The tobacco roller type loosening and conditioning machine is used for loosening cut tobacco flakes and heating and humidifying the cut tobacco flakes so as to improve the processing performance of tobacco leaves. The housing 1 is provided with a first steam inlet 10. The radiating pipe is arranged in the shell 1 and is communicated with the first steam inlet 10, the first steam inlet 10 is configured to introduce steam into the radiating pipe so as to enable the steam to radiate heat to flowing air outside the radiating pipe, and the flowing air is used for providing hot air required by tobacco leaf heating. The first water pipe 4 is provided with spray ports 13 configured to spray water into the housing 1 through the spray ports 13 to flush the inner surface of the housing 1 and the outer surface of the radiating pipe. The water collection tank 2 is configured to supply water to the plurality of first water pipes 4. The first end of the second water pipe 14 is connected to the water collection tank 2, and the second end is correspondingly connected to the plurality of first water pipes 4.

In order to enable the cleaning water to uniformly and sufficiently wash the different positions of the housing and the radiating pipe, the cleaning effect is ensured, referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, a plurality of first water pipes 4 are arranged side by side, and spray ports 13 of adjacent first water pipes 4 are staggered along the extending direction of the first water pipes 4.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, a plurality of first water pipes 4 are arranged side by side, and second water pipes 14 corresponding to adjacent first water pipes 4 are staggered along the arrangement direction of the first water pipes 4.
The second water pipe 14 is usually assembled with the water collection tank 2 and the first water pipe 4 by welding, and the arrangement of the second water pipe 14 in the above embodiment can provide sufficient operation space to facilitate the welding of the second water pipe 14.
In some embodiments, the heat sink further includes a top cover 7 disposed at a top end of the housing 1, the top cover 7 is openably and closably mounted on the housing 1, and the plurality of first water pipes 4 are mounted inside the housing 1.
In the above embodiment, by providing the top cover 7 which is openable and closable with respect to the housing 1, it is possible to facilitate maintenance of the first water pipe 4 and other components within the housing 1. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the first water pipe 4 may be mounted to the inside of the housing 1 through a fixing plate 6 welded to the inner wall of the housing 1, and the top cover 7 may be hinged to the housing 1 through a hinge 9.
In some embodiments, the top cover 7 is sealingly connected to the housing 1.
In the above embodiment, the top cover 7 is covered on the housing 1, which will not leak air, thereby being beneficial to reducing energy consumption. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a gasket 8 may be provided on the top cover 7 or on the housing 1 to achieve a sealed connection of the top cover 7 and the housing 1.
In some embodiments, the inlet end of the water collection tank 2 is provided with a water inlet valve, and the radiator further comprises a control device which is connected with the water inlet valve in a signal manner and is configured to control the water inlet valve to be opened or closed according to the working state of the loosening and conditioning machine so as to control whether the water collection tank 2 is filled with water.
In the above embodiment, the water inlet valve may be an electrically controlled valve or a pneumatic valve, the radiator further includes a third water pipe 3 connected to the inlet end of the water collection tank 2, and the water inlet valve may be disposed on the third water pipe 3. When the production is finished and the radiator needs to be washed, the control device controls the water inlet valve to be opened, washing water with a certain pressure enters the water collecting tank 2 from the third water pipe 3 and then passes through the second water pipe 14 and the first water pipe 4, and is sprayed to the inner surface of the shell 1 and the outer surface of the radiating pipe through the spraying port 13, and after the preset washing time is reached, the control device controls the water inlet valve to be closed, and the washing is finished.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the housing 1 is further provided with a condensate outlet 12 in communication with the radiating pipe and configured to drain condensate formed by the heat dissipation of the steam.
To facilitate the draining of the washing water, ensuring proper operation of the radiator, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the housing 1 is further provided with a drain opening 5, the drain opening 5 being configured to drain water flushing the inner surface of the housing 1 and the outer surface of the radiating pipe.
In order to enable the heat to reach a sufficient temperature, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the housing 1 is further provided with a second steam inlet 11, the second steam inlet 11 being in communication with the radiating pipe and configured to introduce additional steam into the radiating pipe to increase the heat dissipation of the steam to the air within the radiating pipe.
Some embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a tobacco loosening conditioning machine comprising the foregoing heat sink. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a tobacco loosening conditioning machine having the advantages of the aforementioned heat sink.
In some embodiments, the control apparatus described above may be implemented as a general purpose processor, a programmable logic controller (Programmable Logic Controller, abbreviated as PLC), a digital signal processor (Digital Signal Processor, abbreviated as DSP), an application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, abbreviated as ASIC), a Field programmable gate array (Field-Programmable Gate Array, abbreviated as FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, or any suitable combination thereof for performing the functions described in this disclosure.

a plurality of first water pipes (4) provided with spray ports (13) configured to spray water into the housing (1) through the spray ports (13) to flush an inner surface of the housing (1) and an outer surface of the radiating pipe;
a water collection tank (2) configured to supply water to the plurality of first water pipes (4); and
and the first ends of the second water pipes (14) are connected with the water collecting tank (2), and the second ends of the second water pipes are correspondingly connected with the first water pipes (4).
2. Radiator according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of said first water tubes (4) are arranged side by side, and said spray openings (13) of adjacent said first water tubes (4) are staggered along the direction of extension of said first water tubes (4).

4. The radiator according to claim 1, further comprising a top cover (7) provided at a top end of the housing (1), the top cover (7) being openably and closably mounted on the housing (1), the plurality of first water pipes (4) being mounted inside the housing (1).
5. The heat sink according to claim 4, characterized in that the top cover (7) is sealingly connected to the housing (1).

Radiator according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the inlet end of the header tank (2) is provided with a water inlet valve, the radiator further comprising a control device in signal connection with the water inlet valve and configured to control the opening or closing of the water inlet valve in accordance with the operating state of the loose conditioning machine, in order to control whether the header tank (2) is fed with water.
