Description

Motor vehicle
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a motor vehicle having a rear seat bench and a storage compartment arranged behind the rear seat bench in the direction of travel, said storage compartment having a storage compartment floor.
Background
DE 10 2015 104 589 A1 discloses a motor vehicle of the type mentioned with a rear seat bench and a storage compartment floor arranged behind the rear seat bench in the direction of travel, and a cap rack which in the position of use can be located behind the rear seat bench such that it separates the passenger space from the storage compartment which is then arranged underneath. The cap holder is adjustable or rotatable between a use position and a non-use position.
From DE 10 2007 049 111 A1, a cover device for a storage compartment of a motor vehicle is known, which comprises a flat storage compartment cover that is adjustable from a stowed position, in which the storage compartment is at least partially accessible by a user, and a covering position, in which the storage compartment is at least partially covered. In this case, a holding device is provided which can hold the storage compartment cover in the covering position.
Known from DE 10 2017 109 527 A1 is a storage compartment arrangement for a motor vehicle with a foldable storage compartment cover and a guiding system for guiding the storage compartment cover between a covering position and an accordion-like folded position. A locking device for locking the storage compartment lid at a height vertically spaced from the guide system is also provided, wherein the guide system is designed to disengage the storage compartment lid from the guide system in the folded position and the locking device is used to pivot the storage compartment lid from the folded position to the stowed position. The latter may also cover a large item of goods stored in the storage compartment, which in the folded position may be rotatably connected to the locking device and may be separated from the guiding system and may be more easily prevented from slipping.
From DE 20 2005 009 428 U1, an interior cover for a passenger vehicle is known, which has a component designed as a housing in which an insert component is mounted in an axially movable and/or spring-loaded manner. In this case, the inner cover is designed and fastened in the vehicle interior such that the storage compartment is coverable and the seat back of the rear seat or the gap opening between the individual seat backs and the inner cover is self-starting or manually closable by means of the insert part when the rear side of the rear seat is adjusted.
From DE 197 45 152C1 there is known a cap rack device with a flexible cover, which is connected to several locking devices. Two of these latching devices are non-removably connected to the cover while two other latching devices are hinged in the body. The locking means provided in the vehicle is two pieces such that the cover can be pivoted upward as a whole about an axis near the rear side of the rear seat back, or only a part of the cover can be pivoted upward to achieve separate access from the rear seat.
Known from DE 10 2016 104 903 A1 is a storage system for motor vehicles, which comprises a floor and a storage compartment located above the floor and a removable storage compartment cover. The storage compartment cover is adjustable between a use position and a non-use position, wherein the storage compartment cover rests in the storage compartment below the storage compartment floor when the storage compartment cover is in its non-use position.
A disadvantage of the hat racks so far that are adjustable between a use position and a non-use position is the complex stowage procedure into the non-use position, in particular in the case of motor vehicles, for example, having a hatchback or being designed as a sports car.
Disclosure of Invention
The present utility model thus solves the problem of providing an improved or at least alternative embodiment for a motor vehicle of the type described, which in particular overcomes the drawbacks known in the prior art.
According to the utility model, this problem is solved by a motor vehicle having the features described below. Advantageous embodiments are the subject matter of schemes 2-10.
The utility model is based on the general idea of arranging and fixing a cap rack which is adjustable between a use position and a non-use position, in which it is only parallel to the rear side of the rear seat bench of the motor vehicle, wherein a gap is present between the storage compartment floor and the rear seat bench for fixing. In this case, the motor vehicle according to the utility model comprises a rear seat bench and a rear storage compartment with the aforementioned storage compartment floor. The rear seat bench may be designed in a divisible or non-divisible manner, or it may also comprise a separate rear seat. A cap rack is also provided which is positionable in a use position behind the rear seat benches such that it separates the passenger compartment from the storage compartment arranged therebelow. According to the utility model, a predefined gap is provided between the rear seat bench and the storage compartment floor, wherein the cap holder interacts with this gap such that the edge of the cap holder can be inserted into the gap when the cap holder is in its non-use position and can additionally be fixed to the rear seat bench by fixing means such that it abuts the rear part of the rear seat when the cap holder is in its non-use position. In this case, the gap width corresponds substantially to the thickness of the cap holder, whereby the lower edge of the cap holder can be stored and secured in the gap with little play. The fixing means, which may be designed for example as a simple elastic band, makes it possible to bias the cap holder relatively simply and quickly against the rear side of the rear seat bench and thus lock the cap holder in its non-use position. The gap for fixing the cap holder provided between the rear seat and the storage compartment floor according to the utility model enables a relatively simple form-fitting fixation of the lower edge of the cap holder when the cap holder is in the non-use position, but only requires an easy fixation or biasing of the upper edge against the rear side of the rear seat by the fixing means. Overall, the cap holder can thus be adjusted relatively simply from its use position to its non-use position and vice versa, even from the passenger compartment.
