To at least partially solve the above problems, the present utility model provides a container comprising:
a first connector comprising a first recess and a first projection;
the second connecting piece comprises a second concave part and a second convex part, the first concave part is used for being matched with the second convex part, and the second concave part is used for being matched with the first convex part;
a mating member for disposition between two adjacent second connectors and extending at least partially into the second recess;
at least one top plate, the circumferential surface of which is provided with the second connecting piece;
at least one base plate, the circumferential surface of which is provided with the second connecting piece; and
the top of the side wall is provided with the first connecting piece for being detachably connected with the second connecting piece of the top plate, and the bottom of the side wall is provided with the first connecting piece for being detachably connected with the second connecting piece of the bottom plate.
Optionally, the first connector further comprises: a first connection portion connected to the first protrusion portion; and the first extension part is connected with the first connecting part and is spaced apart from the first protruding part, and the first recess part is surrounded by the first extension part, the first connecting part and the first protruding part.
Optionally, the first extension extends beyond the first connection portion by a dimension greater than a dimension by which the first projection extends beyond the first connection portion.
Optionally, the second connector further comprises: the second connecting part is connected with the second protruding part; and the second extension part is connected with the second connecting part and is spaced apart from the second protruding part, and the second recess part is surrounded by the second extension part, the second connecting part and the second protruding part.
Optionally, the second extension extends beyond the second connection portion by a dimension greater than a dimension by which the second projection extends beyond the second connection portion.
Optionally, the second extension is closer to the sidewall than the second projection; or the second projection is closer to the sidewall than the second extension.
Optionally, the mating element includes: a third connecting portion; and the third protruding part is vertically arranged on the surface of the third connecting part.
Optionally, the sidewall includes: the top end of the side plate is provided with the first connecting piece for being detachably connected with the second connecting piece of the top plate, and the bottom end of the side plate is provided with the first connecting piece for being detachably connected with the second connecting piece of the bottom plate; and/or the top end of the end plate is provided with the first connecting piece for being detachably connected with the second connecting piece of the top plate, and the bottom end of the end plate is provided with the first connecting piece for being detachably connected with the second connecting piece of the bottom plate.
Optionally, the width of the third protruding portion of the mating member is smaller than the width of the third connecting portion, and the cross section of the mating member is projected to be T-shaped.
Optionally, the container further comprises: the door plate is provided with the first connecting piece, and the door plate is detachably connected with one end of the container, which is not provided with the end plate, through the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece.
According to the container disclosed by the utility model, the first connecting piece is arranged on the side plate and the end plate, the second connecting piece is arranged on the top plate and the bottom plate, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece can be used for realizing the disassembly and assembly of the money box, so that the whole rapid assembly and disassembly of the container are realized, and the efficiency is improved. In addition, a plurality of roof or a plurality of bottom plates can be through the form of connecting the cooperation piece between two second connecting pieces, realize the connection of a plurality of roof or a plurality of bottom plates to increase the whole width of container in order to satisfy different cargo capacity demands, promoted the practicality.

The present utility model provides a container 100. A container 100 in accordance with an embodiment of the present utility model is described in detail below in conjunction with figures 1-7 of the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a container 100 according to an embodiment of the present utility model includes: the first connector 40, the second connector 50, the mating member 60, the at least one top panel 20, the at least one bottom panel 30, and the side wall 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 7, the first connector 40 includes a first concave portion 44 and a first convex portion 43, and the first concave portion 44 may be a groove structure for facilitating connection with the plug structure.
Accordingly, the second connecting piece 50 includes a second concave portion 54 and a second convex portion 53, and the second concave portion 54 may also be a groove structure, so as to be connected with the plug structure.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the first concave portion 44 is for engagement with the second convex portion 53, and the second concave portion 54 is for engagement with the first convex portion 43. Thereby, the first connector 40 and the second connector 50 can be quickly connected and detached, and the efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the mating element 60 is adapted to be disposed between two adjacent second connectors and extend at least partially into the second recess 54.
