The present application provides a cleaning apparatus and a cleaning system, and the following describes the structure and operation of the cleaning apparatus and the cleaning system of the present application using specific embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application. To facilitate an understanding of the cleaning system of the present application, the construction of the cleaning apparatus and the dirt box mounted thereon will be described in detail.
First embodiment
A first embodiment of the present application provides a cleaning apparatus, the cleaning apparatus comprising: a body and a dirt box body; the dirt box body is arranged on the machine body; the dirt box (which may be referred to as a dirt box body) is used to collect dirt generated by the cleaning apparatus during cleaning. In this embodiment, the cleaning device may be a hand-held cleaning device; of course, the cleaning device may also be an automatic floor washer, or may be other cleaning devices incorporating the dirt box. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the dirt box body includes: the dirt box housing 101 and the dirt box inner layer 102. The dirt box inner layer 102 is disposed within the interior space of the dirt box housing 101. The dirt box inner layer 102 is primarily intended to collect dirt from the cleaning process of the cleaning apparatus. In practice, the dirt box housing 101 and the dirt box inner layer 102 together form a dirt box body which can be arranged on the machine body of the cleaning apparatus for temporarily collecting dirt from the cleaning elements of the cleaning apparatus during cleaning when the cleaning apparatus is in operation.
For example, when a floor brush in a cleaning apparatus cleans the floor, the floor brush may collect dirt on the floor in the dirt box body, and in particular, in the dirt box inner layer 102. In the present embodiment, the flushing pipe 103 is disposed in the hollow structure without directly installing the flushing pipe 103 in the inner layer 102 of the dirt box, so that the inner space of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box can be saved to improve the utilization rate of the inner space of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box; meanwhile, the flushing pipeline 103 can be hidden by arranging the flushing pipeline 103 in the hollow structure, so that the flushing pipeline 103 is invisible when a user opens the box cover of the dirt box body during normal use of the cleaning equipment, and an attractive effect is achieved.
When the inner space of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box is washed, the washing pipeline 103 flows through clean water for washing dirt on the inner wall of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box and at the bottom; specifically, one end of the flushing pipe 103 is connected to a water inlet 104 provided at the dirt box body, and the other end of the flushing pipe 103 is connected to a water outlet 105 provided on the inner wall of the dirt box inner layer 102.
In this embodiment, the clean water may be from a clean water bucket on the cleaning apparatus, where the clean water bucket stores clean water, and when the interior space of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box needs to be washed, the clean water stored in the clean water bucket enters the washing pipe 103 through the water inlet 104, and after flowing through the washing pipe 103, is sprayed onto the inner wall of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box through the water outlet 105, so as to wash the inner wall and the bottom of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box.
In order to enable clean water in the clean water bucket to enter the flushing pipeline 103 through the water inlet 104, a water outlet pipeline is arranged on the clean water bucket on the cleaning device, and the water inlet 104 is connected with the water outlet pipeline of the clean water bucket on the cleaning device.
In order to control the clean water flowing through the water inlet 104, please refer to fig. 3, which is a third structural schematic diagram of the main body of the dirt box, actually fig. 3 is also a structural schematic diagram of the inner layer of the dirt box, and a water inlet valve 104-1 is disposed at a position where the water inlet 104 is connected to the water outlet pipeline, so that the clean water flowing through the water inlet 104 can be controlled through the water inlet valve 104-1. For example, when the water inlet valve 104-1 is closed, clean water cannot enter the flushing pipe 103, and the inner wall and the bottom of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box are not required to be flushed; when the water inlet valve 104-1 is opened, clean water can enter the flushing pipe 103, and at this time, the inner wall and the bottom of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box can be flushed.
In fact, the water inlet valve 104-1 is arranged at the position where the water inlet 104 is connected with the water outlet pipeline, so as to facilitate the control of the requirement of clean water flowing through; for example, when the cleaning device is cleaning the working surface, the inner wall and the bottom of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box are not required to be washed, and the water inlet valve is not required to be opened naturally; when the cleaning apparatus is installed on the base station, after the dirt in the inner layer 102 of the dirt box is discharged to the dirt recovery box on the base station, since dirt may remain on the inner wall and the bottom of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box, the water inlet valve needs to be opened to allow clean water to enter the flushing pipe through the water inlet, and then the clean water is sprayed on the inner wall and the bottom of the inner layer 102 of the dirt box through the water outlet to flush the dirt remaining in the inner layer 102 of the dirt box.

