Description

本实用新型涉及热水器外壳,特别是关于燃气热水器外壳的结构设计。
现有的热水器外壳一般由单层钢板加工成型。这种结构有缺陷,就是这种外壳散热快,壳体表面温升高,稍不注意会烫伤手或衣物,且浪费能量,极需要改进。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种能隔热又豪华美观的热水器外壳。
本实用新型的设计方案是热水器多层壳体,至少由二层金属板组成,表面板与里层板之间有相互隔离间隙的隔热腔。隔热腔可填隔热材料形成隔热层。
上述方案的优点就是尽量降低热量传导,有了隔热腔可以阻止燃烧热直接传导至表面,隔热腔也减少热辐射,还可阻止部分的热对流现象,以减少热量的散发。因此它与单层外壳相比能大大降低壳体外表的温升不发烫,使用安全又能节省能源。

以下结合附图描述实施例结构和功能。
热水器多层外壳至少由二层金属板组成,表面层(1)与里层(2)之间为相互隔离的空腔(3)。空腔可为空气层,此种结构借空气隔热,表层(1)与里层(2)之间适当部位,特别是转角处设耐热塑料或硅橡胶的垫块(4),保持两面固定的间隙,阻止里层(2)热量传导至表面层(1)。空腔也可填隔热材料板(5),隔热材料可为石棉板,膨胀珍珠岩或玻璃纤维与无机材料的复合板,也可为耐热的塑料板,耐热合成纤维布复合板等。表层为不锈钢板、铝合金板,里层一般为冷轧钢板。

1、热水器多层壳体,其特征是至少由二层金属板组成,表层板(1)与里层板(2)之间有形成间隙的隔热腔(3)。
2、如权利要求1所述热水器多层壳体,其特征在于隔热腔(3)中有隔热材料板(4)。
3、如权利要求1或2所述热水器多层壳体,其特征在于表层(1)为不锈钢板。
4、如权利要求1或2所述热水器多层壳体,其特征在于表层(1)为铝合金板。
