Description

Liquid spraying type sheet separating device
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of automatic processing equipment, in particular to a liquid spraying type sheet separating device.
Background
When the mobile phone cover plate, the toughened film and other sheet materials are automatically processed, automatic feeding and discharging are needed, and the biggest difficulty in the automatic feeding and discharging process is how to process the sheet materials in processing equipment one by one and one by one. Raw material sheets such as glass and the like are stored in a stacking mode, and the sheets are closely placed and easy to adhere. The processing technology of the sheet materials such as the glass tempering film, the cover plate and the like relates to: cutting, polishing, cleaning, tempering and the like, glass sheets in most processing processes are contacted with various cooling liquids, polishing liquids, cleaning liquids and the like, so that the glass sheets are stuck, and the whole processing process is related from a stacking and clinging state to a separating state. When the mechanical arm is adopted for taking materials for automatic processing, the materials are required to be automatically separated, and then the materials are supplied to a processing table.
In the traditional separation scheme, as in the 201821336633.X patent of the applicant, a stacked glass sheet separating and positioning device adopts an air floatation separation mode, compressed air is used for blowing air to the side wall of the stacked glass sheets, so that the glass is separated and floats, and then the glass is sucked piece by a mechanical arm or a material taking mechanism and is supplied to equipment for processing. This solution is suitable for dry glass flakes, which, when they are wet or wet, lead to a tight adhesion between the two flakes, the simple reliance on compressed air cannot ensure the success rate of separation, but once it cannot ensure that only the single piece is separated and taken out each time, can lead to failure of processing, breakage of the glass flakes, and if it cannot be found in time during processing, can lead to waste of a large amount of raw materials, and also can affect the service life of the machine.
Subsequently, aiming at the problems of picking and shrinking the wet and sticky sheets, through intensive research and development of the applicant, a technical scheme with the patent application number of 202021348997.7 is made, the technical scheme adopts a water tank filled with liquid to immerse glass in the liquid, and by means of soaking of the liquid in the water tank, the liquid adsorption between the sheets disappears, and the more balanced hydraulic relationship between the sheets in the soaking state enables the adhesion between the sheets to be further relieved, and then the glass sheets are separated in a completely separated state in a mode of spraying liquid flow from the periphery of the stacked glass sheets, so that the mechanical arm can easily and smoothly absorb the single sheets. The immersion type separation scheme can better solve the problem of sheet scratch and better separate the soaked glass sheets. However, in practice, it is found that, since the glass sheets are inevitably broken during the material taking and loading process, especially fragments are more easily generated during the processing of large sheets, and various water spraying devices, raw material tanks and other reasons are installed in the water tank, the structure is complex, broken glass can be accumulated in the water tank and is not easy to be cleaned, and impurities such as polishing powder and glass dust on the surface of the glass are accumulated in the water tank, and if the water tank is not cleaned in time after being used for a period of time, the fragments accumulated at the bottom of the water tank are easy to hurt people and raw materials. In the limited space of the machine tool body, the cleaning difficulty is further improved.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present utility model will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present utility model, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the utility model without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the utility model.
Examples:
the embodiment of the utility model provides a liquid spraying type sheet separating device, which can be applied to various automatic processing occasions, such as CNC processing centers and other equipment, and is shown in fig. 1 to 3, wherein the liquid spraying type sheet separating device comprises a material placing frame 10 and a liquid spraying mechanism 20, the material placing frame 10 comprises three material frame units 11, and the material frame units are used for placing and arranging sheets 90 to be separated, namely, a whole stack of closely arranged sheets (to be separated) are placed in the material frame units to be separated before processing.
The material frame unit 11 includes preceding curb plate (preceding curb plate 111, posterior lateral plate 112) and connects the connecting rod 113 in preceding curb plate left and right sides, and preceding curb plate bottom is connected with two and makes material frame unit both sides and bottom lateral part form the fretwork in left and right directions, and after the piece was broken in the piece material like this, the piece can be followed fretwork department and fallen outside the material frame unit, can not take place to pile up in the material frame unit, is convenient for clear up, and two spinal branch vaulting poles form two point support to the piece material bottom, can also make the piece broken to fall outside the material frame unit from the fretwork department between two bracing pieces when making the piece material support more steady. One of the two connecting rods of the material frame unit 11 can be adjusted in the left-right direction of the front and rear side plates, and the connecting rod on the right side is an adjustable position in the drawing as an example, a long hole 114 is arranged at the corresponding position of the front and rear side plates, and the connecting rod can be locked at a certain specific position of the long hole of the front and rear side plates through a bolt assembly, so that the space width between the two connecting rods is adjusted to store sheets with different sizes, and the material frame unit has better applicability. In order to ensure that the sheet is not scratched when the sheet is taken and placed, sheet backing plates are arranged on the inner sides of the front side plate and the rear side plate in the material frame unit, and the sheet backing plates can be flexible plates.
