Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种心脏泵网管及心脏泵。该心脏泵网管套设于心脏泵的旋转件外侧,以便对旋转件进行安全防护;心脏泵网管由多根丝线编织而成,每根丝线的中间段均弯折成预设形状,以使得多根丝线的两端均套设于旋转件上,多根丝线的中间区域形成用于容纳旋转件的空腔。利用该心脏泵网管中间区域形成的空腔能够对旋转件进行安全防护,提高了心脏泵使用的安全性;并且,丝线本身具有弹性,每一根弹性丝线均能够在受力状态下被拉伸,并在非受力状态下恢复原状,从而使得心脏泵网管在受力状态下收缩呈直线状,以便于进入血管内,并在撤去外力恢复原状,以对旋转件进行安全防护。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种心脏泵网管,同时也涉及包括该心脏泵网管的心脏泵,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
心功能不全(cardiac dysfunction)或心功能障碍理论上是一个更广泛的概念,伴有临床症状的心功能不全称之为心力衰竭(简称心衰)。心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)是各种心脏结构或功能性疾病导致心室充盈和(或)射血功能受损,心排血量不能满足机体组织代谢需要,以肺循环和(或)体循环淤血,器官、组织血液灌注不足为临床表现的一组综合征,主要表现为呼吸困难、体力活动受限和体液潴留。根据心力衰竭发生的缓急,临床可分为急性心力衰竭和慢性心力衰竭。根据心力衰竭发生的部位可分为左心、右心和全心衰竭。还有收缩性或舒张性心力衰竭之分。
心脏泵是电池驱动的机械泵装置,被手术植入腹上部,将血液从心室泵入主动脉。心脏泵的应用越来越多,一般用于还在等候心脏移植的病人,但目前的心脏泵在使用过程中存在一定的安全隐患,需要进一步提升使用的安全性。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的首要技术问题在于提供一种心脏泵网管。

为实现上述技术目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
根据本实用新型实施例的第一方面,提供一种心脏泵网管,所述心脏泵网管套设于心脏泵的旋转件外侧,以用于对所述旋转件进行安全防护;
所述心脏泵网管由多根丝线编织而成,每根所述丝线的中间段均弯折成预设形状,以使得多根所述丝线的两端均套设于所述旋转件上,多根所述丝线的中间区域形成用于容纳所述旋转件的空腔。
其中较优地,每根所述丝线的中间段均弯折成等腰梯形形状,以使多根丝线的中间区域形成用于容纳所述旋转件的圆柱形空腔,所述圆柱形空腔的两端形成圆锥形的过渡空腔。
其中较优地,多根所述丝线交错编织,以使所述心脏泵网管的中间段上形成多个编织节点。
其中较优地,所述编织节点上安装有不同的测试元件,以用于不同的功能测试。
其中较优地,多根所述丝线均绕同一方向进行编织,所述同一方向至少包括顺时针方向或逆时针方向。
其中较优地,所述丝线为弹性丝线,以使所述心脏泵网管能够在受力状态下收缩呈直线状,并在非受力状态下恢复原状。
其中较优地,所述丝线为金属丝或合金丝。

