Description

本实用新型涉及一种阀罩，具体说是分体式空调器阀罩。
现有的分体式空调器高低压阀门常暴露于室外机外壳外，容易积结灰尘，且易受碰撞。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种阀罩，对高低压阀门起保护作用。
本实用新型是这样来实现设计方案的：一种空调器阀罩，由罩顶、罩体、罩裙组成，罩顶成圆弧形，罩裙的下底边上有螺钉孔，其特征在于罩体相对于空调器外壳后侧处有豁口，罩裙的上底边内侧有一卡子，使阀罩与空调器外壳配合连接。此阀罩可采用塑料ABS经注塑加工制成，或用冷板冲压制成。
由于高低压阀门是整个制冷系统中的关键部件，采用本实用新型阀罩后，不仅有效地保护了高低压阀门不受碰撞，使积结的灰尘容易清扫，同时还增添了美观效果。

图3是阀罩与空调室外机外壳的装配图。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
实施例（参见图1、2、3），一种空调器阀罩，罩顶1、罩体2、罩裙3经注塑加工而成，罩顶1呈圆弧形，罩体2相对于空调器外壳后侧处有一豁口4，与高低压阀门的配管相适应，罩裙3的上底边内侧有一卡子5，与空调器外壳上的卡槽8相配合，使阀罩与空调器外壳相连接，罩裙3的下底边内侧有螺钉孔6，通过螺钉7，将阀罩与空调器外壳相连接固定。

1、一种空调器阀罩，由罩顶1、罩体2、罩裙3组成，罩顶1呈圆弧形，罩裙3的下底边上有螺钉孔6，其特征在于罩体2相对空调器外壳后侧处有一豁口4，罩裙3的上底边内侧有一卡子5。