In an advantageous further development of the motor vehicle according to the utility model, the receiving portion is provided on the rear side of the rear seat bench, wherein a hinge element is provided on the cap frame, which hinge element can be inserted into the associated receiving portion such that the cap frame can be rotated relative to the rear seat bench about the hinge element/hinge bolt. This results in that the cap holder can be pivotally coupled to the rear seat bench, for example, by its edge facing away from the rear seat, which can be connected, for example, to the rear hatch such that the cap holder also pivots upwards when the rear hatch is opened, and the storage compartment arranged therebelow is thereby exposed. In this way, the storage compartment is particularly conveniently accessible from the rear when the rear hatch is opened.
The hinge element advantageously forms a stop when the cap holder is inserted in the gap. In order to be able to achieve a predefined non-use position, the hinge element may form a stop which prevents further insertion of the cap holder into the gap. The hinge element is arranged such that the cap holder can be inserted deep into the gap so that it can be reliably fixed in its non-use position. The hinge element can thus perform two functions, namely a pivotable support of the cap holder on the rear seat bench on the one hand and a tactile feedback when inserting the cap holder into the gap on the other hand.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the motor vehicle according to the utility model, the fastening device comprises an elastic band having a first fastening element and a second fastening element, the longitudinal ends of the fastening elements being attached to the band. In this case, the first and second fixing elements may be fixed or firmly fixed to the cap frame while the elastic band is wound around the head support of the rear seat bench and thereby biases the cap frame against the rear of the rear seat bench when the cap frame is in its non-use position. For example, the respective longitudinal ends of the elastic band may be firmly connected to the cap holder, in particular to the underside thereof, which band may be tensioned and looped around, for example, the head support when the cap holder is inserted into the gap. In its use position, the elastic band is biased to the underside of the cap holder and is therefore not arranged in a visible manner. The attachment of the elastic band to the underside of the cap holder may be fixed, for example, by stitching, gluing, or by releasable fixing elements, for example, by snap-locks on the cap holder which can be fastened to corresponding connectors arranged on the underside. Of course, corresponding hooks, such as plastic hooks, are also conceivable.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the solution according to the utility model, the securing means comprise an elastic band having a first securing element and a second securing element, the longitudinal ends of the securing elements being attached to the band, wherein the first securing element can be fixed or firmly fixed to the cap holder, while the second securing element is connected to the stem of the head support in the non-use position of the cap holder and thereby biases the cap holder against the rear of the rear seat bench when the cap holder is in its non-use position. In this case, it is also conceivable that the attachment of the elastic band to the cap holder is fixed, i.e. releasable via a key or seam, or by means of a snap button. The second fastening element can also be designed, for example, as a snap button or a hook, wherein the hook made of plastic enables a comparatively simple attachment by merely hanging on the stem of the head support.
The rear side of the rear seat bench of the motor vehicle is preferably provided with a lashing ring, wherein the securing means comprise a retaining profile which is connectable on the one hand to the lashing ring and on the other hand to the cap holder, thereby retaining the cap holder on the rear side of the rear seat bench when the cap holder is in its non-use position. In this case, it is readily possible to fix the cap in its non-use position using a lashing ring provided on the rear side of the rear seat bench. The retaining profile can also be, for example, a clip element or a hook element (for example made of plastic) which is wound around the edge of the cap holder.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the fastening means comprise magnetic and ferromagnetic elements, which elements can be arranged on the cap holder or on the rear seat bench. The magnetic element and the (metallic) ferromagnetic element may be mounted separately or integrated into the cap holder or into the rear side of the rear seat bench. Such a magnetic fastener can make it extremely simple and wear-free to fix the cap holder to the rear seat bench and to release it.
