereof can form a first spray surface for spraying downwards above the bowl basket 8; meanwhile, a plurality of second spraying units 2 are arranged on the mounting plate 3 and are positioned below the bowl basket 8, and a plurality of second spraying heads 23 of the second spraying units can form a second spraying surface which sprays upwards below the bowl basket 8.
Obviously, the device to be cleaned can be cleaned at multiple angles from the cooperation of the first spray face and the second spray face in the cleaning area formed by the plurality of first spray units 1 and the plurality of second spray units 2.
It will be appreciated that the spray shape of the second spray face may be further adjusted when adjusting the mounting positions of the plurality of second spray units 2. For example, the plurality of second spraying units 2 can be divided into a plurality of groups according to the form shown in fig. 1 and distributed at intervals in rows, so that the formed second spraying surfaces are uniform and have larger spraying areas, and the device is suitable for cleaning scenes with small devices and large quantity; the installation positions of the plurality of second spraying units 2 can also be adjusted to be distributed annularly or circularly around the center position of the installation plate 3, so that the device is suitable for centralized cleaning of large-volume devices. And the like, namely, the arrangement mode of the second spraying unit 2 can be adjusted by a user according to actual use requirements.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 1, two first spraying units 1 are specifically provided, and the two first spraying units 1 are arranged above the mounting plate 3 in parallel and at intervals; correspondingly, six second spraying units 2 are arranged, the six second spraying units 2 are divided into two groups and are uniformly distributed below the two first spraying units 1, so that the first spraying units 1 are fully matched to fully spray and clean the devices to be cleaned.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 4 together, in some embodiments of the present application, each second spraying unit 2 further has a mounting base 20, the mounting base 20 is disposed on a side of the mounting plate 3 near the first spraying unit 1, and has a connection portion with a connection through hole 30, and the second spraying header 23 is exposed on a surface of the mounting base 20.
The second spraying unit 2 provided in the embodiment of the application is detachably connected with the mounting plate 3 through the connecting part connecting through hole 30 of the mounting seat 20. It will be appreciated that the connection here may be a connection block formed via a partial extension or projection of the mount 20, which fits into the through hole 30; of course, the connection portion may be a pin, a bolt, and/or a screw inserted into the connection through hole 30 via the mount 20; or the connection part may be a detachable connector on the mounting base 20, which is also adapted to the through hole 30.
Further, in combination with the actual cleaning process, the through hole 30 is more used for cleaning the sewage to pass through on the basis of being matched with the fixed mounting seat 20, and simultaneously filters large-volume dirt such as large-particle impurities, food residues and the like. Therefore, the mounting plate 3 can perform a considerable degree of preliminary filtering while providing a mounting base for the second shower unit 2.
In some embodiments of the present application, the through hole 30 may be configured as a circular through hole, a kidney-shaped hole having a long strip shape, and/or an annular hole having a ring shape. The connection portion of the mounting base 20 can be adaptively designed to achieve clamping or joggling between the mounting base 20 and the mounting plate 3.
Referring again to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments of the present application, in order to avoid clogging of the second showerhead 23 due to dirt accumulating on the mounting base 20, the mounting base 20 is provided with a drainage surface 22 protruding toward the first spray unit 1, and the second showerhead 23 is exposed through the drainage surface 22.
Obviously, the diversion surface 22 provided in the embodiment of the present application is a smooth curved surface located at the top of the mounting seat 20, and the smooth curved surface can promote sundries to flow away with water, so that the second shower head 23 is not affected by accumulation on the mounting seat 20.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 together, in some embodiments of the present application, each second spraying unit 2 further has a water supply tube set 21, where the water supply tube set 21 is located on a side of the mounting plate 3 away from the mounting base 20, and an output end of the water supply tube set 21 is connected to the second spraying head 23.
It will be appreciated that the water supply group 21 on each second sprinkling unit 2 may be a separate hose, and the whole hose may be fixed to the bottom of the mounting plate 3 by means of a tie, an adhesive tape and/or a buckle; alternatively, a snap-fit structure is provided at the bottom of the mounting plate 3 to secure the hose. In addition, since one end of the water supply pipe group 21 is connected with the second shower head 23 and the other end is connected with the water inlet component, the second shower head 23 and the water inlet component are basically in a fixed state after the assembly is completed, and therefore, even if the hose is not specially fixed, the hose can also have a certain fixing effect on the mounting plate 3 on the basis of proper length.
Referring to fig. 4 again, in some embodiments of the present application, the water inlet assembly includes a water inlet branch pipe 24 located at one side of the bottom of the mounting plate 3, and a diversion seat disposed at the bottom of the mounting plate 3, where the diversion seat has a plurality of diversion ports and at least one water inlet, the water inlet is used to connect the water inlet branch pipe 24, and the plurality of diversion ports are used to connect the water supply pipe groups 21 of the plurality of second spraying units 2 respectively.
It will be appreciated that, in order to further control the spray pattern of the second spray surfaces described above, a control valve may be provided on the water supply pipe group 21 or the water inlet end of the second spray header 23 to specifically control the on-off state of each second spray unit 2.
