Abstract

本实用新型是一种长江大桥的船闸通道,其U 形钢板通道体位于长江大桥主航道两桥墩之间的江 面之下,下端固定在江底基础桩上,通道体上端连有 拱型支持桁架,并与桥梁底面对应部位连为一体,在 通道体及其桁架的前后端口设有前后闸门及升降装 置,在它们的两侧均设有多组水泵,各水泵的进水管 引到通道体内的下部,其出水管引到江面上。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种长江大桥的船闸通道。
目前的一些老式长江大桥,譬如南京长江大桥,由于设计时因净空高度考虑不当,使得四千吨级以上船舶不能通过长江大桥,只能将货物卸于下游的某一港口,再将货物由公路运输,这样大大增加了货物的运费,且不利于长江流域经济的发展。
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种不改变长江大桥结构,能使万吨轮通过的长江大桥抽水船闸通道。
本实用新型的技术解决方案:
一种长江大桥抽水船闸通道,其特征在于U型钢板通道体(1)位于长江大桥主航道两桥墩之间的江面之下,其下端固定在江底多个相应位置的基础桩(2)上,钢板通道体(1)的高度高于江面,在U型钢板通道体(1)的上部向上连有拱型支持桁架(3),该支持桁架(3)的前后端高出长江大桥桥梁底部,并与其相应部位固为一体,以加强钢板通道体(1)的稳固性,在钢板通道体(1)及其支持桁架(3)的前后端口设有前、后闸门(4)及其升降装置,在它们的两侧均设有多组水泵(5),各水泵(5)的进水管(6)引到钢板通道体(1)内的下部,其出水管(7)引到江面上。
本实用新型不改变长江大桥的任何结构,将船闸结构与大桥有机地组合为一体,既可最大限度地提高行船吨位,又不影响大桥正常的公路、铁路、水路运输。本实用新型结构新颖,施工简便,不必拦江断流即可施工。

如图1、2,本实用新型的钢板通道体(1)的长度至少为可通行最大船长的1.5倍左右,因船头部分可先进入桥下。通道体(1)的宽度比预计最大船舶宽5米,船进入通道体(1)后由其内的铰车控制船的前进方向,以免船身撞击通道体(1)。本实用新型在万吨轮驶近时,先将船行方向的闸门(4)打开,用绞车将船拉入通道体(1)内,再关上刚才打开的闸门(4),然后起动本实用新型两侧的多组水泵(5),使通道体(1)内的水位降低,直至船桅降到大桥桥梁以下时,船驶过大桥下部,然后打开船出方向的闸门(4),使江水流入通道体(1),其内外水位差消失,万吨轮通过出口闸门(4)驶出,顺利通过长江大桥。对于其它普通船只仍可从长江大桥的其它桥墩下行驶,大桥上的铁路和公路运输不受任何影响,解决了高吨位船舶通过净空高度不够的长江大桥的难题。

1、一种长江大桥抽水船闸通道,其特征在于U形钢板通道体(1)位于长江大桥主航道两桥墩之间的江面之下,其下端固定在江底多个相应位置的基础桩(2)上,钢板通道体(1)的高度高于江面,在U型钢板通道体(1)的上部向上连有拱型支持桁架(3),该支持桁架(3)的前后端高出长江大桥桥梁底部,并与其相应部位固为一体,以加强钢板通道体(1)的稳固性,在钢板通道体(1)及其支持桁架(3)的前后端口设有前、后闸门(4)及其升降装置,在它们的两侧均设有多组水泵(5),各水泵(5)的进水管(6)引到钢板通道体(1)内的下部,其出水管(7)引到江面上。
