Description

Tumor isolation protection kit
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of medical equipment, and particularly relates to a tumor isolation protection kit.
Background
Modern medical technology is rapidly developed, the average life of human beings is gradually prolonged, and the treatment requirements of people on diseases are not only satisfied with the curative effect, but also the requirements on the quality of life after treatment are higher and higher. Therefore, in addition to considering the treatment of the disease itself, there is more concern about selecting a more minimally invasive approach to ensure a higher quality of life after surgery, both in doctors and patients, which also motivates surgeons to continually seek less invasive, faster recovery surgical approaches.
In the gynaecological field, laparoscopic surgery has become one of the main surgical modes, especially in gynaecological benign diseases, which is a safe and reliable mainstream choice. In recent years, along with the continuous improvement of laparoscopic surgery technology and the increasingly updated surgical instruments, the application range of laparoscopic surgery is continuously expanded, benign to malignant tumors are covered, and the development of single-port laparoscopic surgery through umbilicus and single-port laparoscopic surgery through vagina is also in rapid progress. Compared with the traditional operation, various laparoscopic operations have smaller wounds, more concealed and beautiful incisions, are favored by female patients, and are more and more favored by gynecologic surgeons. The operation of various accessory (accessory refers to oviduct, ovary) swellings is a considerable proportion of gynecological laparoscopic surgery, involving benign tumor and malignant tumor operations. For women without menopause, the accessory tumor operation often needs to be stripped off, and whether the operation range needs to be enlarged is determined according to the pathological result in the operation. When the accessory tumor is peeled off, an operator needs to lift or fix the accessory tumor by using pliers, then an ultrasonic knife or scissors or other professional instruments are selected to cut a small opening at a relatively thick part of the ovarian cortex to the tumor coating layer, the tumor is gradually and completely separated and peeled off, finally the object taking bag is placed into the abdominal cavity from the puncture hole of the laparoscope, the peeled off tumor is placed into the object taking bag, and then the object taking bag can be taken out from the incision, so that the tumor is taken out. If the tumor size is large and can not be taken out from the incision, the tumor can be penetrated into the object taking bag by scissors to puncture the tumor, the cyst fluid is sucked out, and the solid tumor is taken out in small blocks. The tumor is broken in the isolation protection bag all the time, so that the tumor tissue is not scattered into the body and the tumor is not spread.
However, approximately half of the accessory tumor patients may experience intraoperative tumor rupture, particularly in laparoscopic surgery. When the tumor is peeled or resected, the tumor is required to be prevented from moving, so that the tumor is kept in a relatively fixed state, and the operation of cutting and separating the tumor is convenient. In the prior art, pliers are usually used for lifting or clamping the surface of a tumor, so that the tumor is often broken due to the fact that the tumor envelope is too thin or is stressed unevenly or is forced improperly, and the risk that the cyst fluid or cyst contents containing tumor cells overflows and the tumor is transferred in the pelvic cavity and the abdominal cavity is caused, so that the prognosis of a patient is influenced. That is, the prior art has the problems of easy tumor rupture and tumor spreading and metastasis when adopting pliers to stabilize or lift the tumor under the condition of no protective measures.