Of course, a control valve may be disposed between the water inlet branch pipe 24 or the water inlet of the water inlet branch pipe 24 and the water inlet of the diversion seat, so as to perform position adjustment, cleaning or disassembly maintenance on the second spraying unit 2 by controlling the on-off state of the control valve at the position.
Considering that the second spraying unit 2 sprays upwards from the bottom of the tableware, in order to avoid the dirt attached to the tableware from being washed by the upward water pressure and scattering or from being attached to the first spraying unit 1 to have adverse effects (such as blocking the first spraying head 15), the water pressure of the second spraying unit 2 is set to be lower than the water pressure of the first spraying unit 1, so that the first spraying surface can press the water pressure of the second spraying surface which overflows upwards when the first spraying surface is washed downwards.
In order to achieve the purpose, on one hand, the inlet water pressure of the first spraying unit 1 and the second spraying unit 2 with different water pressures can be set; or under the condition that the water inlet pressure is the same, an additional pressurizing structure is arranged for the first spraying unit 1 so as to further improve the flushing effect.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments of the present application, each first spray unit 1 further has a pressurizing structure, a three-way joint 13, and a spray pipe 14, wherein a first port of the three-way joint 13 is used for water inlet, a second port is connected with the spray pipe 14, a third port is connected with the pressurizing structure, and a plurality of first spray heads 15 are uniformly arranged along an axial direction of the spray pipe 14.
The first spraying unit 1 that this application provided increases the water pressure in the shower pipe 14 through the booster structure to reach the purpose that improves the spraying water pressure of first shower head 15, in order to make the first spraying face can wash down and wait to clean the device the while, suppress the useless water pressure that upwards overflows to the second spraying face. Obviously, at the juncture and fusion area of the first spraying surface and the second spraying surface, the cleaning water of two water pressures collides with and agitates, and the cleaning effect on the device can be further improved.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present application, the pressurizing structure includes a pressurizing air pump 17 and an air pipe 18, one end of the air pipe 18 is connected to an output port of the pressurizing air pump 17, and the other end of the air pipe 18 is connected to a third interface.
The pressurization structure provided in the embodiment of the present application provides a pressurization effect for the shower pipe 14 through the pressurization air pump 17. Under the action of high pressure, the action of the cleaning water spray device is similar to the pressurized atomization action of the luer connector, and the cleaning water is more favorable for being sprayed out of the first spray header 15 in a spray state, so that a first spray surface with better scattering effect is formed to further improve the cleaning efficiency.
It will be appreciated that, in order to facilitate the independent control of each first spray unit 1 and the maintenance and disassembly of each first spray unit 1, control valves may be provided at the air pipe 18 and at the water inlet end of the spray pipe 14 for specific switching operations.
Referring again to fig. 3, the booster pump 17 is mounted on a fixing plate 16, and the fixing plate 16 is used for fixing the booster pump 17 on a set portion of the dishwasher.
Referring to fig. 3 again, each first spraying unit 1 further includes a first water inlet valve 10, a water supply pipe 11, and a connecting pipe 12, wherein a water inlet of the first water inlet valve 10 is connected with the water supply pipe 11, a water outlet of the first water inlet valve 10 is connected with one end of the connecting pipe 12, and the other end of the connecting pipe 12 is connected with the first connector of the three-way joint 13. To this end, the first shower unit 1 may be supplied with the cleaning water through the water supply pipe 11, and the first water inlet valve 10 may also realize independent control of the first shower unit 1.
It will be appreciated that the feed pipe 11 may also be connected to a tapping point, in order to achieve simultaneous feed of a plurality of first shower units 1 via one feed pipe.
In some embodiments of the present application, the shower pipe 14 described above is capable of rotational adjustment. That is, the shower pipe 14 is rotatably and adjustably connected to the three-way joint 13 by a joint. Therefore, the user can conveniently adjust the spraying angle of the first spraying head 15 according to the actual requirement, and the cleaning effect of multiple angles is further raised.
It should be understood that the first showerhead 15 and the second showerhead 23 in the above embodiments may be preferably commercially available atomizing sprayers to sufficiently improve the spraying effect.
Further, the collection treatment of the sewage is considered. Referring to fig. 1 again, in some embodiments of the present application, the spray washing assembly further includes a recovery tank 4, where a top end of a tank body 40 of the recovery tank 4 is disposed open and below the mounting plate 3, so as to receive and recover the sewage after the device is washed by the cleaning water sprayed by the first spraying unit 1 and the second spraying unit 2.
Referring again to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, a cleaning agent box 42 is disposed on the inner wall of the recovery tank 4, and a circulation groove 420 is preset on the sidewall of the cleaning agent box 42.
It is apparent that the detergent box 42 is capable of storing a certain amount of detergent (such as precipitant), and when the sewage passes through the top end of the detergent box 42, the sewage flows into the detergent box 42 through the circulation groove 420 to dissolve the detergent, thereby automatically adding the medicine to a certain extent.
It will be appreciated that, in order to enhance the contact efficiency between the cleaning agent and the sewage, a solvent water pipe may be connected to the top of the cleaning agent box 42, and the end of the solvent water pipe may have a nozzle located inside the cleaning agent box 42, and the solvent water pipe may be automatically drained to quickly wash and dissolve the cleaning agent by using the nozzle when needed.
