the tooth outer section (11) is formed by encircling a pair of arc-shaped supporting plates (111) and an elastic pressing plate (112), the elastic pressing plate (112) is arranged between the pair of supporting plates (111), and the tail end of the supporting plate (111) and the tail end of the elastic pressing plate (112) are integrally connected with the head end of the tooth inner section (12);
the elastic support assembly (4) further comprises a plurality of traction thin wires (47) with different lengths, one end of each traction thin wire (47) is fixedly connected to the inner side of the external elastic support ring (41), and the other end of each traction thin wire (47) is fixedly connected to the elastic pressing plate (112).
