Abstract

The alarm device can be applied to a device which needs to be kept normally closed or kept in a normal state and is used for monitoring and alarming abnormal operation conditions; such as fire-fighting boxes requiring normally open or sealed boxes requiring normally closed. The embodiment of the application is described by taking a fire box as an example.

Referring to fig. 1, an alarm device is applied to a fire-fighting box 1, the fire-fighting box 1 comprises a box body 11 and a cover body 12, and the cover body 12 is normally shielded at an opening of the box body 11. Specifically, the cover 12 of the fire box 1 may be hinged to one side of the box 11. Fire-fighting equipment is arranged in the fire-fighting box 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the alarm device includes a monitoring module 2, an alarm module 3, a control module 4, and a release module 5.
The monitoring module 2 is arranged between the box body 11 and the cover body 12 and is used for monitoring the opening and closing states of the cover body 12. Specifically, the monitoring module 2 includes a limit switch 21. The position of the cover 12 relative to the case 11 is monitored by the limit switch 21, thereby determining whether the cover 12 is in an open state relative to the case 11 or whether the cover 12 is in a closed state relative to the case 11. The limit switch 21 is often mounted on a side hinged to the case 11 away from the cover 12. When the cover 12 is opened, the monitoring module 2 can send a signal for processing the opening state of the cover 12 to the control module 4.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the alarm module 3 is used to issue an alarm signal. The alarm module 3 may include a light emitting sub-module 31 and a sound sub-module 32; the alarm signal sent by the alarm module 3 is an audible and visual alarm, and has a strong warning effect. The actual condition can adopt an audible and visual alarm, and the audible and visual alarm has larger sound and larger warning effect.
The monitoring module 2 may be disposed on a side of the cover 12 and the case 11 away from the hinge. In this embodiment, the limit switch 21 of the monitoring module 2 may be disposed on one side of the case 11 near the cover 12 and connected to the control module 4 in the alarm body 6.
The control module 4 is respectively connected with the monitoring module 2 and the alarm module 3, and the opening and closing state of the cover body 12 is acquired by the monitoring module 2, so as to control the alarm module 3 to send out an alarm signal.
The releasing module 5 is disposed between the alarm module 3 and the control module 4, and is used for controlling the passage of the alarm module 3 and the control module 4.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the release module 5 may include a normally closed switch 51 and an unlocking member 52; the normally closed switch 51 is connected between the alarm module 3 and the control module 4; the unlocking member 52 is a separate structure from the normally closed switch 51 for controlling the normally closed switch 51 to be opened. The normally closed switch 51 is matched with the unlocking piece 52, so that the on-off control of a passage between the alarm module 3 and the control module 4 can be facilitated; normally, the normally closed switch 51 is in a communication state with the passage; when the alarm needs to be released in advance, the unlocking member 52 is matched to control the passage to form an open circuit state. The release module 5 may have a key structure or may have an unlocking function such as a fingerprint lock.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a normally closed switch 51 and an unlocking member 52 are provided, one is provided with a magnetic block 53, and the other is provided with a connecting block 54 which is matched and adsorbed with the magnetic block 53. The normally closed switch 51 and the unlocking piece 52 can quickly and effectively achieve the circuit breaking control effect through the matched magnetic block 53 and the connecting block 54. In this embodiment, the magnetic block 53 is disposed at an end of the unlocking member 52. The member for communicating the control module 4 with the alarm module 3 in the normally closed switch 51 is a connection block 54, and the connection block 54 is an iron piece or a steel piece or the like which is adapted to the magnet 53. In such a special situation, the difficulty of a general person to break the release module 5 increases.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, the control module 4, the normally closed switch 51 and the alarm module 3 may all be disposed in the same alarm body 6; the alarm body 6 is provided with a through opening 61 which is penetrated by the adapting unlocking piece 52. The normally closed switch 51 of the control module 4 and the release module 5 are arranged in the same alarm body 6, so that the connection distance between the normally closed switch 51 and the control module 4 can be reduced, the structure is more compact, and the packaging is convenient. The alarm body 6 is provided with a through hole 61 for the unlocking piece 52 to pass through, so that other non-matching structures can be reduced to release the normally closed switch 51.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, an alarm body 6 is installed at one side of a fire box 1. The control module 4 is arranged on one side of the fire fighting box 1, so that the control module 4 and the monitoring mechanism directly correspond to the same fire fighting box 1, and security personnel can conveniently determine that each fire fighting box 1 is correspondingly provided with a corresponding alarm device. The fire box 1 in special place is in the intensive region of personnel more, and installs alarm module 3 in fire box 1 along with alarm body 6, both can send alarm signal to security personnel, can also send corresponding alarm signal to the crowd in the region of locating, makes the crowd improve vigilance.
