Description

Air heater and aerosol generating device
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of electronic atomization, in particular to an air heater and an aerosol generating device.
Background
The aerosol generating devices on the market at present mainly comprise two types, namely an electronic atomization device for forming the smokable aerosol by evaporating an atomized liquid and a heating non-combustion device for forming the smokable aerosol by heating herbal products (such as low-temperature non-combustion cigarettes) at a temperature of 200-400 ℃. Compared with the traditional combustion type cigarette, the harmful components in aerosol generated by the electronic atomization device and the heating non-combustion device are far lower than those of the traditional combustion type cigarette, so that the adverse effect of the traditional cigarette on human body can be greatly reduced by using the electronic atomization device or the heating non-combustion device.
The heating means of the heating non-combustion device is generally divided into contact heating and non-contact heating, wherein the most common non-contact heating means is air heating, that is, heating air to form hot air, and then introducing the hot air into the herbal product to realize heating and atomization of the herbal product, so as to generate aerosol which can be pumped by a user.
The existing air heater for forming hot air is mostly a ceramic body with a metal heating resistor as a heating source, namely, the metal heating resistor (such as a metal heating wire, a metal heating film and the like) is attached to the inner wall of a hollow ceramic body, and when in operation, the air flowing through the cavity inside the ceramic body is heated by utilizing the heat generated by the metal heating resistor, so that the hot air for heating herbal products is formed. However, such a structural form of the air heater has the following disadvantages in general:
the air heater using the metal heating resistor as a heating source needs to heat the inner wall of the ceramic body after the metal heating resistor is electrified, heat is radiated outwards to heat air flowing through the ceramic body, and heat is transmitted in a conduction process from the metal heating resistor to the ceramic body, so that heat loss is more, the metal heating resistor is often required to be lifted to a higher working temperature to heat the air to a required temperature, for example, in order to obtain hot air with the temperature of 300 ℃, the working temperature of the metal heating resistor is usually required to reach more than 400 ℃, however, the higher the working temperature of the metal heating resistor is, the more easily oxidized the metal heating resistor is, the service life of the metal heating resistor is shortened after the metal resistor is oxidized, the stability of TCR (Temperature Coefficient of Resistance) is deteriorated due to the fact that the resistance value of the metal resistor is changed greatly, and the temperature control function of the air heater is not facilitated, and therefore the service life of the air heater is shortened, and the temperature control precision of the air heater is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present utility model provides an air heater including an outer case 1, an electrically conductive ceramic heating body 2, and at least one heat conductor 3, wherein:
an air flow channel 11 through which air flows is arranged in the outer shell 1, and two ends of the air flow channel 11 are respectively communicated with the outside, namely, an air inlet end and an air outlet end of the air flow channel 11 are respectively communicated with the outside;
the conductive ceramic heating body 2 is at least partially arranged in the airflow channel 11, a space exists between the outer wall of the conductive ceramic heating body 2 and the inner wall of the outer shell 1, and a positive electrode contact 41 and a negative electrode contact 42 for connecting electrode pins are arranged on the conductive ceramic heating body 2 at intervals;
the heat conductor 3 is connected with the outer side wall of the conductive ceramic heating element 2 and the inner wall of the outer shell 1 along the radial two ends of the conductive ceramic heating element 2 respectively, the heat conductor 3 is arranged along the axial extension of the conductive ceramic heating element 2 along the two ends of the conductive ceramic heating element 2 (i.e. the upper end of the heat conductor 3 is arranged along the axial upward extension of the conductive ceramic heating element 2, the lower end of the heat conductor 3 is arranged along the axial downward extension of the conductive ceramic heating element 2), and the heat conductor 3 is used for radiating heat generated by the conductive ceramic heating element 2 so as to heat gas flowing through the gas flow channel 11 into hot gas flow.
In this embodiment, both the positive electrode contact 41 and the negative electrode contact 42 on the conductive ceramic heating element 2 may be used to connect electrode pins (specifically, the electrode pins may be metal wires), referring to fig. 1-3 and fig. 5, in some application scenarios in which the air heater of this embodiment is applied to an aerosol generating device, the positive electrode contact 41 on the conductive ceramic heating element 2 may be electrically connected to the positive electrode of the battery assembly 8 of the aerosol generating device through one electrode pin, and the negative electrode contact 42 may be electrically connected to the negative electrode of the battery assembly 8 of the aerosol generating device through one electrode pin, and the battery assembly 8 of the aerosol generating device is used to supply power to the conductive ceramic heating element 2, so that the conductive ceramic heating element 2 may be electrified and heated.