The holding sleeve 4 is located at one end outside the body, so that the supporting ring 11 lifts the tumor from the lower side, the position of the tumor is kept stable, the tumor is prevented from moving in the process of peeling, and then the tumor is peeled. The peeled tumor falls down to the storage part under the action of gravity, and is stored in the bag body 5. The lifting mode is adopted to keep the position of the tumor stable, so that the tumor is not extruded or punctured, the effect of fixing and stabilizing the position of the tumor is achieved, the tumor is not damaged, and the tumor cells are prevented from being spread to other positions in the body. And the bag body 5 is located the holding ring 11 downside, even the tumour receives the destruction at the peeling off in-process, and the holding ring 11 can restrict the position of tumour in the storage part upside, avoids the tumour to remove for in the destroyed tumour tissue accurately falls bag body 5, collects tumour tissue, avoids tumour tissue to drop other positions in the body, thereby avoids tumour diffusion. The diameter of the pocket mouth is larger than that of the supporting ring 11, so that the tumor tissue lifted by the supporting ring 11 can accurately fall into the pocket body 5. Meanwhile, under the action of the supporting ring 11, even if the tumor is damaged, the supporting ring 11 can still stabilize the position of the tumor, and the broken and dropped tumor tissue can only fall into the bag body 5, so that the diffusion of tumor cells is avoided. When the tumor is peeled, if the tumor is small, the tumor falls on the upper side of the supporting ring 11 or falls in the net bag 12, and when the tumor needs to be taken out, the tumor tissue can be moved into the bag body 5 through forceps. After the tumor is peeled off, the locking screw for locking the supporting rod 2 is loosened, the supporting rod 2 is pulled, and the supporting ring 11 is accommodated in the supporting hole 13 of the sleeve 4. Pulling the pull rod 8 tightens the mouth of the bag body 5 at the end of the receiving hole 14 or pulls the mouth into the receiving hole 14. The positions of the support rod 2 and the pull rod 8 are fixed by adopting the locking screw, so that the support rod 2 and the pull rod 8 are prevented from moving again. The cannula 4 is then taken out of the body. The pocket is located in the receiving hole 14 of the sleeve 4 or is tightened at the end of the receiving hole 14, so that the pocket of the pocket 5 will follow the sleeve 4 to be moved outside the body. If the size of the tumor is larger than that of the incision, after the sleeve is moved outside the body, the locking screw of the locking pull rod 8 is loosened, the pull rod 8 is pushed to enable the bag opening to move out of the containing hole 14, at the moment, the bag opening is located outside the body, forceps or pliers are used for expanding the bag opening, and then tools such as scissors can be used for extending into the bag opening to break tumor tissues in the bag body 5. After the tumor size has been broken to enable removal from the incision, the pouch or tie rod 8 is then pulled, thereby removing the pouch 5 from the incision site. If the tumor size can be directly removed, the bag 5 is directly removed.
Example two

For example, the elastic rod 31 or the elastic piece passes through the hanging ring 7 or the fixing sleeve 6 at the middle part. Pulling the pull rod 8 moves the elastic rod 31 or the elastic sheet into the accommodating hole 14, and the hole wall of the accommodating hole 14 presses the elastic rod 31 or the elastic sheet, so that the elastic rod 31 or the elastic sheet is deformed, and the deformed elastic rod 31 or elastic sheet can be accommodated into the accommodating hole 14. After the pull rod 8 is pushed to move the elastic rod 31 or the elastic sheet out of the accommodating hole 14, the elastic force of the elastic rod 31 or the elastic sheet can enable the elastic rod 31 or the elastic sheet to restore to the annular shape, so that the bag opening is in an open state. The elastic piece is connected with the bag mouth, and when the elastic piece is stored in the storage hole 14, the radial force given to the elastic piece by the storage hole 14 can deform the elastic piece more easily, and the elastic piece can be stored in the storage hole 14 more easily.
The shape of the accommodating hole 14 is a square hole, and the shape of the pull rod 8 is matched with the shape of the accommodating hole 14, so that the pull rod 8 and the sleeve 4 cannot rotate relatively, and the pull rod 8 and the support rod 2 cannot rotate relatively. When the elastic rod 31 or the elastic sheet opens the pocket, the relative position and angle between the pocket and the support ring 11 can be kept constant, and the pocket can be ensured to face the same lifting direction as the lifting structure.
The elastic rod 31 or the elastic sheet is used as the tightening structure 3, and the elasticity of the elastic rod 31 and the elastic sheet can be utilized, so that the elastic rod 31 or the elastic sheet can be automatically unfolded to form a ring shape after leaving the storage hole 14, thereby expanding the bag opening, and the tweezers or the pliers can not be adopted to expand the bag opening.
Example III
The third embodiment provides a tissue tumor isolation protection kit, which is mainly different from the first embodiment in that the tissue tumor isolation protection kit further comprises an arc-shaped spring piece 9.
