The assembly plug detection device according to claim 1, wherein aluminum plastic plates are arranged in the aluminum profiles at the rear side of the upper part of the assembly table top and the top, and acrylic plates are arranged in the aluminum profiles at the left side and the right side; one side of the assembly table top is provided with a measuring gauge which is used for measuring the depth in the aperture of the workpiece; the middle part on the assembly table top is also vertically provided with a set of assembly jigs and a slide rail fixing device arranged on the vertical side plate of the assembly jigs through a bottom plate; the assembly jig is provided with: an inverted T-shaped plate, a rotary cylinder is fixed on a vertical plate of the T-shaped plate, a workpiece fixing mould core and a movable sliding block device; a jig pressing plate is fixed on the rotary cylinder; the slide block device is provided with a plug assembly detection proximity switch, a workpiece positioning cylinder is fixed at the lower side of the slide block device, an inverted T-shaped plate is fixed on a bottom plate of an assembly jig through four cushion blocks, the middle part of the assembly table top is provided with a slide rail which slides up and down, the slide rail fixing device is also provided with a vertical side plate, and the upper end of the vertical side plate is fixed with an assembly machine through a fixing block; the assembling machine positioning rod is fixed at the rear side of the assembling jig, the assembling machine support is mounted on the assembling machine positioning rod and is a lifting rotating mechanism, a first tensioning spring and a second tensioning spring are sleeved on the assembling machine support, the assembling machine support moves up and down under the cooperation of the first tensioning spring and the second tensioning spring, the assembling machine is fixed at the tail end of the assembling machine support and is fixed on the sliding rail fixing device, the assembling machine is mounted on the sliding rail fixing device and can slide up and down, a starting switch of the assembling machine is mounted on a handle of the assembling machine, the starting switch is connected with a motor of the assembling machine through a wire, starting and stopping of the assembling machine are controlled, and an assembling hexagonal wrench is mounted at the lower end of the assembling machine.

The assembly plug detection device of claim 5, wherein the bottom of the slide rail fixing device is provided with: the device comprises a detection meter, wherein a vertical side plate on a sliding rail is fixedly provided with a detection meter positioning block, when a screwed plug machine is screwed, the assembly machine moves downwards, a slide way upper vertical side plate of the fixed assembly machine moves downwards, the detection meter positioning block descends along with the descending of the slide way upper vertical side plate, when the detection meter positioning block touches a detection timer, detection data of the detection meter are transmitted to a host in an electric box through a data line and then transmitted to a display by the host in the electric box, the display is recorded, the size of screwed plug after assembly is displayed, the size value of screwed plug is set in the display through a program, and if the numerical value detected by the detection meter is within the size value range of screwed plug set by the program, the numerical value area is green, and the size of the assembled plug is qualified; if the numerical value detected by the detector is not in the range of the size value of the programmed screwed plug, the numerical value area displays red, and the assembled plug size is unqualified.
8. The assembly plug detection device according to claim 5, wherein the assembly machine transmits the torque value of the assembly machine to a host in the electrical box through the data line when the assembly machine is screwed.

The assembly plug detection device according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the host computer in the electrical box is transmitted to a display, a maximum torque value used when the assembly is assembled is recorded and displayed on the display, the maximum torque when the assembly plug is screwed by the assembly machine is set in the display through a program, if the value of the maximum torque is within a range of the program set torque value, a numerical area shows green, the assembly plug torque of the assembly workpiece is qualified, the plug can be ensured not to fall off on the assembly workpiece, if the value of the maximum torque is not within the range of the program set torque value, the numerical area shows red, the assembly plug torque of the assembly workpiece is unqualified, and the assembled plug has a risk of falling off on the assembly workpiece.
