In this way, the first guide 151 and the second guide 152 guide the wiping cloth 16 moving between the wiping member 142 and the workpiece 17 to extend along the third direction, so that the wiping cloth 16 covers the upper side of the workpiece 17, and the wiping cloth 16 can wipe the workpiece 17 quickly, thereby improving the wiping efficiency.

Illustratively, spray assembly 144 may be a pneumatic sprayer, which is an existing device.
In this way, the liquid is sprayed on the wiping cloth 16 through the liquid spraying component 144, so that the workpiece 17 is wet wiped according to the requirement of wiping operation, the wiping effect is better, and the wiping quality is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the carrying mechanism 11 includes a carrying component 111, a first transferring component 112, a first moving member 113, a second transferring component 114 and a second moving member 115, the first transferring component 112 is connected to the carrying component 111, the first moving member 113 is connected to the first transferring component 112, the second transferring component 114 is connected to the first moving member 113, the first transferring component 112 is used for driving the first moving member 113 to drive the second transferring component 114 to move along a third direction, the second moving member 115 is connected to the second transferring component 114, the cloth supplying mechanism 12, the cloth collecting mechanism 123 and the wiping mechanism 14, and the second transferring component 114 is used for driving the second moving member 115 to move along the first direction. Illustratively, the first transfer assembly 112 and the second transfer assembly 114 are each an electric slipway.
In this way, the first transfer component 112 drives the second transfer component 114 to move along the third direction, the second transfer component 114 drives the cloth supplying mechanism 12, the cloth collecting mechanism 123 and the wiping mechanism 14 to move along the third direction, so that the wiping piece 142 and the workpiece 17 can move relatively along the third direction, different positions on the workpiece 17 can be wiped by the wiping piece 142 in the third direction, wiping operation of the workpiece 17 can be completed quickly during wiping, wiping efficiency of the workpiece 17 is improved, meanwhile, the second transfer component 114 drives the cloth supplying mechanism 12, the cloth collecting mechanism 123 and the wiping mechanism 14 to move along the first direction, the wiping piece 142, the wiping cloth 16 and the workpiece 17 can move relatively along the first direction, the positions of the wiping piece 16 in the first direction can be adjusted, the position of the upper end face of the workpiece 17 can be changed, the wiping device can be suitable for the workpieces 17 with different specifications, and the application range of the wiping device is improved.
In this embodiment, the second moving member 115 is slidably connected to the first moving member 113.
In some embodiments, the cloth feeding mechanism 12, the cloth collecting mechanism 123 and the wiping mechanism 14 are multiple, and the cloth feeding mechanisms 12, the cloth collecting mechanisms 123 and the wiping mechanisms 14 are all arranged at intervals along the third direction, and each of the cloth feeding mechanism 12, the cloth collecting mechanisms 123 and the wiping mechanisms 14 is connected to the mounting member 12. In this way, by providing a plurality of groups of the cloth feeding mechanism 12, the cloth collecting mechanism 123 and the wiping machine, a plurality of workpieces 17 can be wiped at the same time, thereby improving the wiping efficiency of the workpieces 17.
The operation process of the wiping device is approximately as follows:
first, the second transfer assembly 114 drives the cloth feeding mechanism 12, the cloth collecting mechanism 123 and the wiping mechanism 14 to move along the first direction, so that the lower end surface of the wiping cloth 16 abuts against the workpiece 17;
then, the abutting drive member 141 drives the wiping drive assembly 143 and the wiper 142 to move in the first direction until the wiper 142 abuts against the wiper 16, and the wiping assembly is driven to drive the wiper 142 to reciprocate in the second direction so that the wiper 16 wipes the workpiece 17 in the second direction;
then, when the cloth collecting mechanism 123 collects the cloth, the wiper 16 penetrating between the wiper 142 and the work piece 17 moves along the third direction to wipe the work piece 17 in the third direction;
finally, the first transferring component 112 drives the second transferring component 114 to move along the third direction, and the second transferring component 114 drives the cloth feeding mechanism 12, the cloth collecting mechanism 123 and the wiping mechanism 14 to move along the third direction, so that the wiping piece 142 and the wiping piece 16 wipe different positions on the workpiece 17 in the third direction, thereby completing wiping work of different positions of the workpiece 17.

