the punching tool bit (30) and the corner cutting tool bit (40) are detachably arranged on the movable part (20); when the punching tool bit (30) and the corner cutting tool bit (40) are connected with the movable part (20), the punching tool bit (30) and the corner cutting tool bit (40) are relatively fixed with the movable part (20), so that when the movable part (20) moves along the direction close to the mounting seat (10), the punching tool bit (30) punches at the preset position of the card, and the corner cutting tool bit (40) cuts off one corner of the card.

The card shears according to claim 1, wherein the mounting base (10) has a collection cavity (16), a first blanking port (12) and a second blanking port (13), and the first blanking port (12) and the second blanking port (13) are both opened on a bottom wall of the card slot (11) and are both communicated with the collection cavity (16);
the first blanking port (12) is arranged opposite to the punching tool bit (30) so that after the punching tool bit (30) punches at a preset position of the card, waste cut off from the preset position of the card enters the collecting cavity (16) through the first blanking port (12);

The card clipper according to claim 1, further comprising a pressing portion (50), the pressing portion (50) being rotatably connected to the movable portion (20) about a preset axis, an extending direction of the preset axis being perpendicular to a moving direction of the movable portion (20) toward or away from the mount (10); when the punching tool bit (30) performs punching operation and/or the corner cutting tool bit (40) performs corner cutting operation, the pressing part (50) is in contact with the card in the card slot (11) so as to fixedly press the card on the bottom wall of the card slot (11).
