It should be noted that the application scenario type of the embodiment of the present utility model does not limit the structure of the laundry treatment apparatus of the embodiment of the present utility model.
The following description will be made taking a scene in which the laundry treating apparatus is applied to a clothes dryer as an example:
the drying principle of the dryer is described as follows: the method comprises the steps that dry hot air enters a roller to evaporate moisture in clothes into water vapor, the water vapor is mixed with air to form damp and hot air, the damp and hot air enters a condenser after being discharged out of the roller, heat is exchanged with condensed water in the condenser, the water vapor in the damp and hot air is condensed into water, the condensed water is mixed into the condensed water and is discharged out of a drainage pipeline, the condensed damp and hot air is changed into relatively dry cold air, and the relatively dry cold air enters the roller again after being heated by a heating pipe, so that an air cycle is completed. Repeating the circulation process for a plurality of times until the clothes are dried, and ending the whole process.
Clothes dryers can be divided into direct-discharge type, condensation internal circulation type and heat pump type according to different working principles. The heat pump type clothes dryer does not need a heater for heating, internal heat transfer is realized through the heat pump system, and almost no heat is dissipated to the outside of the clothes dryer, so that compared with the direct-discharge type and hollow condensation internal circulation type, the heat pump type clothes dryer has higher energy utilization rate and is more energy-saving. The embodiments of the present utility model are described by taking a heat pump type dryer as an example, and should not be construed as limiting the type of dryer.
For example, in order to implement a drying process of laundry for a heat pump type dryer, the dryer includes a refrigerating cycle and an air cycle, and an evaporator, a condenser, a capillary tube, and a compressor constitute the refrigerating cycle. The air duct connects the condenser, the evaporator and the tub of the dryer in series to form an air circulation. The evaporator is used for cooling the hot and humid air entering the air duct from the barrel body so as to remove water vapor in the hot and humid air. The condenser is used for heating the low-temperature low-humidity air passing through the evaporator. The condenser in the heat pump system heats air and sends the air into the tub containing laundry, the wet air having taken moisture from the laundry is sent back to the evaporator for dehumidification, and the dehumidified air is heated again by the condenser and sent into the tub containing laundry.
The working principle of the heat pump system is as follows: the refrigerant gas is compressed by a compressor to become high-temperature high-pressure gas, the high-temperature high-pressure gas enters a condenser, the high-temperature high-pressure gas condenses to liquefy and emit a large amount of heat, hot air is blown out by a fan to dry clothes, the condenser is cooled, the gas is changed into a gaseous liquid mixture with medium temperature and medium pressure at the moment, the gaseous liquid mixture is decompressed and cooled by a throttle valve, the gaseous liquid mixture is changed into a gas liquid mixture with low temperature and low pressure, the gas liquid mixture is converted with external heat by an evaporator, a large amount of heat is absorbed and gasified, the gas with low temperature and low pressure is changed into gas with low temperature and separated water to be discharged, and the gas with low temperature and low pressure starts from the compressor, so circulation is realized.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a laundry treating apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present utility model is provided, the laundry treating apparatus 10 including a housing 1 and a foam dispensing device 2, the housing 1 being operable to mount various components of the laundry treating apparatus 10 and to protect the components mounted in the housing 1. The foam delivery device 2 is arranged in the shell 1, the foam delivery device 2 can be used for mixing a cleaning preparation and water to generate foam, and the cleaning preparation contains a surfactant and can reduce the surface tension of the water; in the absence of a cleaning agent, i.e., in the absence of a surfactant, the surface tension of water is high and bubbles formed are easily broken; and after the cleaning agent is added, the cleaning agent and water are mixed so that the surface tension of the water is small, and the formed bubbles are not easy to break, so that a large amount of bubbles can be generated to form foam.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the laundry treating apparatus 10 further includes a front supporter and a tub 6, the front supporter is a supporting structure near a front end of the whole laundry treating apparatus, the tub 6 of the laundry treating apparatus 10 is located at a rear of the front supporter, and the front supporter may be used to support the tub 6 as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and a receiving chamber 61 is provided in the tub 6, and the receiving chamber 61 may be used to receive laundry to be cleaned.
It should be noted that the vertical directions of the laundry treating apparatus 10 in the normal use state are shown in the embodiments of the present utility model, and the left and right sides of the laundry treating apparatus 10 are right opposite to the left and right sides of the user in the normal use state. Wherein the front of the front support means the side of the front support close to the user, and the rear of the front support means the side of the front support away from the user. The front support body is provided with openings penetrating through the front and rear sides, the openings are communicated with the accommodating cavity 61 of the tub body 6, and a user can take and put clothes into the accommodating cavity 61 through the openings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the casing 1 is provided with a fluid-supplementing channel communicated with the foam dispensing device 2, the fluid-supplementing channel extends to the surface of the casing 1 for inputting the cleaning agent, it is understood that the fluid-supplementing channel penetrates through the casing 1, so that a user can input the cleaning agent to the opening of the fluid-supplementing channel outside the casing 1, and the cleaning agent flows into the foam dispensing device 2 along the fluid-supplementing channel, so that the user can supplement the cleaning agent into the foam dispensing device 2 at any time through the fluid-supplementing channel according to actual needs and the use condition of the cleaning agent in the foam dispensing device 2.
Although the fluid-replenishing channel is not illustrated in fig. 1, it will be understood that the housing 1 has a certain thickness, the housing 1 is penetrated to form the fluid-replenishing channel, and of course, the fluid-replenishing channel is not limited to the channel formed by the penetration of the housing 1, and a pipe structure may extend from the inner surface of the housing 1 to the direction of the foam dispensing device 2, so that the pipe structure and the channel formed by the penetration of the housing 1 together form the fluid-replenishing channel, fig. 1 illustrates the fluid-replenishing port 4 formed by the penetration of the housing 1 on the surface, and the fluid-replenishing port 4 may be understood as an opening at one end of the fluid-replenishing channel, and the cleaning agent may be poured into the fluid-replenishing channel from the fluid-replenishing port 4.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, since the size of the foam dispensing device 2 is large and the space between the tub 6 and the upper housing 1 is large, the foam dispensing device 2 may be installed between the tub 6 and the upper housing 1 at this time, so the foam dispensing device 2 is disposed near the upper surface of the housing 1, and the foam dispensing device 2 may be fixed to the housing 1. The foam dispensing device 2 is positioned below the upper surface of the housing 1, and also facilitates the subsequent user to replenish the foam dispensing device 2 with cleaning formulation.
In other embodiments, the foam-dispensing device 2 may be fixed to the front support when it is small in size; the foam dispensing device 2 may also be arranged partly on the housing 1 and partly on the front support. The setting position of the foam dispensing device 2 is not limited in the embodiment of the present utility model, as long as the foam dispensing device 2 can be used to mix a cleaning agent and water to generate foam, and when the foam dispensing device 2 is actually installed, a proper position can be selected according to the size of the foam dispensing device 2 and the space in the housing 1 to set the foam dispensing device 2 under the premise of considering the compact internal structure and facilitating the user to supply the cleaning agent to the foam dispensing device 2.