Additionally or alternatively, the fixation means may in particular also comprise flexible snap fastener strips or hook and loop fasteners. Arrangements using hook and loop fasteners can be designed with velcro strips on the cap holder and hook strips on the rear seat benches or vice versa. The snap fastener tape is a releasable, audible snap-fit fastening system. However, in general, the fixation of the cap holder to the rear seat bench can be designed in a very simple manner by means of snap fasteners as well as hook-and-loop fasteners.

Detailed Description
According to fig. 1 to 13, a motor vehicle 1 according to the utility model comprises a rear seat bench 2 and a storage compartment 4, the storage compartment floor 5 of the storage compartment 4 being arranged behind the rear seat bench in the direction of travel 3. A cap rack 6 or generally a storage compartment cover is also provided which is positionable in a use position (not shown) behind the rear seat bench 2 such that it separates the passenger compartment 7 from the storage compartment 4. A gap 8 is provided between the rear seat bench 2 and the storage compartment floor 5, which is removable or at least liftable, for example in order to enable access to a storage compartment optionally arranged below. According to the utility model, the cap holder 6 and/or the usual storage compartment cover and the gap 8 are then coordinated with respect to each other in terms of their geometry or orientation such that the cap holder 6 is insertable into the gap 8 in the non-use position and is fixable to the rear seat bench 2 via the fixing means 9 such that the cap holder abuts the rear side 10 of the rear seat bench 2 when the cap holder is in its non-use position. The great advantage is thus that the cap holder 6 is relatively simple, for example, from the passenger compartment 7, the cap holder 6 can be adjusted from its position of use into its position of non-use, while being designed to be extremely simple in construction, for example as a simple plate.
A receptacle 11 (see fig. 1, 9 and 10) may be provided on the rear side 10 of the rear seat bench 2, wherein a hinge element 12 is provided on the cap frame 6, which hinge element is insertable into the associated receptacle 11 such that the cap frame 6 is rotatable relative to the rear seat bench 2 about the hinge element 12 when the cap frame is in its use position. Referring more carefully to fig. 1, 6, 9 and 10, in this case it can be seen that the hinge element 12 (for example a hinge bolt) forms a stop for the cap holder 6 at the same time in the non-use position of the cap holder, i.e. when the cap holder is inserted into the gap 8. The hinge element 12 thus enables a simple insertion of the cap holder 6 into the gap 8, wherein the insertion end position is reliably achieved by the hinge element 12 acting as a stop. This also provides tactile feedback to the user when the insertion end position is reached. In addition, two functions may be imparted to the hinge element 12.
In general, the fixing device 9 may comprise an elastic band 13 having a first fixing element 14 and a second fixing element 15, the longitudinal ends of which are attached to the elastic band 13, respectively (see in particular fig. 2 to 10). In the embodiment shown in fig. 2 to 4, the first and second fixing elements 14, 15 may be fixed or firmly fixed to the cap frame 6 (or generally the storage compartment cover) while the elastic band 13 is wound around the head support 16 of the rear seat bench 2 and thereby biases the cap frame 6 against the rear side 10 of the rear seat bench 2 when the cap frame is in its non-use position (see also fig. 7 to 10). In this case, the at least one fastening element 14, 15 can be designed as a hook 17 (see fig. 2 to 6) or as a catch 18 (see fig. 7 to 10).
Alternatively, it is conceivable that the fixing means 9 comprising the elastic band 13 and two fixing elements 14, 15 (the longitudinal ends of which are attached to the elastic band 13) can be fixed or firmly fixed to the cap holder 6 via its first fixing element 14 (e.g. a hook 17), while the second fixing element 15 is connected to an unspecified stem of the head support 16 and thereby biases the cap holder 6 against the rear side 10 of the rear seat bench 2 when the cap holder is in its non-use position. This is the case, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5.
