The hollow arrangement of the watchband mounting post 34 realizes the effective utilization of the watchband space, the expansibility functional component is arranged at the mounting post 34 connected with the surface lug 111 of the device main body 1, and the normal use of the expansibility functional component is not influenced no matter how the main body part of the watchband outside the surface lug 111 is bent when in use; the detachable connection of the watchband and the device main body 1 can be realized through the inserting and matching of the mounting column 34 and the watch ear 111, and the electric connection of the expansibility functional component and the main control component can be completed in the process of assembling the watchband in the device main body 1, so that the assembly is convenient.
Further, the watch band includes a band body 2 and a quick release block 3. In the watchband extending direction, the one end of quick detach piece 3 sets up erection column 34, fixed connection area body 2 can be dismantled to the other end, then when only needing to dismantle area body 2, for example, area body 2 has the damage when needing the maintenance, need not to pull down the watchband is whole from watchcase 11, only with area body 2 from quick detach piece 3 pull down can, quick detach piece 3 keeps the state that is connected with equipment main part 1, can avoid quick detach piece 3 to relapse the dismouting and bring about the damage to table connector and main part connector.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, 7, 8 and 11, a slot 35 is provided at one end of the quick release block 3 away from the mounting post 34 in the extending direction of the watch band, and a locking hole 36 communicating with the slot 35 is provided on the quick release block 3. The strap body 2 is embedded with two lock nuts 21 perpendicular to the extending direction of the watchband. As shown in fig. 7, the strap body 2 is inserted into the slot 35, the locking hole 36 faces the locking nut 21, the threaded post 222 of the locking screw 22 extends into the locking hole 36 and is in threaded connection with the locking nut 21, the head 221 of the locking screw 22 is located in the locking hole 36, and the locking hole 36 limits the head 221 of the locking screw 22 in the extending direction of the strap, so as to prevent the strap body 2 from falling out of the slot 35 in the extending direction of the strap. The quick disassembly and quick assembly of the belt body 2 can be realized by directly screwing the screw to fix the belt body 2 and the quick disassembly block 3. Of course, in other embodiments, the quick release block 3 and the band body 2 can be clamped by a buckle to realize a detachable fixed connection.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the mounting groove 112 extends along a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the watch band. As shown in fig. 6, the mounting groove 112 has a mounting opening 115 at one end and a blocking wall 113 at the other end in the extending direction. The mounting post 34 can enter the mounting groove 112 through the mounting opening 115 and slide to a set assembly position (sliding from left to right in the orientation shown in fig. 6), where the set assembly position is specifically that the mounting post 34 abuts against the blocking wall 113, so as to realize the insertion assembly of the mounting post 34 and the mounting groove 112. Because the mounting groove 112 is opened on one side in the sliding direction, the mounting column 34 can be assembled in place only by sliding the mounting column 34 to abut against the blocking wall 113 in the assembling process, and the assembling is convenient.
Further, the main body connector is pogopin14 having elasticity, the elastic expansion and contraction direction of pogopin14 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the mounting groove 112, and the free end of pogopin14 extends into the mounting groove 112 in a free state. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the pogopin14 is disposed in the case connecting hole 116 and is in interference fit with the case connecting hole 116, the pogopin14 is located at one end inside the case 11 and is welded with the pogopin FPC welding wire 13, the other end of the pogopin FPC welding wire 13 is welded on the main board 121(PCBA board) of the main control component 12, and after welding, the pogopin14 is further fixed to the case 11 by dispensing. The mounting post 34 is provided with a coupling groove 38 on an outer surface thereof, and the free end of the strap connector is disposed in the coupling groove 38. Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, a connection groove 38 is provided on an outer surface of the mounting post 34, the mounting post 34 is provided with a band connection hole 37 through which the band connection hole 37 passes, two ends of the band connection hole 37 are respectively abutted against an inner cavity 341 of the mounting post 34 and the connection groove 38, the band connector is fixed in the band connection hole 37, specifically, the band connector can be fixed by dispensing, a free end of the band connector faces the connection groove 38 but does not protrude out of the outer surface of the mounting post 34 through the connection groove 38, and the band connector forms an inward recess with respect to the outer surface of the.
During assembly of the mounting post 34 sliding in the mounting slot 112, the mounting post 34 can be retracted by pressing the pogopin14, and in a state where the mounting post 34 slides in the mounting slot 112 to a set assembly position (i.e., the mounting post 34 abuts against the stop wall 113), as shown in fig. 3, the pogopin14 springs out toward the mounting post 34 and extends into the connecting groove 38, so that the pogopin14 electrically contacts the watchband connector.
