A decal dispensing device as claimed in claim 1 or 7, characterized in that said decal output mechanism comprises a motor (3A), said decal cartridge having a winding shaft (2C) driven in rotation by said motor, said winding shaft (2C) being configured to be able to pull a decal (P2) attached to said decal (P1) in such a way as to wind said decal (P1).
9. The decal dispenser of claim 7, wherein said user interface is an operable key, touch pad, capacitive sensor or wireless communication module.
10. The decal dispenser of claim 1, wherein said first mode is a training mode and said second mode is an entertainment mode.