In other words, the mating piece 60 has a structure that can be connected with the second recess 54, and the mating piece 60 can be connected with two second connection pieces 50 at the same time.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the container 100 of the embodiment of the present utility model includes at least one top plate 20 and at least one bottom plate 30, and the circumferential surface of the top plate 20 is provided with a second connection member 50, the circumferential surface of the bottom plate 30 is provided with a second connection member 50, the top end of the side wall 10 is provided with a first connection member 40 for detachable connection with the second connection member 50 of the top plate 20, and the bottom end of the side wall 10 is provided with a first connection member 40 for detachable connection with the second connection member 50 of the bottom plate 30.
As can be seen from the above, the first connecting member 40 has the capability of being quickly connected to and disconnected from the second connecting member 50, so that the top plate 20 of the container 100 according to the embodiment of the utility model can be quickly assembled and disassembled with the top end of the side wall 10, and the bottom plate 30 can be quickly assembled and disassembled with the bottom end of the side wall 10, thereby having the advantage of quick assembly and disassembly as a whole, and further improving the efficiency of the whole assembly.
As shown in fig. 7, the first connector 40 further includes: a first connection portion 41 and a first extension portion 42, the first connection portion 41 being connected to the first projection portion 43. The first extension 42 is connected to the first connection 41 and spaced apart from the first protrusion 43.
In other words, the first protruding portion 43 and the first extending portion 42 are disposed at intervals on the surface of the first connecting portion 41. And, the first extension portion 42, the first connection portion 41, and the first protrusion portion 43 enclose a first recess portion 44. That is, the first protruding portion 43 and the first extending portion 42 are located on the same side surface of the first connecting portion 41, and a space therebetween forms the first recessed portion 44.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 7, the first extension portion 42 extends beyond the first connection portion 41 by a size larger than the first protrusion portion 43 extends beyond the first connection portion 41. That is, on the first connecting portion 41, both the first extending portion 42 and the first projecting portion 43 extend in a direction away from the first connecting portion 41, and the first extending portion 42 extends a large distance.
Therefore, after the second protruding portion 53 is connected with the first concave portion 44, the first extending portion 42 can limit the connection position, so as to prevent the first connecting piece 40 and the second connecting piece 50 from rotating relatively.
As shown in fig. 7, the second connector 50 further includes: a second connection portion 51 and a second extension portion 52, the second connection portion 51 being connected to the second projection portion 53. The second extension 52 is connected to the second connection 51 and spaced apart from the second protrusion 53.
In other words, the second protruding portion 53 and the second extending portion 52 are provided at a distance from the surface of the second connecting portion 51. And, the second extension portion 52, the second connection portion 51, and the second protrusion portion 53 enclose a second recess portion 54.
That is, the second protruding portion 53 is located on the same side surface of the second connecting portion 51 as the second extending portion 52, and a space between the two forms the second recessed portion 54.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 7, the second extension portion 52 extends beyond the second connection portion 51 by a size larger than the second projection portion 53 extends beyond the second connection portion 51. That is, in the second connecting portion 51, the second extending portion 52 and the second protruding portion 53 each extend in a direction away from the second connecting portion 51, and the second extending portion 52 extends a large distance.
Therefore, after the first protruding portion 43 is connected with the second recessed portion 54, the second extending portion 52 can limit the connection position, so that the first connecting piece 40 and the second connecting piece 50 are prevented from rotating relatively.
In some alternative embodiments of the utility model, the second extension 52 is closer to the sidewall 10 than the second projection 53. I.e. the extension of the second extension 52 may be greater than the extension of the second projection 53.
In still other alternative embodiments of the present utility model, the second projection 53 is closer to the sidewall 10 than the second extension 52. I.e. the extension of the second protrusion 53 may be larger than the extension of the second extension 52.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, the fitting 60 includes: the third connecting portion 61 and the third protruding portion 62, the third protruding portion 62 is vertically provided on the surface of the third connecting portion 61.