As a setting mode of the water outlet, the water outlet can be arranged on the wall surface of the inner layer of the sewage box; in order to enable the clean water sprayed out through the water outlet to wash the wall surface adjacent to the water outlet of the inner layer of the dirt box, the water outlet direction of the water outlet is set to be at a certain angle with the wall surface where the water outlet is positioned, and the clean water sprayed out through the water outlet covers part of the wall surface adjacent to the water outlet. one end of the flushing pipeline is connected with the water inlet arranged on the sewage box body, and the other end of the flushing pipeline is connected with the water outlet arranged on the inner wall of the inner layer of the sewage box.
2. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the number of water outlets is at least two, the at least two water outlets being positioned at different heights on an inner wall of the dirt box inner layer.
3. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the water outlet is provided in at least one of the following ways:
the water outlet is arranged on the wall surface of the inner layer of the sewage box; the water outlet direction of the water outlet forms an included angle with the wall surface where the water outlet is positioned, and clear water sprayed out of the water outlet covers part of the wall surface adjacent to the water outlet;

the water outlet is arranged on the wall surface of the inner layer of the sewage box; the water outlet direction of the water outlet faces the wall surface opposite to the water outlet or forms an included angle with the wall surface opposite to the water outlet, and clear water sprayed out of the water outlet washes at least part of the wall surface opposite to the water outlet.
4. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the water inlet is connected to a water outlet conduit of a fresh water bucket on the cleaning apparatus;
clear water in the clear water bucket flows through the water outlet pipeline, enters the flushing pipeline through the water inlet, and is sprayed on the inner wall of the inner layer of the dirt box through the water outlet so as to flush the inner wall and the bottom of the inner layer of the dirt box.
5. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein a first cuff structure is provided on an upper side of the dirt box inner layer and a second cuff structure is provided on a lower side of the dirt box inner layer;
the inner layer of the dirt box is arranged in the inner space of the dirt box shell through the first flanging structure and the second flanging structure.
6. The cleaning apparatus of claim 5, wherein the water inlet is disposed on an upper side of the second cuff structure or on a lower side of the first cuff structure.
7. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cleaning apparatus is disposed on a base station;
the sewage disposal device is characterized in that a sewage outlet is arranged in the inner layer of the sewage box, the sewage outlet is in butt joint with the sewage recovery box on the base station, and sewage generated by the inner wall and the bottom of the inner layer of the sewage box is flushed and enters the sewage recovery box through the sewage outlet.
8. The cleaning apparatus of claim 4, wherein the water inlet is provided with a water inlet valve at a position where the water inlet is connected to the water outlet conduit.
9. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the water inlet is disposed at a bottom of the dirt box body.

the cleaning device is arranged on a base station;
the cleaning apparatus includes: the sewage treatment device comprises a machine body, a sewage box body and a clean water barrel;
the dirt box body and the clear water barrel are arranged on the machine body;
the sewage tank body comprises a sewage tank shell and a sewage tank inner layer;
the inner layer of the dirt box is arranged in the inner space of the dirt box shell and is used for collecting dirt generated in the cleaning process of the cleaning equipment;
a flushing pipeline is arranged in a hollow structural space part formed between the inner layer of the sewage box and the sewage box shell, and the flushing pipeline flows through clear water for flushing sewage on the inner wall of the inner layer of the sewage box and at the bottom;
one end of the flushing pipeline is connected with a water inlet arranged on the sewage box body, and the other end of the flushing pipeline is connected with a water outlet arranged on the inner wall of the inner layer of the sewage box;