In other embodiments, the bottoms of the front side plate and the rear side plate of the material frame unit can be connected with a supporting plate, so that the two sides and the bottom side part of the material frame unit form a hollowed-out part, and the supporting plate has a certain width and can ensure stable support of sheet materials.
The liquid ejecting mechanism 20 includes a liquid ejecting unit 21 corresponding to the frame unit 11, the liquid ejecting unit 21 having a separation nozzle 211 provided toward the inside of the frame unit so that the separation nozzle 211 can be aligned with the aligned sheet side wall 901 and can eject liquid toward the gap between the first aligned sheet and the adjacent sheet (second sheet). The liquid is continuously sprayed from the separating nozzle to the sheet to be separated, the liquid is gradually and inwards permeated by the gaps of the two sheets under the action of hydraulic pressure, the liquid is continuously and inwards permeated by the continuous application of the hydraulic pressure until the liquid penetrates through the gaps to be similar to the liquid to open a channel in the gaps, the liquid is invaded from one side to the other side in the gaps of the two sheets or invaded from two sides to the center until the liquid is mutually converged, the liquid is permeated to the periphery when the liquid advances in the spraying direction of the hydraulic pressure, the sheet can be separated, and even if some parts of the gaps between the two sheets are not completely invaded by the liquid, the tension of the liquid in the gaps can drive other close parts to realize separation by the penetration of the liquid, and the discovery of the inventor also ensures that the sheet is not required to be immersed into the water tank when the liquid is adopted for separation operation, so that the transition from immersion type separation to liquid spraying type separation is realized.
In this embodiment, the liquid ejecting unit 21 has a pair of separating nozzles 211 disposed opposite to the left and right sides of the sheet material arranged in the frame unit 11, that is, liquid is ejected from the left and right sides of the sheet material toward the center, so that the liquid gradually merges from the two sides toward the center in the gap between the two sheet materials under the continuous hydraulic action, and finally separation of the two sheet materials is achieved, so that the pair of separating nozzles includes one separating nozzle disposed on each of the left and right sides, and if two separating nozzles are disposed on each of the left and right sides, the pair of separating nozzles are also regarded as a pair of separating nozzles, and the pair of separating nozzles are involved on the left and right sides. When the separation nozzles are arranged on the left side and the right side of the sheet material in pairs, the optimal positions selected in the up-down direction are arranged at the positions corresponding to the upper half body of the sheet material, namely the sheet material is divided into an upper half part and a lower half part, the separation nozzles are correspondingly arranged at the optimal positions of the upper half part, wherein the middle line position of the upper half part is a gold position, so that liquid can permeate to the top side of a gap of the sheet material in the up-down direction while converging towards the center, and the relatively rapid separation is realized.
In this embodiment, the aperture width of the separation nozzle along the arrangement direction of the sheets may cover at least 3 sheets, so that the liquid sprayed by the separation nozzle may not only enable the gap between the first sheet and the adjacent sheet to be impacted by the liquid, but also enable the gap between the second sheet and the third sheet to be impacted simultaneously. In addition, the separation nozzle is inclined rearward with respect to the first sheet of the arrangement sheet material in the frame unit so that the separation nozzle sprays liquid from the position rearward of the outside of the sheet material. That is, the liquid spraying extension line of the separating nozzle is not parallel to or coincident with the plane of the first sheet material, but the liquid spraying extension line of the separating nozzle passes through the plane of the first sheet material from the rear side of the first sheet material, and the inclination angle of the separating nozzle cannot be excessively large, otherwise, the liquid spraying can escape from the side surface and seldom enter the gap between the two sheet materials, and the liquid spraying extension line is inclined backwards by 1-5 degrees. Thus, the liquid spray can be ensured to effectively enter the gap between the two sheets, and the forward component force generated from the liquid spray can promote the faster separation of the sheets.
In other embodiments, the liquid spraying unit has a set of separating nozzles arranged opposite to the top side of the sheet arranged in the frame unit, that is, the separating nozzles are arranged at upper positions, liquid is sprayed from the top side to the bottom side of the sheet, the liquid gradually merges from the top side to the bottom side in a gap between the two sheets under the continuous hydraulic action, and when the vertical side length of the sheet is longer than the horizontal side length, the liquid penetrates through the gap in the left-right direction when the liquid does not reach the bottom side of the sheet, so that the separation of the two sheets can be finally realized. When a set of separating nozzles is provided with respect to the top side of the aligned sheet, it is obvious that the set of separating nozzles may have only one separating nozzle, i.e., the upper one, and of course the liquid ejecting unit may be provided with two, three or more separating nozzles in the left-right direction of the sheet at an upper position, so that the liquid is permeated over a larger range.
