Abstract
本实用新型提供一种带浮动隔热板的保温容器，
包括有保温层的容器体，与容器体配合的容器盖，容
器体内有一块与容器体内壁配合且可浮于液面上的
浮动隔热板。使用过程中浮动隔热板随保温容器内
液体的增加或减少而上下浮动，始终位于液面，可很
好地防止液体热量的散发，提高保温容器的保温效
果。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种保温容器，特别是涉及一种带浮动隔热板的保温容器。
目前使用的保温容器、如保温桶、保温箱、保温瓶以及锅炉等，在其容器体的四周壁上都设有隔热保温层，即采用双层结构，或在其间填充隔热保温材料，或在其间抽空真，均使其具有较好的保温效果，但当容器中的液体减少后保温效果往往变差。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种在保温容器内设置有与容器内壁相配合，且浮于液面的浮动隔热板，保温性能好的带浮动隔热板的保温容器。
本实用新型带浮动隔热板的保温容器的容器体壁设有隔热保温层，可采用现有技术中各种隔热保温层形式，如填充隔热保温材料、或设置一个夹层抽真空的内胆。容器盖与容器体配合，同样具有保温性，可用带保温层的盖，或是设置成内、外两盖，或是采用保温材料直接制作。容器体上有液体进口和／或出口，出口可设置在容器体顶部或下部侧壁上，容器体内有与其内壁配合，且浮于液面并能上下浮动的浮动隔热板，该浮动隔热板可以是实心体，如用软木制作，或用硅酸镁、珍珠岩等先制成板块再经表面处理后制成，也可以是空心体，如用塑料或玻璃等材料制成。浮动隔热板的形状与容器体内壁一致，上下表面可设计为平面或弧面。
本实用新型带浮动隔热板的保温容器的优点在于保温性好，由于浮动隔热板始终位于液面、能有效地防止容器内液体热量散发、适用于锅炉，各种保温桶、保温箱及保温瓶等储液保温容器。

本实用新型带浮动隔热板的保温容器，包括设置有隔热保温层的容器体1，与容器体1配合的容器盖2，设置在容器体1内与内壁配合且浮于液面的浮动隔热板，其中浮动隔热板是空心弧面圆形浮动隔热板3（图1），或实心平面圆形浮动隔热板4，（图2），容器体1上有液体进口5、液体出口6。

1、一种带浮动隔热板的保温容器，包括设有保温层的容器体，与容器体配合的容器盖，其特征在于容器体内有一块与容器体内壁配合且可浮于液面的浮动隔热板。
