A modular walling form according to claim 9, wherein the second form assembly (2) further comprises a connector (23), one end of the connector (23) being connected to the second standard form element (21) or the second adjustment form element (22) and the other end being connected to the other second standard form element (21) or the other second adjustment form element (22); the second standard template piece (21) or the second adjusting template piece (22) which are connected with the two ends of the connecting piece (23) are vertical.
