One embodiment of the present utility model provides a liquid storage tank for a cleaning device, which is suitable for a cleaning device, and the cleaning device may be a cleaning device such as a sweeping robot or a mopping machine, or may be other types of cleaning devices, such as a floor washing machine. As shown in fig. 1, the liquid storage tank for the cleaning device comprises a tank body 1 and a liquid discharge structure 2, wherein the tank body 1 is used for storing cleaning liquid, the liquid discharge structure 2 is arranged in the tank body 1, the liquid discharge structure 2 comprises a liquid discharge inclined surface structure 21 and a liquid discharge pipeline 22, a first end of the liquid discharge pipeline 22 is connected to the bottom end of the liquid discharge inclined surface structure 21, and a liquid discharge port is formed in a second end of the liquid discharge pipeline 22. Wherein the cleaning liquid in the tank 1 is configured to be guided to the first end of the drain pipe 22 by the drain slope structure 21 and to be discharged outside the tank 1 through the drain port of the drain pipe 22. The cleaning liquid can be water, water added with a cleaning agent or other liquid with cleaning capability.
It will be appreciated that the liquid discharge inclined surface structure 21 includes an inclined surface and a bottom end which are connected to each other, the inclined surface is inclined with respect to a horizontal plane, a first end of the inclined surface, which is far away from the liquid discharge pipeline 22, is a top end, a second end of the inclined surface, which is close to the liquid discharge pipeline 22, is provided with a bottom end, which is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the inclined surface is inclined downward in a direction which is close to the liquid discharge pipeline 22.
The liquid storage tank for the cleaning device provided by the embodiment comprises a tank body 1 for storing cleaning liquid, wherein a liquid draining structure 2 is arranged in the tank body 1, and the cleaning liquid in the tank body 1 is discharged to the maximum extent by utilizing a liquid draining inclined surface structure 21 of the liquid draining structure 2. In the actual use process, the liquid draining inclined surface structure 21 is at least partially arranged obliquely relative to the horizontal plane, and the cleaning liquid in the box body 1 flows from the liquid draining inclined surface structure 21 to the bottom end of the liquid draining inclined surface structure 21 under the action of self gravity. The first end of flowing back pipeline 22 is connected in the bottom of flowing back inclined plane structure 21, and the first end can directly accept the clean liquid that is located flowing back inclined plane structure 21 bottom, in the clean liquid of being convenient for was discharged to flowing back pipeline 22, and the second end of flowing back pipeline 22 is provided with the leakage fluid dram, and the leakage fluid dram is used for discharging the clean liquid in the flowing back pipeline 22 to the outside of box 1. In this way, under the interaction of the liquid draining inclined surface structure 21 and the liquid draining pipeline 22, the cleaning liquid draining speed is high, the efficiency is high, and the thorough draining of the cleaning liquid in the tank body 1 is facilitated.
In some embodiments, a water pump is connected to the second end of the drain pipe 22, and under the pumping action of the water pump, the cleaning liquid is sucked into the drain pipe 22, and then is discharged out of the tank 1 through the drain port.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the height of the drain inclined surface structure 21 away from the first end of the drain pipe 22 is h1, and the height of the drain inclined surface structure 21 near the second end of the drain pipe 22 is h2; wherein h1 > h2.
It will be appreciated that if the heights of the both ends of the drain inclined surface structure 21 are approximately the same, the drain inclined surface structure 21 is approximately a horizontal structure, and the cleaning liquid in the tank 1 may flow in a dispersed manner in the drain inclined surface structure 21, so that it is difficult to drain and clean the cleaning liquid in the tank 1.
For this reason, the present embodiment provides a liquid discharge inclined surface structure 21 having a height h1 away from the first end of the liquid discharge pipe 22 greater than a height h2 of the liquid discharge inclined surface structure 21 near the second end of the liquid discharge pipe 22.
The inclined plane of flowing back inclined plane structure 21 has played the effect of slide, under the drainage effect of inclined plane, the cleaning liquid in the box 1 can flow to the lower bottom of high position ratio from the top of high position ratio, makes the cleaning liquid in the box 1 finally can collect at the bottom of flowing back inclined plane structure 21, realizes the function that cleaning liquid gathers together in the box 1 to the direction that is close to flowing back pipeline 22 to make the cleaning liquid in the box 1 smooth, the complete discharge.
In one embodiment, h1-h2 > 1mm.
If h1-h2 is less than or equal to 1mm, it means that the difference in height between the first end of the drain inclined surface structure 21 away from the drain pipe 22 and the second end of the drain inclined surface structure 21 close to the drain pipe 22 is relatively small, and at this time, the heights of the two ends of the drain inclined surface structure 21 can be regarded as approximately the same, and it is difficult to achieve the drainage effect on the cleaning liquid in the tank 1. Meanwhile, the cleaning liquid in the tank 1 is dispersed and spread on the liquid discharge inclined surface structure 21, and it is difficult to empty and discharge the cleaning liquid in the tank 1. For this reason, the height difference between the first end of the drain inclined surface structure 21 far away from the drain pipe 22 and the second end of the drain inclined surface structure 21 close to the drain pipe 22 is greater than 1mm, so that the heights of the two ends of the drain inclined surface structure 21 are obviously different, and the cleaning liquid in the tank 1 is drained, and meanwhile, the cleaning liquid in the tank 1 is collected at the second end of the drain inclined surface structure 21 close to the drain pipe 22, so that the cleaning liquid in the tank 1 can be emptied as much as possible.