Referring to fig. 5, in other embodiments, the alarm body 6 is provided with a tamper module 7 on a side close to the fire box 1; the anti-dismantling module 7 is connected with the control module 4, and the anti-dismantling module 7 is used for monitoring whether the alarm body 6 is stably installed in the fire box 1. Whether can monitor alarm body 6 stably install in fire control box 1 through anti-disassembly module 7, reduce and appear because of alarm body 6 is dismantled and can't play the condition of corresponding alarm warning effect in time.
In particular, the tamper module 7 comprises a microswitch. The micro switch is a mechanism with tiny contact intervals and quick action, can monitor the change of tiny intervals, and can monitor whether the alarm body 6 is stabilized in the fire-fighting box 1 or not more sensitively. In a normal state, the micro switch of the anti-dismantling module 7 is pressed against the surface of the fire box 1 by the alarm body 6; if the alarm body 6 is removed, the micro-switch of the anti-removal module 7 can sensitively monitor the change of the distance between the alarm body 6 and the fire box 1 body, and can transmit the distance change signal to the control module 4, and the control module 4 can send an alarm or other treatment measures along with the signal.
Referring to fig. 5, a main switch 62 is further arranged on one side of the alarm body 6 close to the fire box 1, and the main switch 62 is used for controlling the on-off of the whole alarm device; before the alarm body 6 is installed in the fire-fighting box 1, the main switch 62 needs to be turned on. The alarm body 6 is also provided with a power supply containing groove 63, and the power supply containing groove 63 is positioned at one side of the alarm body 6 close to the fire box 1 in the embodiment; the power supply vessel 63 is used for accommodating a power supply module 8 for supplying power to the control module 4, the monitoring module 2, the alarm module 3 and the like; the power module 8 is a removable battery.
The implementation principle of the alarm device in the embodiment of the application is as follows:
when the fire box 1 is opened by mistake, the monitoring module 2 monitors that the cover 12 is opened relative to the box 11, forms an opening state signal and transmits the opening state signal to the control module 4; the control module 4 controls the alarm module 3 to send out an alarm signal according to the opening state signal to remind security personnel to take corresponding measures, and people in the area where the fire fighting box 1 is located can be vigilant. When the security personnel makes a patrol to determine that the fire-fighting equipment is in a stable placing state, the cover body 12 can be covered, and the unlocking piece 52 is adopted to contact the normally closed switch 51, so that the alarm module 3 stops generating an alarm signal.
When the fire-fighting equipment is needed to be used or is maintained daily, the unlocking piece 52 can be firstly adopted to contact the normally-closed switch 51, so that the passage between the alarm module 3 and the control module 4 is disconnected, and then the cover 12 is opened to take and put the fire-fighting equipment.

Claims (10)
1. An alarm device is applied to a fire-fighting box (1), wherein the fire-fighting box (1) comprises a box body (11) and a cover body (12), and the cover body (12) is normally shielded at an opening of the box body (11); the alarm device is characterized by comprising:
the monitoring module (2) is arranged between the box body (11) and the cover body (12) and is used for monitoring the opening and closing states of the cover body (12);
an alarm module (3) for sending out an alarm signal;
the control module (4) is respectively connected with the monitoring module (2) and the alarm module (3) and is used for receiving the opening and closing states of the cover body (12) and controlling the alarm module (3) to send out alarm signals; and
and the release module (5) is arranged between the alarm module (3) and the control module (4) and is used for controlling the passage of the alarm module (3) and the control module (4).

The alarm device of claim 1, wherein: the release module (5) comprises a normally closed switch (51) and an unlocking piece (52); the normally closed switch (51) is connected between the alarm module (3) and the control module (4), and the unlocking piece (52) is used for controlling the normally closed switch (51) to be disconnected.
3. An alarm device according to claim 2, wherein: the normally closed switch (51) and the unlocking piece (52), one is provided with a magnetic block (53), and the other is provided with a connecting block (54) which is matched and adsorbed with the magnetic block (53).
