一种自切断式扎带,包括带体及连接在带体一端的锁扣头,锁扣头中设有穿带通槽及弹性卡扣件,在锁扣头的出带方向一面,固定设有裁刀片,裁刀片的刃边朝上,并且裁刀片的刃边位置接近穿带通槽。本实用新型在锁扣头的一面固定设有裁刀片,带体捆扎并穿出穿带通槽后,只需捏住多余的带体并扭转,裁刀片的刃边就会接触带体并切割,轻松裁切掉多余的带体长度,无需使用其它工具,操作方便快速,保持捆扎状态美观并减少占用空间。

本实用新型涉及一种捆扎线缆、物品等用的扎带。
背景技术
在生产、生活的许多领域,都需要使用扎带捆扎电缆等物件,以保持整齐固定。一般的尼龙扎带包括锁扣头和带体,带体的自由端穿过锁扣头的穿带通槽并和弹性卡扣件摩擦配合,以扎紧物品。通常带体的长度都是比较宽裕的,在捆扎完成后往往会翘起多余的一段带体。为了保持美观并减少占用空间,一般还需要用剪刀将多余长度剪掉。如果没有携带剪刀工具,操作无法进行,使用还不够方便。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种结构合理,无需剪刀的自切断式扎带。
本实用新型包括带体及连接在带体一端的锁扣头,锁扣头中设有穿带通槽及弹性卡扣件,在锁扣头的出带方向一面,固定设有裁刀片,裁刀片的刃边朝上,并且裁刀片的刃边位置接近穿带通槽。
本实用新型在锁扣头的一面固定设有裁刀片,带体捆扎并穿出穿带通槽后,只需捏住多余的带体并扭转,裁刀片的刃边就会接触带体并切割,轻松裁切掉多余的带体长度,无需使用其它工具,操作方便快速,保持捆扎状态美观并减少占用空间。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,锁扣头2连接在带体1的一端,锁扣头2中设有穿带通槽3及弹性卡扣件4。在锁扣头2的出带方向一面,固定设有裁刀片5,裁刀片5的刃边朝上,并且裁刀片5的刃边位置接近穿带通槽3。一般弹性卡扣件3、锁扣头2和带体1 都是采用尼龙材料一体成型,这样制造更方便。裁刀片5通常采用金属材料制作。
本实施例在锁扣头2的外壁还设有挡片6,挡片6挡在裁刀片5的最外侧表面位置。这样可以使裁刀片5的固定更可靠,避免脱离。
实践中,带体1的背面可密布设有单向斜齿7,弹性卡扣件4的对应摩擦面上也相应设有单向斜齿7配合。在带体1穿入穿带通槽3后,带体1上的单向斜齿7和弹性卡扣件4上的单向斜齿7之间互相配合,带体1只能单向移动拉紧,避免捆扎松脱。

1.一种自切断式扎带,包括带体及连接在带体一端的锁扣头,锁扣头中设有穿带通槽及弹性卡扣件,其特征为:在锁扣头(2)的出带方向一面,固定设有裁刀片(5),裁刀片(5)的刃边朝上,并且裁刀片(5)的刃边位置接近穿带通槽(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自切断式扎带,其特征为:在锁扣头(2)的外壁还设有挡片(6),挡片(6)挡在裁刀片(5)的最外侧表面位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自切断式扎带,其特征为:带体(1)的背面密布设有单向斜齿(7),弹性卡扣件(4)的对应摩擦面上也相应设有单向斜齿(7)配合。