It can be seen that the liquid spraying units and the material frame units form a one-to-one correspondence, that is, the material frame comprises a plurality of material frame units, and the liquid spraying mechanism comprises a plurality of liquid spraying units corresponding to the material frame units. In other embodiments, the middle material rack comprises more than two material frame units which are arranged along the left-right direction of the sheet material, and the liquid spraying mechanism also comprises more than two liquid spraying units which respectively correspond to the material frame units. If there is only one material frame unit, the liquid spraying unit is also arranged.
The two sheets are separated under the impact of the separating nozzle of the liquid spraying unit, once the sheets positioned on the first sheet are separated, a certain amplitude of movement or swing is generated, but the amplitude of movement or swing is generally difficult to control, deviation is easy to generate when the mechanical arm automatically sucks the sheets, suction failure is caused, therefore, the first sheet needs to be positioned, if the existing hard objects such as a stop piece or a positioning piece are adopted to position the separated first sheet, the position where the stop is arranged is dead, the hydraulic pressure is constant along with the gradual removal of the sheets in the material frame unit, the distance that the sheets are impacted to be separated is different, the movement distance of the sheets is small, the sheets cannot be positioned by the stop, and the suction failure of the mechanical arm still occurs. This embodiment improves this to achieve a gentle positioning, i.e. the liquid ejecting unit 21 has a positioning nozzle 212 provided toward the front surface of the sheet for ejecting liquid toward the front surface of the head-arranged sheet in the frame unit to maintain the head-arranged sheet stable. The liquid spraying of the positioning nozzle enables the first sheet material to always receive a force applied to the rear side of the sheet material arrangement direction, the liquid spraying of the separating nozzle enables the first sheet material to receive forward liquid tension, the liquid spraying of the positioning nozzle enables the first sheet material to receive backward water pressure, and therefore the first sheet material is kept stable in the front-rear direction and is stably absorbed by an automatic mechanical arm. The reasonable cooperation of separation nozzle and positioning nozzle for the success rate of sheet separation promotes by a wide margin, and the sheet is more easily absorbed.
In this embodiment, the liquid spraying unit has a set of positioning nozzles, which includes two positioning nozzles disposed at positions near the left and right sides with respect to the front surface of the sheet, the two positioning nozzles being disposed at positions opposite to the upper half of the sheet and the separating nozzles being disposed near the positioning nozzles in the up-down direction. Therefore, the device corresponds to the separation nozzle, and can be matched with the separation nozzle better to realize sheet separation. The liquid spraying unit may be further provided with another set of positioning nozzles, which includes at least one positioning nozzle arranged at a position close to the bottom side with respect to the front surface of the sheet material, in this embodiment two positioning nozzles are arranged at a position close to the bottom side, the stabilizing effect is better, and in other embodiments one or three positioning nozzles may be used.
In other embodiments, it is also possible that the liquid spraying unit is provided with only one positioning nozzle, which is provided at a position close to the central area with respect to the front surface of the sheet material. All that has been stated above is that positioning nozzles are provided at the edge side positions of the corresponding sheet, where only one is provided at the position of the front surface of the corresponding sheet near the central area, equivalent to the application of a supporting point at the central area of the sheet. It is understood that the central area is a certain area that spreads around with the center point of the sheet material as the core, so that the hydraulic force applied by the positioning nozzle is not limited to a center point, but one area can be used as the force applying point of the liquid sprayed by the positioning nozzle.
It will be appreciated that the first sheet in the frame unit will change as the sheet is removed from sheet to sheet, and that the original second sheet will become the first sheet (the first sheet) after the first sheet is removed. In order to ensure that the separation nozzle of the liquid spraying unit can always spray liquid to the gap between the first sheet and the adjacent sheet in the material frame unit, the separation nozzle needs to move relatively to the material frame unit, so that the sheet separating device in this embodiment further includes a driving mechanism for driving the liquid spraying unit or for driving the material frame unit to move relatively between the liquid spraying unit and the material frame unit along the sheet arrangement direction. The driving mechanism is provided with a driving motor assembly, a track paved along the arrangement direction of the sheets and a sliding block driven by the driving motor assembly to move on the track, and the liquid spraying mechanism or the material placing frame is integrally linked with the sliding block.