In its non-use position, the securing means 9 can be secured to the underside of the cap holder 6 (see fig. 4, 9 and 10) or to the side wall 19 of the storage compartment 4, as shown in fig. 6.
In the fastening device 9 shown in fig. 11, the fastening device 9 comprises only a retaining profile 22 which is connectable simultaneously to the ligating ring 21 and the cap holder 6. In this case, the lashing ring 21 is arranged at the rear side 10 of the rear seat bench 2. By means of the retaining profile 22, the cap holder 6 can also be simply held or biased on the rear side 10 of the rear seat bench 2 when the cap holder is in its non-use position.
A particularly preferred embodiment of the securing means 9 is shown in fig. 9 and 10, wherein a retaining element 20 is provided on the underside of the cap holder 6, around which the elastic band 13 of the securing means 9 can be tensioned, for example, when in its non-use position. To transfer the fixation device 9 to its use position, as shown in fig. 9, an elastic band 13 may be arranged around, for example, a central head support 16 (see fig. 9). The holding element 20, which is made of plastic, for example, can in this case be arranged completely optionally, so that the fastening means 9 is tensioned smoothly on the underside of the cap holder 6 in its non-use state. In this case, it should be clear that the fixing means 9 in its non-use position can also be fixed to the underside of the storage compartment floor 5, as indicated by the dashed lines in fig. 1. Embossing in the storage compartment floor 5 may also be provided for this purpose.
The rear seat bench 2 is mentioned repeatedly in the foregoing description of the drawings, wherein it is clear that the bench can also be used as a front seat bench or, in general, as a rear seat bench, rear seat or seating apparatus.
The elastic band 13 may also be releasably attached to the cap holder 6 or fixedly secured to the cap holder 6, for example as shown in fig. 9 and 10. Such releasable attachment may be achieved by means of, for example, a hook element 17 or a catch 18.
As shown in fig. 12, the securing means 9 may comprise a magnetic element 23 and a ferromagnetic element 24, wherein the magnetic element 23 may be arranged on the cap holder 6 and the ferromagnetic element 24 may be arranged on the rear side 10 of the rear seat bench 2, or vice versa.
The magnetic element 23 and the (metallic) ferromagnetic element 24 can be mounted or integrated separately into the cap holder 6 or into the rear side 10 of the rear seat bench 2. Such a magnetic element 23 and ferromagnetic element 24 can make the fixing process as well as the release process of the fixing device 9 extremely simple, thus providing a high degree of user convenience.
Additionally or alternatively, the fixation device 9 may in particular also comprise a flexible snap fastener strip 25 or a hook and loop fastener 26, as shown in fig. 13. The arrangement in the hook-and-loop fastener 26 may be designed to include velcro strips on the cap holder 6 and hook strips on the rear seat bench 2, or vice versa. The arrangement of the flexible snap fastener strips 25 is particularly independent, as the two halves are identical. Such a snap fastener strip 25 is a releasable fastening system that provides a preferably invisible fastening alternative that provides an audible click. The flexible snap fastener tape 25 may include small polyolefin hemispherical heads on short stems that compress together to form a strong but releasable connection. The difference between the flexible snap fastener strips 25 and the hook and loop fasteners 26 is that the connection is created by slight direct pressure of the snaps in the direction of the force and without the accidental entrainment of foreign matter (e.g., clothing, etc.). However, in general, both the particularly flexible snap fastener strips 25 and the hook and loop fasteners 26 (many of which are known) can be designed as a fixing and release procedure for the fixing device 9, i.e. extremely simple and thus with a high degree of user convenience.
In summary, the motor vehicle 1 according to the utility model enables the cap rack 6 to be stowed relatively simply in a non-use position parallel to the rear side 10 of the rear seat bench 2 without having to store the optional cap rack 6, for example, outside the motor vehicle 1. The adjustment of the cap holder 6 from its use position to its non-use position or vice versa is also relatively easy to achieve, just as the simple fixing of the cap holder in its non-use position by means of the fixing means 9. In this case, the fixing device 9 can be built in a very inexpensive and constructively simple manner.
