The terminology used herein in the description of the utility model is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the utility model.
Referring to fig. 1-4, an embodiment of the present utility model provides an unlocking mechanism for a car seat lock catch, comprising:
a connecting plate 1, wherein the lower part of the connecting plate 1 is rotatably connected with a safety sheet 2 and a comfort sheet 3, and the comfort sheet 3 is positioned on the outer side of the safety sheet 2;
a pawl 4 rotatably connected to the upper portion of the coupling plate 1, the middle portion of the pawl 4 being engaged with the comfort plate 3 by a first engagement unit 5, one end of the pawl 4 being engaged with the safety plate 2 by a second engagement unit 6;
and the dislocation preventing unit 7 is arranged at the tail part of the comfort sheet 3, and when the lock catch is at the maximum unlocking stroke position, the dislocation preventing unit 7 is overlapped with the pawl 4.
Above-mentioned car seat hasp release mechanism, through setting up the meshing position of safety piece 2 and comfortable piece 3 with pawl 4 in different positions, and make the meshing position of comfortable piece 3 and pawl 4, be in the position relatively near from pawl 4 rotation center to make whole hasp unblock stroke effectively shorten to reasonable scope, simultaneously, through setting up dislocation preventing unit 7 on comfortable piece 3, ensure at the biggest unblock stroke position of hasp, still have enough overlap joint with pawl 4, thereby can prevent the part dislocation, the return is unsmooth.
In an embodiment of the present utility model, the first engagement unit 5 includes:
a protrusion 51 provided in the middle of the pawl 4;
an arcuate engagement profile 52 provided at an end of the comfort sheet 3;
the arcuate engagement profile 52 contacts the peripheral side of the projection 51 when the latch is in the latched condition.
In this embodiment, the protrusion 51 is disposed at the middle of the pawl 4, and then the protrusion 51 is engaged with the arc-shaped engagement profile 52 at the end of the comfort tab 3 to perform locking, so that the unlocking stroke of the whole lock catch can be effectively shortened to a reasonable range.
In an embodiment of the present utility model, the pawl 4 is further provided with a hook portion 41, and a clamping groove 42 is formed in the hook portion 41, and when the lock catch is in a locked state, the clamping groove 42 is clamped on the steel wire 8.
In this embodiment, when the latch needs to be locked, the hook portion 41 may rotate downward, so that the clamping groove 42 is clamped on the steel wire 8 of the vehicle body, which may play a role in strengthening the locking of the pawl 4.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, the protrusion 51 is shaped as a cam, and the small diameter end of the cam contacts the arc-shaped engagement profile 52.
In this embodiment, the cam-type protrusion 51 is formed by overlapping two circles, one being larger and smaller, the small circle being used for precise engagement with the comfort plate 3, and the large circle being used for improving manufacturability of the overall structure of the pawl 4.
Alternatively, the arc-shaped engagement profile 52 has a set length, and the arc-shaped engagement profile 52 is always in contact with the protrusion 51 when the pawl 4 slides up and down in the vertical direction by a distance, wherein the arc-shaped engagement profile 52 has an eccentric structure.
When parts such as a stop block and a pin post wear due to durable service life, a larger clearance is generated in the OC direction by the steel wire 8 matched with the pawl 4, so that noise which is not wanted by a user is brought; the meshing profile 52 is of an eccentric structure, and when the movable gap is generated, the meshing part is wedged downwards to lift the pawl 4 upwards, so that the movable gap of the steel wire 8 is eliminated, and the source of noise is eliminated; the locking position of the wire 8 may float up and down in the design position, so that the engagement profile 52 must have a sufficient length to cover the floating range of the wire 8, which corresponds to the angle of the centre of rotation of the comfort tab 3, i.e. the unlocking angle.
In the conventional design, the engagement portion between the comfort plate 3 and the pawl 4 and the engagement portion between the safety plate 2 and the pawl 4 are the same, the engagement portion is far from the rotation center of the pawl 4 and is 1.6-2 times of the distance from the position of the steel wire 8 to the rotation center of the pawl 4, so that the fluctuation range of the engagement portion corresponding to the movement range of the steel wire 8 is enlarged, the arc engagement profile 52 must be long to cover the fluctuation range, and the unlocking angle cannot be small; thus, the distance from the engagement position of the comfort piece 3 with the pawl 4 to the rotation center of the pawl 4 is proportional to the lock release angle. In the utility model, the distance from the engagement point of the protrusion 51 and the comfort piece 3 to the rotation center of the pawl 4 is only 50% -60% of the distance from the second engagement unit 6 to the rotation center of the pawl 4, namely, the rotation radius of the engagement part relative to the rotation center of the pawl 4 is reduced in a large proportion, so that the whole lock catch unlocking stroke can be effectively shortened.
In one embodiment of the utility model, the coupling plate 1 is rotatably connected to the pawl 4 by a first pin 9 and the coupling plate 1 is rotatably connected to the safety plate 2 and comfort plate 3 by a second pin 10. In this way, the pawl 4, the safety tab 2 and the comfort tab 3 can be conveniently mounted to the gusset 1.
In an embodiment of the present utility model, the second engagement unit 6 includes:
a first engagement profile 61 provided on the pawl 4 at an end remote from the first pin 9;
a second engagement profile 62 provided on the security pane 2;
the first engagement profile 61 is in contact with the second engagement profile 62 when the shackle is in the locked state.
In this embodiment, the first engagement profile 61 and the second engagement profile 62 may be circular arc-shaped or the like in shape to reduce the impact of the engaging contact of the pawl 4 and the safety plate 2.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, the dislocation preventing unit 7 includes a stopper 71 disposed on the comfort plate 3 to protrude outward, and the stopper 71 is overlapped with the pawl 4 when the latch is in the maximum unlocking stroke position.
In this embodiment, the extended limiting block 71 is arranged on one side of the comfort piece 3 close to the pawl 4, so that enough overlap joint with the pawl 4 is still ensured at the maximum unlocking stroke position, and therefore, the movable space of the parts is ensured not to be interfered by a mechanical mechanism, dislocation among the parts is prevented, and the return is not smooth.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, a mounting hole is formed on one side of the comfort piece 3, and a spring driving rod 11 is installed in the mounting hole. In this embodiment, the locking position of the wire 8 may float up and down at the design position, so that a sufficient space for movement needs to be reserved between the safety plate 2 and the spring driving lever 11.
In one embodiment of the present utility model, the pawl 4 is provided with a pawl overmold 12 on the exterior. In this way, the pawl 4 can be protected from interference with other components.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The examples described above represent only a few embodiments of the present utility model and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the utility model. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the utility model, which are all within the scope of the utility model. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present utility model is to be determined by the appended claims.