The liquid spraying mechanism can be realized through a plurality of types of structures, a relatively simple structure is adopted in the embodiment, the liquid spraying mechanism in the embodiment comprises a supporting frame, the supporting frame comprises upright rods 22 positioned at two sides of a material placing frame and a first cross rod 23 spanned between the two upright rods 22, the upright rods 22 are telescopic adjusting rods, the middle rods in the embodiment are divided into two ends, and the two ends are loosened, adjusted and locked by long holes and screw rod assemblies, so that the height of the first cross rod can be adjusted, the positions of a separation nozzle and a positioning nozzle can be adjusted, and the use is more flexible. The separation nozzle 211 is mounted on the first cross bar 23 by a mounting block 24, and the mounting block 24 is provided with a liquid supply joint 25 for connecting an external liquid supply unit, and the separation nozzle 211 communicates with the liquid supply joint 25. The first cross rod spans the first cross rod, so that each material frame unit can be provided with a separation spray head in multi-station separation, and the separation spray heads are correspondingly arranged through the transverse installation of the first cross rod.
A pair of mounting blocks 24 extending downwards are mounted on the first cross rod 23 at positions corresponding to the left side and the right side of each material frame unit, wherein one of the mounting blocks corresponding to the same material frame unit is fixed on the first cross rod at the top end, the other mounting block is mounted on the first cross rod in a mode that the position of the first cross rod can be adjusted in the axial direction, the mounting position of the first cross rod 23 corresponding to the other mounting block is a long hole 231 formed in the axial direction of the first cross rod, the mounting blocks 24 are mounted on the first cross rod 23 at positions corresponding to the long holes 231 through bolt assemblies, for example, the top ends of the mounting blocks are provided with threaded holes, the top ends of the mounting blocks can be locked at a certain specific position of the long holes of the first cross rod through the long holes, when the position needs to be adjusted, the bolt is unscrewed, the mounting seat is laterally moved in the long holes, and then the bolt is screwed down. Or a screw rod extending upwards is fixed at the top end of the mounting block, passes through the long hole 231 and is locked by a nut. The combined structure of the long hole and the screw rod component has the advantages of simplifying the structure most, minimizing the cost and realizing the effect of adjusting the position, and once the position is adjusted well, the position fixing effect of the mounting block is also good.
A pair of mounting blocks 24 extending downward are mounted on the first cross bar 23 at positions corresponding to the left and right sides of each frame unit 11, a protruding block 26 extending toward the front side of the sheet arranging direction and toward the inner side of the frame unit is provided on the mounting blocks 24 at positions near the separating nozzles 211, and positioning nozzles 212 provided toward the front side of the sheet are provided on the protruding block 26 for spraying liquid toward the front side of the first arranged sheet in the frame unit to maintain the first arranged sheet stable. The forward extension is used for ensuring that the positioning nozzle can be positioned at a certain position on the front side of the first sheet material, so that the positioning effect is better.
In other embodiments, the separating nozzle may be a separately arranged nozzle structure and then be mounted on the mounting block, but in this embodiment, for further simplification of the structure and space occupation reduction, two nozzles which are mutually communicated are arranged on the mounting block body, wherein one nozzle is used as the separating nozzle, and the other nozzle is used for mounting the liquid supply joint, that is, the mounting block is directly integrated with the separating nozzle and the pipeline, no additional material is needed, no additional space is needed, and the possibility of scraping and rubbing the sheet material is reduced.
The installation piece adopts the strip body in this embodiment, has the structure of comparatively gauge, is convenient for combine or install with other articles, stretch out the piece and adopt detachable mounting means to install in the lower tip of installation piece, the lower tip front end of installation piece has set up an indent step, stretches out the piece and installs in this indent step formation and match, can further reduce the space like this and occupy, stretches out the piece and installs the more firm that combines with the installation piece moreover. The rod-shaped body can be used for installation in other embodiments, and the assembly and installation are simple and convenient.
The front-back width of the lower end part of the mounting block 24 is larger than the front-back width of the block body to form a mounting part of the mounting block, so that the mounting block is similar to an L-shaped mounting structure, and the separation nozzle is formed on the inner side surface of the mounting part, so that the separation nozzle can be realized by having a larger space on the mounting part if a larger caliber is needed, and simultaneously, the mounting of the mounting block and the liquid supply connector is convenient, and the mounting of the extending block is also convenient.
In order to further ensure that the positioning effect of the first sheet is better and stable, a second cross rod 27 is arranged on the upright rod 22, a positioning nozzle which is arranged towards the front of the sheet and sprays liquid to the front of the first sheet arranged sheet in the material placing frame is arranged on the position of the front end of each material frame unit corresponding to each material frame unit on the second cross rod 27 so that the first sheet arranged sheet can be kept stable, and the position of the second cross rod along the up-down direction on the upright rod corresponds to the lower part of the sheet.
