The drawer-type air fryer with flip cover according to claim 1, wherein one side of the flip cover is hinged with the fryer main body through a hinge structure, the other side is suitable for being connected with the fryer main body in a clamping way through a clamping structure, and an unlocking piece for separating the clamping structure from the fryer main body is arranged on the flip cover or the fryer main body.

8. The flip drawer air fryer of claim 7, wherein said basket is a stewing basket, said basket bottom and sides are of a closed configuration, said basket bottom adapted to contact said lower heating configuration when said basket is positioned within said cooking chamber.

The flip drawer air fryer with lid according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein said cooking chamber bottom is provided with steam generating structure; the bottom and/or the side of the frying basket are/is provided with a steam inlet, and steam generated by the steam generating structure is suitable for entering the accommodating cavity through the steam inlet.
10. The flip drawer air fryer of claim 9, wherein said fryer body further includes a water supply assembly therein, said water supply assembly in communication with said steam generating structure.