Specifically, the third connection portion 61 of the fitting 60 may be a flat plate structure as a setting basis of the third projection 62. A third protrusion 62 may be provided at one side surface of the fitting 60, and the third protrusion 62 of the fitting 60 may have a width smaller than that of the third connection portion 61, thereby forming a T-shaped cross-section structure.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the mating member 60 can be connected to the two second connecting members 50 at the same time, i.e., both sides of the third connecting portion 61 can be connected to the second recessed portions 54 of the two second connecting members 50 at the same time. Therefore, the matching piece 60 can connect the top plates 20 or the bottom plates 30 to form the top plates 20 or the bottom plates 30 with larger area, so that the container 100 can expand the capacity, load more cargoes, and has mobility while meeting the requirement of quick assembly and disassembly.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments of the utility model, the sidewall 10 includes: the side plate 11, the top of the side plate 11 is provided with a first connecting piece 40 for detachable connection with the second connecting piece 50 of the top plate 20, and the bottom of the side plate 11 is provided with a first connecting piece 40 for detachable connection with the second connecting piece 50 of the bottom plate 30.
Specifically, the top and bottom ends of the side plates 11 are provided with the first coupling members 40, thereby being capable of being used as the side walls 10 of the container 100 while being coupled with the top plate 20 and the bottom plate 30, and being capable of being rapidly assembled and disassembled by using the manner in which the first coupling members 40 are coupled with the second coupling members 50.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the sidewall 10 includes: the end plate 12, the top end of the end plate 12 is provided with a first connector 40 for detachable connection with the second connector 50 of the top plate 20, and the bottom end of the end plate 12 is provided with a first connector 40 for detachable connection with the second connector 50 of the bottom plate 30.
Specifically, the top and bottom ends of the end plate 12 are provided with the first connection members 40, thereby being capable of being used as end plates of both ends of the container 100 in the length direction, being simultaneously connected with the top plate 20 and the bottom plate 30, and being capable of being quickly assembled and disassembled by using the connection manner of the first connection members 40 and the second connection members 50.
Preferably, the side wall 10 comprises: the side plate 11 and the end plate 12, the top end and the bottom end of the side plate 11 and the end plate 12 are respectively provided with the first connecting piece 40, so that the container 100 has the capability of being quickly connected and detached with the top plate 20 and the bottom plate 30, and the top plate 20, the side plate 11, the bottom plate 30 and the end plate 12 of the container 100 can be quickly disassembled and assembled, so that the overall assembly convenience of the container 100 is improved.
In addition, the container 100 further includes a door panel 70, the door panel 70 being provided with a first connector 40, the door panel 70 being detachably connected to an end of the container 100 where the end plate 12 is not provided by the first connector 40 and the second connector 50.
Specifically, at an end of the container 100 where the end plate 12 is not provided, a door panel 70 having the first connector 40 may be provided, and the door panel 70 may be opened and closed as a cargo loading/unloading entrance of the container 100.
According to the container 100 of the present utility model, the first and second connection members 40 and 50 can be rapidly assembled and disassembled, thereby realizing rapid assembly and disassembly of the whole container 100 and improving efficiency. The two adjacent first connecting members 40 can be connected by the matching member 60, so as to realize the connection of a plurality of top plates 20 or a plurality of bottom plates 30, and the connection is used for increasing the overall width of the container 100 to meet different cargo capacity demands.
In the container 100 of the embodiment of the present utility model, the first connector 40 and the second connector 50 may be of opposite or symmetrical construction. For example, as shown in fig. 5, the first connector 40 and the second connector 50 are disposed in opposite directions. As shown in fig. 6, the two second connectors 50 are symmetrically arranged and can be quickly engaged by the engaging members 60. The first and second connection members 40 and 50 are provided in symmetrical or opposite structures, which facilitates the manufacture of structural members and reduces costs.
