The end face of the filter screen made of stainless steel is used, and the problem is not caused when the filter screen is formed and taken off.
The water tank system is provided with a combined cavity and is connected with a water pump and an electric valve; the combined cavity is divided into a filter cavity and a water storage cavity by the partition plate, which is different from the prior art, the filter area and the water pump area are concentrated in the combined cavity, the volume of the dish washer is reduced, and the design is simplified. The design of the filter cavity facilitates the collection and discharge of the residue and finally the drain system. The spray swing arm upper nozzle multi-angle design can spray water flow at a plurality of angles, spray washing is carried out on each angle of tableware, and the cleaning effect of the tableware is enhanced.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 14 to 16, the main technical solution of this embodiment is basically the same as that of embodiment 1, and features that are not explained in this embodiment are explained in embodiment 1, and are not described here again. This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that: the embodiment uses a water tank system with a filtering component installed on the top of the combined cavity;
the system comprises a water tank 1, a filtering component 3, a combined cavity 23, an electric valve 24 and a water pump 25;
the bottom surface of the water tank 1 is provided with a through hole penetrating through the bottom surface of the tank body, the through hole is used for jogging and installing the combined cavity 23, and the top of the combined cavity 23 is provided with a filtering component 3;
the filter assembly 3 comprises a filter 31 and a cover 32; when the filter assembly 3 is installed on the top of the combined cavity 23, the cover 32 and the filter 31 are sequentially connected with the combined cavity 23.
The accommodating cavity 231 of the combined cavity 23 is used for accommodating the filter 31; the water outlet 231b is connected to the filter 31.
The filter 31 is provided with a plurality of filtering through holes 311; a connecting block 312 is arranged at one end of the filter 31 connected with the water outlet 231b, and the connecting block 312 is used for blocking the water outlet 231b, so that flowing water enters the combined cavity 23 through the filtering through hole 311; the filtering through hole 311 is used for flowing water to enter the combined cavity 23, and residues cannot enter the filtering cavity through the filtering through hole 311, so that the residues are filtered, and the residues stay in the filter 31.
In this embodiment, the top of the combined cavity is provided with a filter assembly as a sink for daily use, and a user can perform a cleaning operation in the sink.
Variations and modifications to the above would be obvious to persons skilled in the art to which the invention pertains from the foregoing description and teachings. Therefore, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, but some modifications and changes of the invention should be also included in the scope of the claims of the invention. In addition, although specific terms are used in the present specification, these terms are for convenience of description only and do not limit the present invention in any way.
Claims (10)
1. The dual-purpose water tank system of the integrated dishwasher is characterized by comprising a water tank, a spraying component, a filtering component, a combined cavity, an electric valve and a water pump;
the bottom surface of the water tank is provided with a through hole penetrating through the bottom surface of the tank body, the through hole is used for being embedded with the combined cavity, and the top of the combined cavity is provided with the spraying component or the filtering component;
the electric valve and the water pump are respectively connected with the combined cavity;
the spraying component comprises a spraying swing arm and a filter plate, and when the spraying component is arranged at the top of the combined cavity, the spraying swing arm and the filter plate are sequentially connected with the combined cavity;
the filter assembly comprises a filter and a cover part, and when the filter assembly is installed at the top of the combined cavity, the cover part and the filter are sequentially connected with the combined cavity;
the top of the combined cavity is provided with a containing cavity for placing a filter disc or a filter; the bottom plate of the accommodating cavity is provided with a first notch, and the first notch is used for allowing the filter screen end of the filter piece to penetrate into the combined cavity;
a water outlet is formed in the edge of one side, close to the first notch, of the bottom plate of the accommodating cavity; the water outlet is connected with a filter sheet or a filter;
the combined cavity is provided with a partition plate for dividing the inner space of the cavity into a filter cavity and a water storage cavity, the partition plate is provided with a through water storage port, and the water storage port corresponds to the water storage cavity;
the filter cavity is provided with a discharge hole connected with the electric valve; the water storage cavity is connected with a water pump;
the filter piece comprises a connecting end and a filter screen end; the connecting end is placed in the accommodating cavity;
the top of the connecting end is provided with an opening, a second notch is arranged at the position, corresponding to the first notch, of the bottom surface, and the second notch is a residue inlet; the bottom surface of the connecting end is provided with a connecting pipe protruding towards the top; one end of the connecting pipe is connected with the water outlet, and the other end of the connecting pipe is connected with the water inlet of the spraying swing arm;
the filter screen end is sheet-shaped, the filter screen end surface is clung to the edge of one side of the bottom surface of the connecting end, which is close to the second notch, and extends downwards from the bottom surface of the connecting end;
the filter screen end is tightly attached to the partition board and at least covers the water storage port; the end face of the filter screen is provided with a through filter hole;
the filter is provided with a plurality of filtering through holes, and one end of the filter connected with the water outlet is provided with a connecting block.

The dual-purpose sink system of claim 1, wherein the spray swing arm is provided with a water inlet and a spray cavity in communication with the water inlet; the spraying swing arms are provided with a plurality of swing arms, and the swing arms are distributed on the periphery of the water inlet in an origin symmetrical structure;
the swing arm is provided with a plurality of nozzles which face to the space above the swing arm in different directions and angles; the hollow part of the nozzle is communicated with the spray cavity;
the swing arm is internally provided with a water injection channel communicated with the spray gun, and water flow in the water injection channel is sprayed from the nozzle.
3. The dual-purpose sink system of claim 1, wherein the screen end face is made of stainless steel; the water storage port is arranged on the partition plate which is biased to one side of the water storage cavity.
4. The dual purpose sink system of claim 2 wherein the spray swing arm has two and the plurality of nozzles are irregularly distributed on the swing arm.
5. The dual-purpose sink system of claim 4 wherein six nozzles are provided on the swing arm, the nozzles being at an angle of 20 ° to 75 ° to the upper wall of the swing arm.
6. The dual-purpose sink system of claim 2, wherein the spray swing arm comprises a snap-fit upper cover and a bottom cover; the water inlet is arranged at the center of the bottom cover, and the space at the periphery of the water inlet is a spray cavity; the nozzle is arranged on the upper cover.
7. The dual-purpose sink system of claim 2, wherein the swing arm includes a cambered end and a straight end; the water injection channel is arranged at the straight face end of the swing arm and is communicated with the spray cavity.
8. The dual-purpose sink system of claim 1, wherein the second gap is provided with three connecting ribs dividing the second gap into four through holes; the connecting ribs are obliquely arranged.
9. The dual purpose sink system of claim 1 wherein the screen end face is curved or planar; if the end face of the filter screen is a curved surface, the curved surface protrudes towards the water storage cavity.
10. The dual-purpose sink system of claim 1, wherein the filter cavity is an L-shaped filter cavity comprising an upright section cavity and a transverse section cavity; the corner of the L-shaped filter cavity is arc-shaped.