In this embodiment, in implementation, the material of the outer casing 1 may be preferably an insulating and high-temperature resistant material such as teflon, glass fiber, and dense insulating ceramic, which is beneficial to reducing the risk of short circuit or electric leakage of the air heater during the power-on working process, and reducing the risk of damage of the air heater due to phenomena such as melting and cracking during the air heating process, thereby being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the air heater.
In the present embodiment, the specific material of the conductive ceramic heat generating body 2 may be dense conductive ceramic or porous conductive ceramic having pores in the specific implementation, and the present embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. It will be appreciated that the difference between the dense conductive ceramic and the porous conductive ceramic is that the former is a dense structure without pores, and the latter is a porous structure with pores, and this difference is caused by the different molding processes, and the molding processes of the dense conductive ceramic and the porous conductive ceramic are mature processes in the art, and will not be repeated here.
In this embodiment, in the implementation, the material of the heat conductor 3 may be a metal, for example, a metal material such as silver, copper, aluminum alloy, or stainless steel, the material of the heat conductor 3 may also be an insulating ceramic material such as alumina ceramic, aluminum nitride ceramic, silicon carbide ceramic, or silicon nitride ceramic, and the material of the heat conductor 3 may also be an electrically conductive ceramic, for example, a porous electrically conductive ceramic or a dense electrically conductive ceramic, and of course, the specific material of the heat conductor 3 may also be other materials with good heat conductivity, so long as the use requirement of dissipating heat generated by the electric conduction and heating of the electrically conductive ceramic heating element 2 can be satisfied. In practical application, the material of the heat conductor 3 may be preferably insulating ceramic or conductive ceramic, because compared with metal material, air heated by the insulating ceramic or conductive ceramic will not be attached with metal odor, thereby being beneficial to improving the suction taste of the user.
In the present embodiment, it is understood that the radial direction of the conductive ceramic heat generating body 2 and the axial direction of the conductive ceramic heat generating body 2 are perpendicular to each other, wherein the axial direction of the conductive ceramic heat generating body 2 is understood as the longitudinal direction of the conductive ceramic heat generating body 2 (i.e., the up-down direction as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4).
In the technical scheme of the embodiment, the conductive ceramic heating body 2 is adopted as a heating source, heat generated after the conductive ceramic heating body 2 is electrified can be transferred to the heat conductor 3 for heat dissipation, when external air flows through the air flow channel 11 positioned in the outer shell 1, the external air can be heated by the conductive ceramic heating body 2 positioned in the air flow channel 11 and the heat emitted by the heat conductor 3 to form hot air flow, compared with the traditional air heater taking a metal heating resistor as the heating source, the air heater provided by the utility model has better high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance and better stability of resistance temperature coefficient compared with the metal material because the conductive ceramic heating body 2 made of the conductive ceramic material is adopted as the heating source.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an exemplary embodiment of the present utility model, the conductive ceramic heat generating body 2 is in the shape of a column, the plurality of heat conductors 3 are provided, and the plurality of heat conductors 3 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the conductive ceramic heat generating body 2 and divide the air flow passage 11 into a plurality of sub-passages 111. By doing so, the contact area between the gas in the gas flow channel 11 and the heat conductor 3 can be increased, so that the heating efficiency of the air heater can be advantageously improved, that is, the gas flowing through the gas flow channel 11 can be heated to a desired temperature with lower operating power (or power consumption), for example, assuming that 400W is required for heating the gas flowing through the gas flow channel 11 to 200 ℃ when the number of the heat conductors 3 is one, the air heater can heat the gas flowing through the gas flow channel 11 to 200 ℃ with only 300W or even lower operating power when the number of the heat conductors 3 is two or more. In particular, in order to facilitate the processing and manufacturing of the heat conductors 3, each of the heat conductors 3 may have a plate shape, and for example, the heat conductors 3 may be configured to have a rectangular plate-like structure, a square plate-like structure, or the like. In the embodiment, the shape of the conductive ceramic heating element 2 may be a regular columnar structure, for example, a columnar or prismatic structure (such as a triangular prism, a quadrangular prism, a pentagonal prism, etc.), or an irregular substantially columnar structure, and this embodiment is not particularly limited, and it is understood that a columnar shape refers to a form in which a single body can be elongated in one direction.