1. A wiping device for wiping a workpiece, the wiping device comprising:
a carrying mechanism;
the cloth supplying mechanism is connected with the bearing mechanism and used for releasing the wiping cloth;
the cloth collecting mechanism is arranged at intervals with the cloth collecting mechanism and connected with the bearing mechanism, and is used for collecting the wiping cloth;
the wiping mechanism is arranged at intervals with the cloth supplying mechanism and the cloth collecting mechanism and comprises a supporting driving piece, a wiping driving assembly and a wiping piece, the supporting driving piece is connected with the bearing mechanism and the wiping driving assembly, the wiping driving assembly is connected with the wiping piece, one end of the wiping piece is wound on the cloth supplying mechanism, and the other end of the wiping piece passes through the space between the wiping piece and the workpiece and then is wound on the cloth collecting mechanism; wherein,
the supporting driving piece is used for driving the wiping driving assembly and the wiping piece to move along a first direction, so that the wiping piece drives one side of the wiping piece, which is away from the wiping piece, to support the workpiece, the wiping driving assembly is used for driving the wiping piece to reciprocate along a second direction, so that the wiping piece wipes the workpiece along the second direction, and the collecting mechanism is used for driving the wiping piece, which is penetrated between the wiping piece and the workpiece, to move along a third direction, so that the wiping piece wipes the workpiece along the third direction, and the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other.
2. The wiping device of claim 1, wherein the wiping drive assembly comprises:
the supporting piece is connected with the supporting driving piece on one side, and the supporting driving piece is used for driving the supporting piece to move along the first direction;
the movable piece is connected to one side of the supporting piece, which is far away from the supporting driving piece, in a sliding manner, one side of the movable piece, which is far away from the movable piece, is connected with the wiping piece, one end of the movable piece, which is far away from the bearing mechanism, is provided with a through hole, the through hole penetrates through the movable piece along the first direction, and the through hole is in an oval shape along the first direction and is projected to a plane where the lower end face of the supporting piece is located;

3. The wiping device of claim 2, wherein the cloth feed mechanism comprises:
the mounting piece is connected to the bearing mechanism;
the cloth supply rotating piece is rotationally connected with the mounting piece, and one end of the wiping cloth is wound on the cloth supply rotating piece;
the two cloth feeding baffles are arranged at intervals along the second direction and are connected with the cloth feeding rotating piece, the wiping cloth wound on the cloth feeding rotating piece is respectively abutted against the corresponding cloth feeding baffles on the two opposite sides of the wiping cloth in the second direction.
4. A wiping device as defined in claim 3, wherein the cloth feed rotatable member is slidably disposed through the mounting member, the cloth retraction mechanism further comprising a tensioning assembly, the tensioning assembly comprising:
the elastic piece is arranged on one side of the mounting piece, which is away from the cloth feeding baffle, and sleeved on the cloth feeding rotating piece, and one end of the elastic piece is propped against the mounting piece;
the stop piece is connected to one end of the cloth feeding rotating piece, which is away from the cloth feeding baffle plate, and the other end of the elastic piece is propped against the stop piece;
the supporting piece is arranged on one side, away from the stopping piece, of the mounting piece and is connected with the cloth feeding rotating piece.
5. The wiping device of claim 1, wherein the cloth collecting mechanism comprises:
the cloth collecting rotating piece is rotationally connected with the bearing mechanism, and the other end of the wiping cloth is wound on the cloth collecting rotating piece;
the two cloth collecting baffles are arranged at intervals along the second direction and connected with the cloth collecting rotating piece, and the wiping cloth wound on the cloth collecting rotating piece is propped against the corresponding cloth collecting baffles at two opposite sides of the second direction;
and the cloth collecting driving assembly is connected with the bearing mechanism and the cloth collecting rotating piece and is used for driving the cloth collecting rotating piece to rotate.
6. The wiping device of claim 5, wherein the cloth retraction drive assembly comprises:
the driving roller is rotationally connected with the bearing mechanism;
the conveying belt is connected with the driving roller and the cloth collecting rotating piece;
the driving roller driving piece is connected with the driving roller and the bearing mechanism;
the movable roller is adjacently arranged on the driving roller, and the wiping cloth passes through the driving roller and the movable roller;
the movable roller driving piece is connected with the bearing mechanism and the movable roller, and is used for driving the movable roller to be close to the driving roller and adjusting the friction force of the movable roller and the driving roller to the wiping cloth to be larger than the friction force of the driving roller and the cloth collecting rotating piece to the conveying belt.
7. The wiping device of claim 1, further comprising a guide assembly, the guide assembly comprising:
the first guide piece is rotationally connected with the bearing mechanism;
the second guide piece and the first guide piece are arranged on two opposite sides of the wiping piece at intervals along the third direction and are rotationally connected with the bearing mechanism; wherein,
the wiping cloth released by the cloth supplying mechanism is wound around the first guide piece and the second guide piece in sequence and then wound on the cloth collecting mechanism.
8. A wiping device as defined in claim 1, wherein,
the wiping mechanism further includes a spray assembly disposed adjacent the wiping mechanism and configured to spray a liquid to a wipe adjacent the wiper.
9. The wiping device of claim 1, wherein the carrying mechanism comprises:
a carrier assembly;
the first transfer assembly is connected with the bearing assembly;
the first moving part is connected with the first transferring assembly;
the second transfer component is connected to the first moving part and is used for driving the first moving part to drive the second transfer component to move along a third direction;
the second moving part is connected with the second transfer assembly, the cloth supplying mechanism, the cloth collecting mechanism and the wiping mechanism, and the second transfer assembly is used for driving the second moving part to move along the first direction.
10. The wiping device of claim 9, wherein the cloth feeding mechanism, the cloth collecting mechanism and the wiping mechanism are multiple, and the cloth feeding mechanism, the cloth collecting mechanism and the wiping mechanism are all arranged at intervals along the third direction, and each of the cloth feeding mechanism, the cloth collecting mechanism and the wiping mechanism is connected to the second moving member.
