a second rotary matching part (31) is arranged on the rotary intermediate piece (3);
the first rotary matching part (21) is rotationally connected with the second rotary matching part (31) through a first damping connecting component (5).

two first pivot holes (211) are formed in the first rotary matching part (21);

the first damping connecting assembly (5) comprises a connecting shaft (51), two first damping gaskets (52) and a threaded locking piece (53);
the two first damping gaskets (52) are respectively arranged between the first pivot hole (211) and the second pivot hole (311) and are contacted with the first rotary matching part (21) and the second rotary matching part (31);
one end of the connecting shaft (51) is provided with an abutting part (511) abutting one side of the second rotary matching part (31), and the other end of the connecting shaft penetrates out of the other side of the second rotary matching part (31) through the first pivoting hole (211), the second pivoting hole (311) and the first damping gasket (52);
the thread locking piece (53) is in threaded connection with the other end of the connecting shaft (51) and is abutted with the other side of the second rotary matching part (31);
the first damping connection assembly (5) further comprises a locking washer (54);
the locking washer (54) is disposed between the other side of the second rotation fitting portion (31) and the thread locking member (53).

a fourth rotary matching part (32) is arranged on the rotary intermediate piece (3);

a first limiting step (421) is formed between the first shaft section (42) and the second shaft section (43);
the first shaft section (42) can movably extend into the rotary counter bore to form the third rotary matching part (41);
the second damping connection assembly (6) comprises a first threaded connection cylinder (61), a counter bore gasket (63) and a second damping gasket (62);
the first threaded connecting cylinder (61) is provided with an internal threaded cavity, is sleeved on the base connecting piece (4), and is provided with a first stop flange (611) which is contacted and abutted with a first limit step (421) of the base connecting piece (4);
the part of the rotary intermediate piece (3) provided with the rotary counter bore is provided with an external thread surface in threaded connection with the internal thread cavity of the first threaded connecting cylinder (61);
the second damping gasket (62) is arranged between the first limit step (421) and the first stop flange (611);
the counterbore shim (63) is disposed between the rotary counterbore and the first shaft section (42).
