the rear end of the lumbar support assembly 4 is longitudinally and slidably arranged on the beam plate 21 and is provided with a gear clamping rod 411 which moves on the gear adjusting piece 23.
With the above structure, the lumbar support assembly 4 can be lifted up step by step and positioned on any gear tooth 232 for positioning in the process of longitudinally sliding along the gear-feeding chute 241 relative to the beam plate 21, thereby completing the height adjustment of the lumbar support assembly 4. In a further preferred embodiment, the lumbar support assembly 4 includes a lumbar support base 41, and a lumbar support body 42 rotatably disposed on the lumbar support base 41; the waist support base 41 is internally provided with an elastic piece which props against the waist support body 42. In this embodiment, the lumbar support body 42 is elastically and rotatably provided on the lumbar support base 41, and can be attached to the waist of the user even better when riding. The elastic support also provides better back feel and cushioning feel under the leaning state.
