Detailed Description
The present utility model will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present utility model more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the utility model.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a composite sheet for cheese packaging, which includes, from bottom to top, at least a base layer 1, a first connection layer 2, a polyolefin layer 3, a second connection layer 4, a printing layer 5, and a surface layer 6;
the base layer 1 at least comprises a first polyolefin layer 11, a barrier layer 12 and a second polyolefin layer 13 from top to bottom, wherein the barrier layer 12 can block the permeation of water vapor and oxygen, so that the problem of cheese deterioration caused by water vapor and oxygen is effectively avoided;
since cheeses and dairy products are susceptible to microorganisms, the requirements for moisture and oxygen permeation are extremely stringent, and in some preferred embodiments, the barrier layer is of EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer); as a preferred embodiment, the interlayer thickness of the EVOH layer accounts for 10-30% of that of the base layer, and is too thin to meet the barrier requirement, and too thick, the cost is increased; in this example, EVOH was used to form the barrier layer, and the oxygen transmission rate of the finished product was 1.0cm or less 3 /m 2 24h.0.1mpa (test conditions: 23 ℃ C./0% RH), water vapor transmission rate of 3g/m or less 2 24h (test conditions: 38 ℃ C./90% RH).
The first polyolefin layer 11 is made of polyethylene; optionally, the second polyolefin layer 13 forms a release layer, and the first polyolefin layer 11, the barrier layer 12 and the release layer 13 are laminated by multilayer coextrusion; in this embodiment, the easy-to-release layer is selected from ethylene-butene copolymer or ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer.
Further, the polyolefin layer 3 provided in this embodiment is at least added with a light blocking agent, and the polyolefin layer has a certain thickness as a main body layer of the sheet, and at this time, the light blocking agent is added therein to effectively block light from penetrating through the sheet, so as to solve the problem of cheese deterioration caused by ultraviolet rays; in other embodiments, the polyolefin layer is further added with an ultraviolet absorber; for example, in the processing and production process of the polyolefin layer sheet of the normal temperature cheese packaging sheet, a multilayer coextrusion process technology is adopted, and a gray or black carbon black material with high light blocking performance is adopted in the middle layer of the sheet, namely the polyolefin layer, and an ultraviolet absorbent is added to achieve the technical performance of preventing common light from transmitting.
Furthermore, a certain amount of white color master batches containing titanium dioxide are filled on the upper side and the lower side of the polyolefin layer to increase Bai Zuguang, and the visual effects of setting off the printed color of the surface layer and the opalescence and cleanness of the inner side are achieved.
The addition of a light blocking agent, a light blocking agent and an ultraviolet absorber, a light blocking agent, an ultraviolet absorber and a white color master to the polyolefin layer 3 is a known method; specifically, the light blocking agent: the medium pigment carbon black, carrier resin and auxiliary agent are processed into granular coloring master batches with the diameter of about 2.5MM (pigment carbon black is produced by a furnace black production process conventionally), and the medium pigment carbon black, carrier resin and auxiliary agent are mainly used for effectively blocking light rays with the diameter of 200nm-780 nm.
Ultraviolet absorber: the main structure is benzotriazole (UV-P) or benzophenone (UV-0) which are used together with carbon black pigment to improve the light blocking effect.
White color master batch: the titanium dioxide/carrier resin/auxiliary agent composite material is processed by titanium dioxide/carrier resin/auxiliary agent, and has the main effects of improving the beautiful effect of the product, providing clean feeling for consumers and also playing a role in setting off the aesthetic feeling of printed pictures and texts.
Further, the polyolefin layer 3 is selected from PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PS (polystyrene) or PP (polypropylene) sheets; specifically, the thickness of the polyolefin layer ranges from 0.15 mm to 0.30mm, and the polyolefin layer is classified into a normal temperature type and a refrigeration type according to different storage and transportation and sales conditions of the end product.
Illustratively, the light transmittance of the PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PS (polystyrene) or PP (polypropylene) sheet provided in the embodiment is less than 0.1 percent after adding the light blocker carbon black material and the ultraviolet light absorber.
Illustratively, the surface layer 6 is selected from BOPET (biaxially oriented polyester film) or CPP (cast polypropylene film) or CPET (unstretched polyester) films, the three films have stretchability with elongation at break being more than or equal to 50%, the thickness of the films is in the range of 0.008-0.035mm, the films have high transparency and high gloss, and good printing adaptation characteristics, and the three films can be well adapted to the molding requirements of products.
In some embodiments, the first and second tie layers are adhesive layers, and in particular, aqueous adhesives or solvent-free environmental-friendly composite adhesive products are used, commercially available. The characteristics are as follows: the compound fastness is more than or equal to 2N/15mm, and meets the national compound product solvent residue standard requirement.
The cheese packaging sheet meets the requirements of storing cheese at normal temperature in the aspects of moisture permeability, oxygen permeability and light resistance, and achieves the purposes of storing, transporting and selling cheese at normal temperature; in addition, by adding a white color master, the appearance is exquisite.
The printing layer 5 adopts gravure printing or flexographic printing, and can also adopt an ink-jet printing technology to realize pattern reproduction. The ink has high gloss, high temperature resistance and certain flexibility, and meets the environmental protection requirement.
The sheet provided by the utility model is convenient, quick, sanitary, quantitative, exquisite in appearance, easy to shape, and convenient for product storage, transportation and sales.
Depending on the object of sale (child or adult), the inner layer of the film may be selected with different easy-to-tear forces, for example: the easy-to-tear force of the cheese package for children is 2-8N, the easy-to-tear force of the cheese package for adults is 4-12N, and the different easy-to-tear forces are produced by blending a plurality of different polyolefins in the polyolefin copolymer in different proportions when the EVOH-polyolefin copolymer film is produced.
In order to meet different conditions of product storage, transportation and sales, two different cheese packaging composite sheets of normal temperature type and refrigeration type are developed. The normal temperature cheese composite sheet can also be applied to refrigeration type packaging application.
