本实用新型属印章、月戳或计数戳。
银行、邮政等单位使用印章，在使用过程中常常需要换字、字母或数字，传统的印章采用的是铅制的字、字母或数字、更换字、字母或数字时，将铅字取出，换上相应的铅字，对使用带来许多不便。改进后的日期戳或计数戳，采用字轮，更换时利用笔或其它锋利工具拨动字轮，因而字轮容易被破坏，并且十分麻烦。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有拨字机构，操作方便的印章，日戳或计数戳。
本实用新型的实质是一种手持式印章，包括支架、印头、手柄，其特征在于印头上设置有拨字机构，拨字机构由字轮和与其同轴安装的棘轮、拨叉及其棘爪、棘爪簧组成；字轮的圆周面上均布有n个字、字母或数字，同时棘轮上开有2n个槽；棘轮在棘爪和棘爪簧的作用下只能单向转动，即棘轮棘爪和棘爪簧组成单向止退机构。
附图中1是拨叉，2是棘爪簧，3是棘爪，4是字轮，5是棘轮。
字轮上刻有n个字、字母或数字，并均匀地分布在圆周上；棘轮上有2n个小槽；更换字、字母或数字时，拨动拨叉一次，棘爪带动棘轮转动360°／2n，同时带动字轮转动360°／2n，即半个字，再拨动拨叉一次，棘爪带动棘轮转动360°／n，从而带动字轮转动360°／n，即转动一个字。从而完成一次字，字母或数字的转换。棘爪后端的棘爪簧的作用下始终与棘轮接触，防止棘轮带动字轮反向运动，具有止退功能。
本实用新型，由于采用了拨字机构，因而大幅度减轻营业人员的劳动强度，再加上自动上印墨装置，即可连续使用。

- 一种手持式印章，有支架、印头、手柄组成，其特征在于，印头上设置有拨字机构，拨字机构是由字轮、棘轮、拨叉、棘爪、棘爪簧组成；字轮和棘轮固联于同一轴上，拨叉一端可绕字轮轴转动，棘爪铰接于拨叉上，棘爪簧一端绕在棘爪上，另一端绕在拨叉上，以使棘爪紧贴在棘轮齿上。
