Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a general battery pack for a household appliance, where the general battery pack 100 for a household appliance includes: a housing 110, a charging pad 120, and a battery cell stack 130. The battery cell group 130 and the charging plate 120 are disposed inside the housing 110, and the battery cell group 130 and the charging plate 120 are electrically connected. The housing 110 is matched with an outer housing of the home appliance, and the housing 110 of the home appliance general battery pack 100 forms a part of an end surface of the outer housing of the home appliance, and is integrally formed in an outer shape after being assembled with the home appliance.
As an alternative embodiment, a charging interface 111 is provided on the housing 110 at a position near the charging pad 120. When the household appliance general battery pack 100 supplies power to the household appliance, the charging interface 111 is connected with a charging socket (210) on the outer housing of the household appliance, and the housing 110 is partially exposed to the household appliance, thereby forming a part of the appearance of the household appliance and facilitating assembly.
As an alternative embodiment, a first charging member 140 is provided between the charging interface 111 and the charging pad 120. The first charging member 140 is connected to the charging plate 120 through a plug-in provided thereon. When the household appliance is connected with the household appliance universal battery pack 100 through the charging interface 111, the household appliance universal battery pack is electrically connected with the first charging component 140, so that the electric connection between the battery cell group 130 and the household appliance is established through the charging plate 120 and the first charging component 140, and the power supply of the battery cell group 130 to the household appliance is realized.
Fig. 2 to 3 are schematic structural views of a general battery pack for home appliances provided as an alternative embodiment of the present application, in which fig. 2 shows a sectional view of the general battery pack 100 for home appliances in a longitudinal direction, and fig. 3 shows a perspective structural view of the general battery pack 100 for home appliances. As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the housing 110 includes a first housing 112 and a second housing 113, and the first housing 112 is mounted and fixed on the second housing 113. The first housing 112 is located in the upper half of the housing 110, i.e., includes a top cover 115; the second housing 113 is located at the lower half of the housing 110, i.e., includes the charging interface 120.
Fig. 4 and 5 are schematic structural views of a general battery pack for home appliances provided as an example of the present application, in which fig. 4 shows a sectional view of a case 110 and fig. 5 shows a sectional view of the general battery pack 100 for home appliances in a lateral direction, as an alternative embodiment. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cross sections of the first and second cases 112 and 113 are different shapes.
As an alternative embodiment, the cross-section of the first housing 112 is rounded rectangular or approximately rounded rectangular in shape.
As an alternative embodiment, the cross-section of the second housing 113 is shaped to conform to the arrangement of the cells 131 in the cell stack 130. For example, if there are 3 cells 131,3 cells 131 in the cell group 130 arranged in a triangle, the cross-section of the second housing is the same as the triangle formed by the cells 131.
As an alternative embodiment, the first side 116 of the first housing 112 is parallel to the second side 117 of the second housing 113. The first side 116 of the first housing 112 and the second side 117 of the second housing 113 are the sides of the universal battery pack 100 for home appliances assembled with the home appliances, and since only one side of the first housing 112 and the second housing 113 are parallel, and the other sides are not parallel, no matter the universal battery pack is assembled in a hooking or inserting way, only one type of universal battery pack 100 for home appliances can be assembled with the home appliances, and the false assembly of users is avoided. As an alternative embodiment, the position where the second housing 113 contacts the first housing 112 forms a plane corresponding to the cross section of the first housing 112, facilitating assembly of the first housing 112 with the second housing 113.