Preferably, the end surface of the mounting post 34 abutting against the blocking wall 113 may be inclined with respect to the extending direction of the mounting groove 112, so as to smoothly push the free end of the pogopin14 to retract toward the inside of the watch case 11 during the sliding of the mounting post 34 along the extending direction of the mounting groove 112. In addition, the circumferential surface of the connecting groove 38 and the circumferential surface of the pogopin14 may be cylindrical surfaces, and the axial center is perpendicular to the extending direction of the mounting groove 112, and in the state that the connecting groove 38 and the pogopin14 are plugged, the circumferential surface of the connecting groove 38 is in fit with the circumferential surface of the pogopin14, so that the pogopin14 can be prevented from being pulled out of the connecting groove 38 after being plugged into the connecting groove 38.
Due to the mating engagement of the pogopin14 and the connecting grooves 38, the pogopin14 and the connecting grooves 38 can limit the position of the mounting posts 34 and the mounting slots 112 in the extending direction of the mounting slots 112. Specifically, in the orientation shown in FIG. 2, the mounting post 34 slides downward into the mounting slot 112 during assembly, while the pogopin14 and the connecting groove 38 mate to prevent the mounting post 34 from sliding upward out of the mounting slot 112 after installation. In addition, if the quick-release block 3 needs to be removed, the pogopin14 can be removed from the main body 1, and then the mounting post 34 can be slid out of the mounting slot 112.
Further, notch 114 of mounting groove 112 is provided on a side of the band extending direction away from case 11. Of the groove walls of the mounting groove 112, two portions near the notch 114 are inclined toward each other in a direction away from the case body 11 to restrain the mounting post 34 in the mounting groove 112 in the extending direction of the band, and the remaining portion of the band is protruded out of the mounting groove 112 through the notch 114. As shown in fig. 5, the section of the mounting groove 112 is a circular arc segment with a central angle greater than 180 ° (e.g., 200 °) in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the mounting groove 112, and accordingly, the mounting post 34 is a cylindrical structure, the mounting groove 112 can half-wrap the mounting post 34 in the extending direction of the watch band, and the opening size at the notch 114 of the mounting groove 112 is smaller than the radial size of the mounting post 34, so that the mounting post 34 cannot be withdrawn to the right under the constraint of the notch 114 of the mounting groove 112 in the orientation of fig. 5. In addition, the notch 114 of the mounting slot 112 clamps the portion of the watch band located in the notch 114, so that the mounting post 34 can be effectively prevented from rotating in the mounting slot 112 along with the bending of the band body, and the stability of the connection between the watch band connector and the main body connector can be prevented from being affected. In addition, the converging slot 114 also defines the mounting orientation of the mounting post 34, i.e., the mounting post 34 needs to slide laterally from the mounting opening 115 through the mounting slot 112 for installation, and cannot be installed freely through the slot 114.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, 15 and 16, the mounting post 34 is provided with an assembly hole for communicating the inner cavity 341 with the outside, and the assembly hole is detachably and fixedly connected with the end cover 32, which may be specifically fixed by clamping or screwing. By the arrangement of the end cap 32, the removal and installation of the expandable functional components in the inner cavity 341 can be facilitated. In addition, as shown in fig. 6, the end wall of the mounting post 34 abutting against the stopper wall 113 is formed by the end cap 32, and after the mounting post 34 is assembled to the mounting groove 112, the end cap 32 is held between the stopper wall 113 and the main body of the mounting post 34, so that the end cap 32 can be effectively prevented from falling off. In addition, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the end cap 32 is inclined to the extending direction of the mounting slot 112 to facilitate the retraction of the pogopin14 pushed by the end cap 32 during the assembly of the mounting post 34.
Further, the end of the mounting post 34 opposite to the end cap 32 is provided with an inclined surface 39, the inclined surface 39 gradually inclines towards the direction close to the other end of the mounting post 34 in the extending direction of the watchband and the direction far away from the device main body 1, and the end cap 32 is parallel to the extending direction of the watchband, so that the two ends of the mounting post 34 can be distinguished conveniently, which end of the mounting post 34 needs to be inserted into the mounting groove 112 can be determined conveniently, and the reverse insertion of the mounting post 34 can be avoided.
Further, the expandability function part includes a band battery 33, and the band connector is a battery conductive piece 31 to increase the cruising ability of the wrist-worn apparatus by utilizing the space in the band. As shown in fig. 12, 13 and 14, a battery positive electrode 331 and a battery negative electrode 332 are protruded from the outer surface of the band battery 33, and accordingly, two battery conductive pieces 31 that are respectively in contact with the battery positive electrode 331 and the battery negative electrode 332 and are electrically conductive are fixedly disposed on the mounting post 34, and the two battery conductive pieces 31 are respectively electrically connected to two pogopin14 on the device body 1.
Here, two watchbands are generally included in the wrist-worn device, and the extendable function components in both watchbands may each include the above-described watchband battery 33, or only one watchband may include the above-described watchband battery 33.
