Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种防水透气高强度复合包
装制品，以聚丙烯为表层，聚乙烯为次层，无防布为中
层，聚乙烯为内层。在制品上有防水透气微孔。具有
透气、防水、抗撕裂、无毒、易热封、成本低、用途广等
优点，可用于食品和多种物品的包装。
Description
本实用新型涉及的是一种防水透气高强度复合包装制品。
目前国内外使用的包装制品为纸／塑、塑／塑复合材料，防水不透气，透气不防水，或不抗撕裂，功能单一。
本实用新型提供了一种既防水又透气、高强度、易热合、无遗漏可用于食品和多种物品包装的制品。
本实用新型中有依次连接的聚丙烯（BOPP）表层，聚乙烯（PE）次层，无纺布中层，聚乙烯（PE）内层（参见图1）。表层具有抗撕裂和防水作用，次层具有粘合作用，中层具有防漏回弹作用，内层具有热封作用。
上述包装制品各层结构厚度为：
表 层 15μ－30μ
次 层 15μ－30μ
中 层 50μ－100μ
内 层 15μ－30μ
上述包装制品中有透气无遗漏的微孔（参见图1）。
上述包装制品中微孔孔径及孔距如下：
孔 径 0.001mm－0.1mm
孔 距 1mm－20mm
本实用新型防水透气包装制品具有如下效能：
1.透气量可任易调节
2.水滴不易进入，不易污染
3.抗撕裂强度高
4.无毒、无异味、卫生安全、可用于食品和多种物品包装，
5.热封牢固平整，
6.粉末不易遗漏，具有过滤功能，
7.能缓冲水滴进入和碰压冲击，
8.工艺简单，成本低、用途广。
下面结合附图介绍本实用新型实施例
图1为本实用新型结构示意图。
参见图1，本实用新型中有20μBOPP的表层1，20μPE的次层2，30g／m2无纺布中层3，20μPE内层4。根据透气量大小确定相应微孔5的数量，本实施例中的孔距为5×6mm，孔径为0.01mm。
本实施例中的包装制品可用于干燥剂，抗氧剂、保鲜剂、发热剂等多种物品的包装。

1、防水透气高强度复合包装制品，其特征在于所述的制品中有依次连接的聚丙烯表层，聚乙烯次层，无纺布中层，聚乙烯内层。
2、如权利要求1所述的防水透气包装制品，其特征在于各层的厚度如下：
表 层 15μ－30μ
次 层 15μ－30μ
中 层 50μ－100μ
内 层 15μ－30μ
3、如权利要求3所述的包装制品，其特征在于有透气防水无遗漏的微孔。
4、如权利要求3所述的包装制品，其特征在于透气微孔的孔径和孔距如下：
孔 径 0.001mm－0.1mm
孔 距 1mm－20mm