根据本实用新型实施例的第二方面,提供一种心脏泵,包括上述心脏泵网管和旋转件,所述心脏泵网管套设在所述旋转件上。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型具有以下的技术特点:
1.心脏泵网管由多根丝线编织而成,每根丝线1的中间段均弯折成预设形状,以使得多根丝线的两端均套设于旋转件上,多根丝线的中间区域形成用于容纳旋转件的空腔,从而起到了对旋转件进行安全防护的作用,提高了心脏泵使用的安全性。
2.丝线本身具有弹性,每一根弹性丝线均能够在受力状态下被拉伸,并在非受力状态下恢复原状,从而使得心脏泵网管在受力状态下收缩呈直线状,以便于进入血管内,并在撤去外力恢复原状,以对旋转件进行安全防护。
3.丝线的多样化编织结构能够适应不同的使用需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型的技术内容进行详细具体的说明。
图1所示为本实用新型实施例提供的一种心脏泵网管。该心脏泵网管套设于心脏泵的旋转件外侧,以用于对旋转件进行安全防护。其中,心脏泵网管由多根丝线1编织而成,每根丝线1的中间段均弯折成预设形状,以使得多根丝线1的两端均套设于旋转件上,多根丝线的中间区域形成用于容纳旋转件的空腔10。
具体的,在本实施例中,每根丝线1的中间段均弯折成等腰梯形形状,以使多根丝线1的中间区域形成用于容纳旋转件的圆柱形空腔101,并且圆柱形空腔101的两端形成圆锥形的过渡空腔102。其中,该圆柱形空腔101与圆锥形的过渡空腔102共同构成上述用于容纳旋转件的空腔10。
本实施例中,多根丝线1交错编织,以使心脏泵网管的中间段上形成多个编织节点2。可以理解的是,通过交错编织的编织形式,能够提高心脏泵网管结构的稳定性,并且,心脏泵网管上形成的多个编织节点2能够提高心脏泵网管整体的结构强度。
此外,优选地,在该编织节点2上可安装不同的测试元件以进行不同的测试。例如:可在该编织节点2上安装流速传感器,以测量血液流速;还可在该编织节点2上安装压力传感器,以测量血液对心脏泵网管的压力值等。可以理解的是,该测试元件可根据不同的测试需要进行适应性选择,但需要注意的是,测试元件的尺寸不宜过大,需要与编织节点2相匹配,可通过多个编织节点2同时安装一个测试元件,也可以通过一个编织节点2安装一个测试元件。
在另一实施例中,组成心脏泵网管的多根丝线可绕同一方向进行编织,其中,该同一方向至少包括顺时针方向或逆时针方向。可以理解的是,通过该编织形式形成的心脏泵网管没有编织节点,由于所有丝线均朝同一方向进行编织,从而能够提高编织效率。
在上述实施例中,优选地,丝线1为弹性丝线,每一根弹性丝线均能够在受力状态下被拉伸,并在非受力状态下恢复原状。由此,在具体使用时,可通过拉伸或旋转该心脏泵网管,从而该心脏泵网管在受力状态下收缩呈直线状(此时,旋转件处于收缩状态),以便于进入血管内。当进入血管内后,撤去外力,则心脏泵网管恢复原状(此时,旋转件处于张开状态),从而能够在心脏泵工作时,利用该心脏泵网管对旋转件进行保护,提高心脏泵使用的安全性。
在上述实施例中,优选地,丝线1为金属丝或合金丝,具体材料可根据需要进行适应性选择。
在另一个实施例中,上述心脏泵网管由金属管一体雕刻成型,以使心脏泵网管的两端均套设于旋转件上,并且心脏泵网管的中间区域形成用于容纳所述旋转件的空腔。
在上述实施例的基础上,本实用新型实施例还提供一种心脏泵,包括上述心脏泵网管、旋转件以及驱动部。其中,心脏泵网管套设在旋转件上,旋转件与驱动部连接,通过驱动部能够带动旋转件转动,以将心脏内的血液泵出至主动脉内,该心脏泵网管在心脏泵工作过程中,对旋转件进行安全防护,保证使用的安全性。

2.如权利要求1所述的心脏泵网管,其特征在于:
每根所述丝线的中间段均弯折成等腰梯形形状,以使多根丝线的中间区域形成用于容纳所述旋转件的圆柱形空腔,且所述圆柱形空腔的两端形成圆锥形的过渡空腔。
3.如权利要求1所述的心脏泵网管,其特征在于:
所述多根丝线交错编织,以使所述心脏泵网管的中间段上形成多个编织节点。
4.如权利要求3所述的心脏泵网管,其特征在于:
