When the first needle wheel 5211 in fig. 9 rotates counterclockwise while the second needle wheel 5213 rotates clockwise, a force to the right in fig. 9 will be applied to the threading hook needle 51, i.e. to power the threading hook needle 51 to exit the tobacco neck while penetrating into the tobacco neck with the thread 41.
As shown in fig. 9, the first needle feeding set 521 further includes a first rotating shaft 5215 and a second rotating shaft 5216, the first needle feeding wheel 5211 is mounted on the first rotating shaft 5215 and rotates synchronously with the first rotating shaft 5215, the first rotating shaft 5215 is further mounted with a first gear 5225 that rotates synchronously, the second needle feeding wheel 5213 is mounted on the second rotating shaft 5216 and rotates synchronously with the second rotating shaft 5216, the second rotating shaft 5216 is mounted with a second gear 5218 that rotates synchronously, and the first gear 5217 is meshed with the second gear 5218. The other end of the bolt 5261 is provided with a hole, and the needle pressing structure 526 further comprises a handle 5263, wherein the handle 5263 passes through the hole of the bolt 5261 and is fixed with the hole. The bolt 5261 can be moved downward or upward by rotating the handle 5263, and the bolt 5261 is pressed against the bearing seat of the second bearing to adjust and fix the position of the second bearing, so that the position of the second needle feeding wheel 5222 is moved up and down, and the degree of tightness of the thread hooking needle 51 to be pressed is adjusted.
As shown in fig. 8, the frame 1 is further provided with a needle guiding nozzle 527, the needle guiding nozzle 527 is located between the lower neck mold 22 and the needle feeding device 52, the needle guiding nozzle 527 has a needle guiding hole, the needle penetrating hole 223 of the lower neck mold 22 and the needle feeding space are aligned, and the needle guiding hole is used for the threading crochet 51 to penetrate and guide the threading crochet 51, so that the end of the needle sent out from the needle feeding space with the hook groove is aligned with the needle penetrating hole 223 of the lower neck mold 22.
The frame 1 is further provided with a guide tube 528, the guide tube 528 is located at one end of the needle feeding device 52 away from the guide needle nozzle 527, the guide tube 528 is horizontally aligned with the needle feeding space, the threading crochet needle 51 is provided in the guide tube 528 to pass through and keep the threading crochet needle 51 horizontal, and the guide tube 528 can prevent the longer threading crochet needle 51 from bending and deforming under the action of gravity or other external forces.

The neck removing plate 62 is parallel to the lower neck clamping die 22, and when the middle part of the neck of the cigar leaf 9 is clamped in the clamping groove 221 of the lower neck clamping die 22, the neck removing plate 62 is positioned below the end part of the neck, which is far away from the leaf of the cigar leaf 9. The operator only needs to move up the neck removing plate 62 of the neck removing device 6 to enable the tobacco necks of all tobacco leaves 9 to be simultaneously removed from the clamping grooves 221 of the lower tobacco neck clamping die 22, and compared with manual neck removing, the neck removing efficiency can be improved, and the labor intensity is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cigar tobacco braiding machine further comprises a control device 7, wherein the control device 7 is connected with the motor 524 of the neck pressing driver 33, the neck removing driver 63 and the needle feeding device 52 to control the opening, closing and operating parameters thereof. The control device 7 can start each driving device without operating each driving device separately, so that the operation is more convenient, and in addition, parameters such as the running time and the running speed of each driving device can be set through the control device 7, so that the automatic control of the tobacco braiding is realized.
As shown in fig. 1, the cigar tobacco leaf braiding machine further comprises a tobacco braiding rod 8 which can be parallel to the length direction of the lower neck clamping die 22, the frame 1 is further provided with a tobacco rod seat (not shown in the figure) for supporting the tobacco braiding rod 8, in this embodiment, the tobacco rod seat can support the tobacco braiding rod 8, the tobacco braiding rod 8 can separate the upper layer tobacco leaf 9 and the lower layer tobacco leaf 9 between the upper layer tobacco leaf 9 and the lower layer tobacco leaf 9, and the tobacco braiding rod 8 can be separated from the tobacco rod seat and pick up the two rows of tobacco leaves 9 after tobacco braiding is completed.
When the tobacco braiding machine does not comprise the neck removing device 6 and the tobacco braiding rod 8, the tobacco braiding method comprises the following steps:
s1, uniformly placing the tobacco necks of a plurality of cigar tobacco leaves 9 in a plurality of clamping grooves 221 of a lower tobacco neck clamping die 22 at intervals, placing a tobacco neck in each clamping groove 221 with the tobacco neck, and in the embodiment, two empty clamping grooves 221 are arranged between the adjacent clamping grooves 221 with the tobacco neck at intervals;
s2, pressing the tobacco neck of the cigar tobacco 9 from top to bottom through a tobacco neck upper pressing die 31 to position the tobacco neck, and preventing the tobacco neck from moving in the process of threading a needle or a thread;
s3, enabling the threading crochet needle 51 to pass through the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 in sequence along a direction parallel to the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 in sequence, fixing the wire 41 in the hook groove of the threading crochet needle 51, enabling the threading crochet needle 51 to withdraw from the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 in sequence, and enabling the wire 41 to string the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 in sequence;
s4, removing the neck upper pressing mould 31 from the upper part of the neck, cutting the threads 41 at the two ends of the cigar tobacco leaves 9 in a string, removing the neck from the clamping groove 221 of the neck upper pressing mould 31, and taking the cigar tobacco leaves 9 in a string.
When the tobacco braiding machine is provided with the neck removing device 6, the tobacco braiding method comprises the following steps of:
s1, uniformly placing tobacco necks of a plurality of cigar tobacco leaves 9 in a plurality of clamping grooves 221 of a lower tobacco neck clamping die 22 at intervals, placing a tobacco neck in each clamping groove 221 with the tobacco neck placed, wherein the end part of the tobacco neck far away from the leaf is positioned above a neck removing plate 62, and in the embodiment, two empty clamping grooves 221 are spaced between the adjacent clamping grooves 221 with the tobacco neck placed;
s2, enabling the neck upper pressing die 31 to move downwards along the neck pressing guide rail 123 to press the neck of the cigar tobacco 9 from top to bottom, positioning the neck, and preventing the neck from moving in the process of threading a needle or a thread;
s3, enabling the threading crochet hook 51 to pass through the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 in sequence along a direction parallel to the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 in sequence, fixing the wire 41 in the hook groove of the threading crochet hook 51, enabling the threading crochet hook 51 to withdraw from the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 in sequence, and enabling the wire 41 to sequentially thread the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 into strings;
s4, cutting the wires 41 at the two ends of the cigar tobacco 9 into strings, enabling the upper tobacco neck pressing die 31 to move upwards along the neck pressing guide rail 123, enabling the neck removing plate 62 to lift the tobacco neck upwards, enabling the tobacco neck to be removed from the clamping groove 221 of the upper tobacco neck pressing die 31, and taking the cigar tobacco 9 into strings.
