The working principle of the intelligent sorting system based on X-ray imaging is as follows: minerals are transmitted to an intelligent sorting system from a storage bin, are uniformly distributed through up-and-down vibration of different frequencies of the feeding trough body 103, and fall onto the conveying belt 201; when passing through the detection mechanism 300, the X-rays emitted by the X-ray source 301 pass through the light path calibrator to irradiate the minerals, the minerals are absorbed and then transferred to the X-ray sensor 302, and then the data are analyzed by the terminal to judge whether sorting is performed, namely whether the minerals are selected. When the minerals reach the position where the sorting mechanism 400 is executed, if sorting is performed, the electromagnetic valve controls the jet gas to push the minerals to fall into the sorting bin at the opposite rear row, and conversely, the minerals directly fall into the sorting bin at the opposite front end, so that the sorting of the selected minerals and the unselected minerals is realized.
In summary, in the intelligent sorting system based on X-ray imaging provided in this embodiment, the mineral supplied by the feeding mechanism 100 is transported by the mineral conveying mechanism 200, and after passing through the preset detection position, the mineral is thrown out from the output end at the initial speed in the horizontal direction, so that the mineral falls into the sorting bin 600; the detection mechanism 300 is used for transmitting the minerals transported to the preset detection position by utilizing the X-rays, generating corresponding X-ray images, detecting and identifying the generated X-ray images based on a neural network and a deep learning intelligent algorithm so as to identify the mineral category of the minerals at the preset detection position, and determining that the minerals at the preset detection position are waste rocks or ores; by executing the sorting mechanism 400, the thrown minerals are sorted based on the result identified by the detection mechanism 300, so that the waste rocks and the ores respectively fall into the waste rock tank 601 and the ore tank 602, the sorting of the waste rocks or the ores is realized, and the tailings grade and the ore dressing efficiency are improved.