Further, referring to fig. 1-4, in an exemplary embodiment of the present utility model, the outer casing 1 is disposed around the conductive ceramic heating element 2 (illustratively, the outer casing 1 is a hollow cylindrical structure), two adjacent heat conductors 3 are spaced apart to form a sub-channel 111, and the two adjacent sub-channels 111 are isolated from each other in the outer casing 1 along the circumferential direction of the conductive ceramic heating element 2. In this way, by isolating each sub-channel 111 in the outer casing 1 from each other through the heat conductor 3, it is possible to avoid the formation of vortex caused by the mutual interference of the air flows in each sub-channel 111, and further it is possible to avoid that the partially heated air stays in the outer casing 1 due to the formation of vortex and cannot be normally led out of the outer casing 1, that is, the hot air flow formed in each sub-channel 111 can be smoothly led out of the outer casing 1, thereby being beneficial to improving the utilization rate of the hot air flow.
Further, referring to fig. 1-4 and fig. 6, in an exemplary embodiment of the utility model, a plurality of heat conductors 3 are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the conductive ceramic heating element 2, and along the axial direction of the conductive ceramic heating element 2, one end face of each heat conductor 3 is flush with one end face of the outer housing 1, and the other end face of each heat conductor 3 is flush with the other end face of the outer housing 1. By the arrangement, the heating space of each sub-channel 111 can be made to be the same, and the temperature of the hot air generated after the air flows through each sub-channel 111 for heating is made to be the same.
It should be noted that the herbal product 10 may be a low-temperature non-combustible cigarette, or may be other types of aerosol-generating products, such as tobacco leaves, tobacco shreds, etc., which may be determined according to the actual use requirements of the user, and this embodiment is not limited in particular. The low-temperature non-combustible cigarette mainly refers to an aerosol-generating product made of materials such as cut tobacco, tobacco particles, plant fragments, tobacco essence, propylene glycol and the like, the aerosol-generating product is generally cylindrical (such as column-shaped), and volatile substances such as nicotine and other aromatic substances in the aerosol-generating product can volatilize under the condition of low-temperature heating without generating solid particles, and only atomized aerosol is generated. It is understood that low temperature herein refers to a temperature that enables the herbal product to produce an aerosol without burning, typically 200-400 ℃.
Further, in some alternative embodiments, the connection between the heat conductor 3 and the conductive ceramic heating element 2 may be an integral connection, for example, in a specific implementation, the heat conductor 3 and the conductive ceramic heating element 2 may be integrally formed by sintering through a mold, which is beneficial to reducing the manufacturing cost of the air heater.
Further, in some optional embodiments, the heat conductor 3 may be integrally connected with the conductive ceramic heating element 2 and the outer casing 1, for example, in specific implementation, the material of the outer casing 1 may be compact insulating ceramic, the material of the heat conductor 3 may be insulating ceramic or conductive ceramic, and then the three parts of the heat conductor 3, the conductive ceramic heating element 2 and the outer casing 1 are integrally sintered by a mold, which is beneficial to further reducing the manufacturing cost of the air heater.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 4, in an exemplary embodiment of the present utility model, the positive electrode contact 41 and the negative electrode contact 42 are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the conductive ceramic heat-generating body 2, and each heat conductor 3 is located between the positive electrode contact 41 and the negative electrode contact 42 in the axial direction of the conductive ceramic heat-generating body 2. So set up, after anodal contact 41 and negative pole contact 42 switch on the power, the electric current can fully flow through the position that is connected with heat conductor 3 in the electrically conductive ceramic heat-generating body 2 to make heat conductor 3 give off the heat that the electrically conductive ceramic heat-generating body 2 produced better, when the installation electrode terminal pin moreover, can reduce the installation hindrance of heat conductor 3 to the electrode terminal pin, make the electrode terminal pin can more conveniently carry out the electricity with the positive and negative pole contact on the electrically conductive ceramic heat-generating body 2 and be connected. In the embodiment, the positive electrode contact 41 and the negative electrode contact 42 may be disposed on the peripheral side wall of the conductive ceramic heating element 2 or may be disposed on the end surface of the conductive ceramic heating element 2, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and the positive electrode contact 41 is illustratively disposed on one end surface of the conductive ceramic heating element 2 and the negative electrode contact 42 is disposed on the other end surface of the conductive ceramic heating element 2, which is advantageous for further improving the connection convenience between the electrode terminal and the positive and negative electrode contacts.