When the tobacco braiding machine is provided with the neck removing device 6 and the tobacco braiding rod 8, the tobacco braiding method comprises the following steps of:
s1, uniformly placing tobacco necks of a plurality of cigar tobacco leaves 9 in a plurality of clamping grooves 221 of a tobacco neck lower clamping die 22 at intervals to form a tiled lower layer tobacco leaf 9, at least one clamping groove 221 is empty between adjacent tobacco necks, one tobacco neck of the lower layer tobacco leaf 9 is placed in each clamping groove 221 where the tobacco neck is placed, the end part of the tobacco neck far away from the leaf is positioned above a neck removing plate 62, and in the embodiment, two empty clamping grooves 221 are spaced between the adjacent clamping grooves 221 where the tobacco neck is placed;
s2, placing the tobacco braiding rods 8 to enable the tobacco braiding rods 8 to be located above the lower tobacco leaves 9;
s3, uniformly placing a plurality of cigar tobacco leaves 9 above the lower tobacco leaves at intervals to form upper tobacco leaves, wherein the leaves of the upper tobacco leaves are positioned above the tobacco braiding rods 8, one tobacco neck of the upper tobacco leaves is placed in each clamping groove 221 of the tobacco neck of the lower tobacco leaves, the tobacco necks of the upper tobacco leaves and the tobacco necks of the lower tobacco leaves are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the tobacco necks of a plurality of upper tobacco leaves are positioned on the same side of the tobacco necks of a plurality of lower tobacco leaves in a one-to-one correspondence manner, namely, the tobacco necks of the upper tobacco leaves and the tobacco necks of the lower tobacco leaves are staggered. As shown in fig. 1, in the same slot 221, the neck of the upper tobacco is located at the left side of the neck of the lower tobacco, however, in other embodiments, in the same slot 221, the neck of the upper tobacco may also be located at the right side of the neck of the lower tobacco, and the threading of the neck of the upper tobacco and the threading of the neck of the lower tobacco are performed alternately;
s4, pressing the neck of the cigar tobacco 9 from top to bottom through the neck upper pressing mould 31;
s5, enabling the threading crochet hook 51 to pass through the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 in sequence along a direction parallel to the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 in sequence, fixing the wire 41 in the hook groove of the threading crochet hook 51, enabling the threading crochet hook 51 to withdraw from the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 in sequence, and enabling the wire 41 to sequentially thread the tobacco necks of the cigar leaves 9 into strings;
s6, removing the neck upper pressing mould 31 from the upper part of the neck, cutting off the wires 41 at two ends of the cigar tobacco 9 in a string, enabling the neck upper pressing mould 31 to move upwards along the neck pressing guide rail 123, enabling the neck removing plate 62 to lift the neck upwards to enable the neck to be separated from the clamping groove 221 of the neck upper pressing mould 31, removing the tobacco braiding rod 8, and enabling the wires 41 to be hung on the tobacco braiding rod 8 by sliding down the upper tobacco leaf and the lower tobacco leaf in the process of removing the tobacco braiding rod 8, wherein the upper tobacco leaf and the lower tobacco leaf are respectively arranged at two sides of the tobacco braiding rod 8.

the tobacco neck clamping device comprises a tobacco neck lower clamping die fixed on the frame, wherein the tobacco neck lower clamping die is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves for accommodating tobacco necks of cigar tobacco leaves, each clamping groove is provided with an upward opening, each clamping groove penetrates through the width direction of the tobacco neck lower clamping die, the clamping grooves are uniformly arranged along the length direction of the tobacco neck lower clamping die, the tobacco neck lower clamping die is also provided with needle penetrating holes penetrating through the length direction of the tobacco neck lower clamping die, and the needle penetrating holes penetrate through all clamping grooves;
the tobacco neck pressing device comprises a tobacco neck upper pressing die, the tobacco neck upper pressing die is vertically opposite to the tobacco neck lower clamping die and can move up and down above the tobacco neck upper pressing die, and the tobacco neck upper pressing die and the tobacco neck lower clamping die can be matched to limit the position of the tobacco neck of cigar tobacco leaves;

The cigar leaf tobacco braiding machine of claim 8, wherein the frame is further provided with a needle guide nozzle, the needle guide nozzle is positioned between the lower tobacco neck clamping die and the needle feeding device, the needle guide nozzle is provided with a needle guide hole, the needle guide hole is aligned with the needle feeding space, and the needle guide hole is used for the threading crochet needle to pass through and guide the threading crochet needle to align with a needle penetrating hole of the lower tobacco neck clamping die.