The extendable functional component may only include the watch band battery 33, and the inner cavity 341 and the watch band battery 33 are designed to be similar to each other, so as to prevent the watch band battery 33 from shaking in the inner cavity 341. As shown in fig. 5 and 12, the watch band battery 33 is a cylindrical structure, and correspondingly, the inner cavity 341 is a cylindrical structure attached to the outer surface of the watch band battery 33, and in addition, one of the watch band battery 33 and the inner cavity 341 may be provided with a limit groove extending along the axial direction of the inner cavity 341, and the other one is provided with a matched limit protrusion, so that the watch band battery 33 is prevented from rotating in the inner cavity 341 through the plugging fit of the limit groove and the limit protrusion.
Further, the expandability function part is electrically connected to the main board 121 in the main control module 12, and the charging structure on the device main body 1 is electrically connected to the main board 121, so that the watchband battery 33 is charged through the charging structure, the main board 121, the pogopin FPC solder wire 13, the pogopin14, and the battery conductive block 31, that is, the watchband battery 33 can be charged without detaching the watchband battery 33.
Further, the main control assembly 12 further includes a main battery 122 electrically connected to the main board 121. All set up the battery in equipment main part 1 and the watchcase 11, compare and wear equipment in the wrist that only sets up the battery among the prior art in equipment main part 1, can greatly improve duration. The main battery 122 may be charged by the same charging structure as the band battery 33.
The assembly process of the wrist-worn device provided by the embodiment is as follows:
assembling the watchband: the watch buckle 23 is assembled to the belt body 2 first, and the watch buckle 23 can connect two belt bodies 2. After the band body 2 is inserted into the quick- release block 3, 2 locking screws 22 are screwed, the watchband battery 33 is loaded into the mounting column 34, the end cover 32 is buckled on the mounting column 34 through a buckle to protect the watchband battery 33 from falling out of the inner cavity 341, and finally the battery conducting block 31 is fixed on the quick-release block 3 through dispensing. Or, after assembling the watch band battery 33, the end cap 32 and the battery conducting block 31 to the quick-release block 3, the quick-release block 3 is fixed on the band body 2 by the locking screw 22.
Assembling a main body: after the main body battery 122 is fixedly connected to the main board 121 in a manner of being fixed by welding and matching with the battery double-faced adhesive tape 123, two Pogopin14 are fixed on the watchcase 11 in a manner of being glued by interference fit, and the Pogopin FPC welding wire 13 is welded on the Pogopin 14.
And (3) integral assembly: band is assembled to case 11 by quick-release block 3.
Of course, in other embodiments, for the setting of the number of batteries, it is also possible to provide only the main body battery 122 in the apparatus main body 1, and not provide the band battery 33 in the band. In addition, the extendable functional unit is not limited to the watchband battery 33, and for example, a gravitational acceleration sensor for detecting the amount of movement of the human body may be provided, and in the moving state, the gravitational acceleration sensor may count a step according to the number of times of arm swing; or the expansibility functional part is a GPS sensor for positioning the position information of the user in real time; still alternatively, the expandability functional part may include at least two kinds of parts, for example, the strap battery 33 and the GPS sensor, and the number of connectors may be set correspondingly.
In addition, since the expandable function component is separated from the outside by the double-layer case structure of the case ear 111 and the mounting post 34, in order to prevent the material and thickness of the mounting post 34 and the case ear 111 from interfering with the normal use of the expandable function component, the expandable function component is preferably a band battery that supplies power to the main control unit 12 through a band connector; or, the detecting component and the detecting signal thereof are generated independently of the transmitting and receiving signal passing through the watch ear 111 and the mounting post 34 and outside, but the detecting signal is generated by the self-structure change, for example, the gravity acceleration sensor changes the self-structure when sensing the change of the acceleration force, and then the signal is generated, and the signal is transmitted to the main control component 12 through the watch band connector.
In the case of a detection component that generates a detection signal depending on a signal transmitted and received between the outer case 111 and the mounting post 34 and the outside, such as a heart rate sensor, it is necessary to directly contact the skin or keep a small distance from the skin, and when the detection component is a scalable functional component, it may be necessary to provide the mounting post 34 and the outer case 111 with a thin structure, or to provide the mounting post 34 and the outer case 111 with a through hole (preferably, a waterproof film is provided in the through hole) for communicating with the outside, so that normal use of the component can be ensured.
Obviously, in another embodiment, the case attachment hole 16 may not have a body connector. Specifically, the watchband connector is provided with an elastic connector, and in the process that the mounting column 34 is assembled in the mounting groove 112 in a sliding mode, the watchband connector is pressed in a compression state by the groove wall of the mounting groove 112 at the initial moment; when the strap connector is moved with mounting post 34 to the case attachment opening 16, the strap connector is reset to move through the case attachment opening 16 into the case interior and directly into contact with a corresponding component (e.g., electrical contact) on the master control assembly 12 for electrical connection.
Obviously, in another embodiment, the mounting post 34 and the mounting slot 112 may be fixed by inserting and inserting without relying on the strap connector and the main body connector, for example, the mounting post 34 and the mounting slot 112 may be fixed by magnetic attraction or clamping.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
