用的瓶盖自动封口机相配套的分盖器，它由框体、推
板、压块、分离板、夹持块、压簧和底盖等组成，结构牢
固，动作可靠。
Description
本发明创造属于自动包装技术领域。
制药、食品、保健品行业使用的瓶盖自动封口机，为了实现自动压盖，须在上盖器后进行分盖，把2个盖分别定位对准在各自的瓶的上方，然后才能进行压盖和封口。现有的分盖器把送出的瓶盖轮流地引导到2个盖位去，好象控制阀那样。这种分盖器动作不够可靠，容易失灵或瓶盖卡死。
本实用新型就是为了设计一种动作可靠而结构结实的新型分盖器。
这种新型分盖器由框体、推板、压块、分离板、夹持块、压簧和底盖等所组成，推板上面其前方有压块，中部有能容2个瓶盖的窗口，而后方有2个限位块，压块的前方受2个固定在框体上的压簧顶紧，因此推板就是靠这2个压簧力把2个瓶盖从前位推向后位的，在瓶盖被推向后位的过程中将会遇到固定在框体上的分离板，以及用压簧支持在限位块上的夹持块，这样2个瓶盖就分离板左右分开而且被夹持在分离板、夹持块和压块3者之间，实现准确地定位在各自的瓶的上方。
这种分盖器装在自动线上可以采用凸轮控制挺杆，周期性地拉动推板由后位回到前位，这时压块让开框体上的缺口，又由上盖器送进来2个瓶盖，以便等待凸轮释放后，压簧重新把推板推向后位。
本申请文件有附图一幅，它是分盖器卸去底盖后由下向上看的视图，图示为推板处在前位的状态，这时刚从框体右方的缺口送进来2个瓶盖。
作为本发明的1个实施例，附图中所示标号如下：1为压簧，它始终压紧推板上的压块2，令推板从图示的位置（前位）退向后位，3为刚送进来的瓶盖；4是推板，它上面固定着压块2和限位块6，同时它的中部有窗口10，整个推板能在框体7的滑槽中滑动；5是夹持块，它的前面有斜度，以便夹持瓶盖时准确定位，6是限位块，作用是推板被推向后位时靠它顶死在框体上；7是框体，瓶盖由其右方的缺口进入；8是分离板，它固定在框体上；9是假想的底盖上的窗口，当2个瓶盖被推到后位时，刚好对准这个窗口，以便顶杆（图中未示）将瓶盖从此顶出后压到瓶上去。
综上述，本分盖器结构牢固耐用，动作简单可靠性好。

1、一种在瓶盖封口机上使用的分盖器，其特征是它由框体、推板、压块、分离板、夹持块、压簧和底盖所组成，推板靠压簧力把2个瓶盖从前位推向后位，同时2个瓶盖被分离板左右分开而且被夹持在分离板、夹持块和压块3者之间。
