The charging apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the first side wall (1112) of the mounting location (111) comprises a first sub-side wall (11121) and a second sub-side wall (11122), the first snap member (1111) being located on the first sub-side wall (11121), the second sub-side wall (11122) being a portion of the first side wall (1112) other than the first sub-side wall (11121), the first sub-side wall (11121) being relatively independent from the second sub-side wall (11122) with a gap (x) therebetween, the first sub-side wall (11121) being capable of being forced to move into the first chamber (113).

The charging apparatus of any of claims 1-3 and 5-6, wherein the mounting structure (110) comprises a first magnetic member (1101), the moving assembly (12) has a second magnetic member (124), and the first magnetic member (1101) and the second magnetic member (124) are capable of attracting the electronic device (2).

The charging device according to claim 7, wherein the second magnetic member (124) comprises a first sub-magnetic member (1241) and a second sub-magnetic member (1242), the first sub-magnetic member (1241) and the second sub-magnetic member (1242) being located on both sides of the first charging element (121), respectively;
the magnetism of a sub-magnetic part (1241) close to the first magnetic part (1101) in the first sub-magnetic part (1241) and the magnetism of a sub-magnetic part (1242) are opposite to the magnetism of the first magnetic part (1101), and the magnetism of the first sub-magnetic part (1241) and the magnetism of the second sub-magnetic part (1242) are opposite.
9. Charging system, characterized by comprising a charging device (1) according to any of claims 1-8 and/or an electronic device (2), the charging device (1) being assembled with the electronic device (2) for charging the electronic device (2).

The charging system according to claim 9, characterized in that the electronic device (2) has a second charging element (21), a third magnetic element (22) and a fourth magnetic element (23), the fourth magnetic element (23) comprising a third sub-magnetic element (231) and a fourth sub-magnetic element (232);
the mounting structure (110) includes a first magnetic member (1101), the moving assembly (12) having
-a second magnetic element (124), said first magnetic element (1101) and said second magnetic element (124) being capable of attracting said electronic device (2);
the second magnetic part (124) comprises a first sub-magnetic part (1241) and a second sub-magnetic part (1242), and the first sub-magnetic part (1241) and the second sub-magnetic part (1242) are respectively positioned at two sides of the first charging element (121);
-the magnetic properties of the first (1241) and second (1242) sub-magnetic elements adjacent to the first (1101) magnetic element are opposite to the magnetic properties of the first (1101) magnetic element, the magnetic properties of the first (1241) and second (1242) sub-magnetic elements being opposite;
the second charging element (21) is matched with the first charging element (121) in the charging device (1) to charge the electronic device (2);
the third magnetic part (22), the third sub-magnetic part (231) and the fourth sub-magnetic part (232) are respectively attracted with the first magnetic part (1101), the first sub-magnetic part (1241) and the second sub-magnetic part (1242) in the charging equipment (1).
