Description

本实用新型涉及一种加热炉。
对于加热小型零件或仪器仪表的传感器所用的加热炉,人们所提出的要求是保证达到一定的炉膛温度的前提下,炉壳表面温度尽量低。为此,现有的加热炉为达到这一目的,不得不加厚炉衬厚度,或者使用高绝热材料,以致使炉子体积增大,造价提高。即使如此当炉膛温度升到850度以上时炉壳表面温度仍然难以低于60度以下。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种外壳低温的加热炉。
本实用新型的目的是这样实用的,它包括炉膛、炉衬、电热丝,其特点是在炉衬的外面设有空气层,在炉衬底部有隔热层,在隔热层的下面设有轴流风扇。
本实用新型由于采用了上述方案,因而升温快,重量轻,体积小,表面温度低,便于携带。
下面结合附图对其结构进行详细的叙述:

本实用新型包括炉膛(1),电热丝(2)、绝热炉衬(3)、炉外壳(7)构成,炉膛(1)采用石英材料制成,其特点在于绝热炉衬(3)的外层设有空气隔热层(4),在绝热炉衬(3)的底部设有隔热层(5),在隔热层(5)的下面设有轴流风扇(6)。
在使用本实用新型时,炉膛由电热丝通电加热,由于设有空气层(4),位于炉底的轴流风扇(6)将空气从底部吸入夹层(4)内,并从上部排出流动的空气对炉壳(7)进行冷却,故炉子外壳(7)的温度可维持在40度以下,同时由于空气夹层位于炉衬(3)之外,故不会增加散热损失,空气夹层厚度一般仅5-10毫米,因而不会增加炉子体积。
